We had a great time and the house was as advertised.

Enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral.

Could be excellent and would rent from them again. Just needs monthly type maintainence done regularly. Bugs (Roaches) sprays when properly used work and are safe. Pool, hmmmm. We wanted to, and did enjoy ourselves, but to be topshelf,, place just needs a check-off list on. Weekly, and monthly deep clean items. Lyle Weber

Overall rental process was easy.

Property is in a good location, quick access to beaches. Perhaps, the house was not very clean, microwave was dirty and the outside fridge was very stinky, we had a great time though.

Well to summarize this has been the worst place I have ever rented. We had to leave same day we arrived and end up in the middle of nowhere after driving like 8h to get to that place just to realize we had to return home and wreck our whole vacations just because of this host and this place. There is a person on the reviews that gave a 1 star (Maria ) and she is telling the true. When we arrived to this place and we got in was when we realized what a mistake was to rent this place because the photos don’t tell the true. Cleaning was a total disaster there was left overs from last clients, a dead fish, open drinks and other stuff in the fridge. The kitchen was nasty and sticky, Blankets were never cleaned. When we removed the cover there was hair and stain like never cleaned before on them, dead flies everywhere, spiders webs, roaches I mean I can’t even describe everything. If I could attach photos I would. the place was old and Trachy. Nothing like the photos or descriptions they have on brvo. And if this were not enough they have cameras everywhere so if you want to be on the pool they will be watching you. We decide to leave the place that same day we arrived after our big disappointment, and ask brvo to refund our money. brvo made an arguing 3 way between us to find out the reason and the host lied to Brvo in my face saying we did all of that ( the trash etc. ) because we did not wanted to stay or pay the extra fees (which by the way they don’t te you about until you book, if you want to bring guest to the house even if they will not stay one single night they will charge you for that too.) but we did not Care about that we were willing to pay. They lied in my face just to keep the money and not refund us for their awful service… worst place ever !

I think that the property owners should fumigate the house at least every 3 months

Lovely home, nice neighborhood and very quite. Close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bedrooms were comfortable to us, and the kitchen and living room's space are very helpful to spend a very quality time as a family. We really enjoy the pool, and our kids love it. My family and I spend a good weekend in this home and we will like to rent in some other occasion again.

Overall a decent house. The pool area is great with a perfect outdoor kitchen area. Inside the living room was VERY small, so if there is bad weather it could be a very tight fit for a group larger than 4. Outdoor space is perfect though, no matter if you're swimming, cooking, or just hanging out.. House also needs a detailed cleaning. There were cobwebs and just an overall half cleaned feel to it.

House was perfect for 4 men.

We went with friends for a quick weekend getaway. The property was great, and we had everything we needed. We also really liked the neighborhood. It was convenient to restaurants and marinas. I would definitely recommend!

Property manager was easy to get in touch with. Over all the place was good. Boat lift was working and clean. Only issue we had were the kids would have diarrhea and stomach issues every time they went into the pool after several hours symptoms would pop up multiple kids. So we ended up taking the kids to the dr says it’s from the pool. Which this was our first time having this problem. Rented a lot of places with a pool and no one ever had stomach issues. Other then that everything was good

Although the house was a little outdated, we really enjoyed the pool and back of the house area. Also, convenient to everything.

Nice place especially for boaters. Easy access to the Gulf. A bit tricky to park your boat w/trailer in the driveway due to low power lines on the road. Nice plus to have the boat lift in back. Not alot of room for entertaining but 4 nice rooms with comfy king beds. Nice outside kitchen and pool. Very quiet neighborhood so not good for parties but nice neighbors and community.

Really nice home with all you need for a getaway weekend, 4 rooms with king beds, bathroom with soap and shampoo included, very clean and nice. The best thing is the pool and bbq station, we had a great time and went to Sanibel just 30min drive. Will go back soon

If I could 0 stars , rude owner and neighborhood I was trying to enjoy my trip but I never did every two hour owner called me bother me super expensive trip one night super expensive and at midnight the owner came to our rent and he said star over everyone here very rude and nasty people we have 3 kids less one year he does not matter my kids were crying a lot . I don’t recommend this house to anybody

Pool was amazing and neighborhood was great.

We enjoyed staying at this facility. Would have been nice to have parked car in garage but understandable. We had some ants one day and called and someone came right over and took care of it. Ants were gone shortly and never came back. With the coronavirus pandemic, we spent lots of time at the house and loved the pool/lanai area. Spent hours in the water. Ate all our meals outside. Thanks for a break from the cold 😊�

Excellent vacation home in the perfect area and a great home to enjoy your vacation. We had a wonderful week, The great property manager was wonderful couldn’t ask for a better time. I would definitely recommend this home to anybody that would like a nice peaceful enjoyable vacation.

Nice and roomy

Very nice home and a great location if you have a boat. The pricing for this property was not very clear in the listing as the price listed is just for one person. Each additional above one is an additional fee.

We enjoyed our time here (2 families total). Property could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival, but overall, we were happy with the amenities.

Our families overall enjoyed this home. The outdoor space with the outdoor kitchen, pool, and canal dock was the favorite spot for our families to spend time together. The layout of the house was also wonderful. The master and mini master were great for accommodating two families. There were some concerns with the cleanliness of the house that we did address with the owner: 1. We opened the microwave to find a take home box of fries that smelled pretty awful 2. There was one dead and one alive cockroach in the house 3. There was a very large clump of women’s hair on the shower wall in the blue tiled bathroom 4. There weren’t enough linens, we had one kitchen dish towel, and our bedroom didn’t have a flat sheet. With how thick the comforter was, we weren’t sure it is cleaned after every use, but we brought a light blanket with that we used to put between us and the comforter. 5. There weren’t any cleaning supplies. This was very disappointing as it was very hard to clean up after ourselves without cleaning supplies. We also couldn’t use the one kitchen towel we had as we used that for drying dishes in between dishwasher uses. I’ve stayed at multiple home away homes where they have provided a few cleaning products so we can leave it nice and clean when we are through with the trip. 6. The garbage from the previous customer was still in the garbage cans outside. There were maggots all over the inside of the garbage cans as well as around the lips of them. We had to be careful to open them so we wouldn’t get the maggots on us. After sharing the concerns with the owners, they responded in a timely manner, apologized, and shared their solution to better the home immediately for future guests. The only thing I was disappointed in was that we were charged a high cleaning fee and since the home wasn’t up to standards upon arrival, it would have been a nice gesture if they would have credited some of the cleaning fee back. Overall our families would stay here again as I feel confident that the owners have made steps to remedy our concerns for future guests.
