We had a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed except an air mattress which we bought and left behind. The beach chairs, umbrella and rafts were greatly appreciated. Our only issue was keeping the apartment cool, the AC units could be a little colder. Mahalo for a great time!!

This is a great property and the listing was accurate in all respects. Location was excellent. The condo was comfortable and convenient for our family of five. The selection of beach equipment was amazing. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach, but not too bad. Our only complaint was the air conditioning. The AC units struggled to keep up. The bedroom without AC was uncomfortable. But overall, the unit was very good and we would come back again, especially because it had 3 bathrooms which is hard to find.

It’s set up very efficiently with three bedrooms and three full baths, which was very nice for our group. We also really enjoyed the fact that there was a full supply of beach chairs, and beach, umbrellas, and beach bags. The lanai was just wonderful. It was located so you were always comfortable no matter what the weather was, not too much sun, not too much shade, and even when it was raining, we never got wet. It has a nice large table with six chairs. Management was very responsive to any questions we had. We have been at this facility four times and we will definitely come back.

Great experience. Some items didn't work and the management company had replacements already on order and handled it. Great property in a great location!

Bring your own bath towels and don’t forget anything in the unit because they will keep it. I left a bran new striped summer jump suit in the closet and either the owner or the cleaners kept it. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days almost 4 ooo dollars and I can’t even my clothes retuned back to me.

And, the staff provides generous amounts of initial stock for paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, dishwasher/laundry detergent (and people leave the extra they may have bought)...we've rented other condos where such initial provisions were disappointingly skimpy.Kamaole Beach Park II-right across the street-was perfect for our grandsons, ages 4, 6, 9 & 11. 5-6 minute walk from the condo, very nice beach. Waves big enough for kids to play in (0.5-2.5ft), boogie board & body surf a bit but (except on a few windy afternoons) not big enough to be too dangerous (always with proper close supervision of course).The kitchen has more dishes/glasses/cups/utensils/gadgets than you could expect, all of a very high quality. Even such things as tupperware, coffer grinder & esp/capp machine. Great kitchen. More towels/linens than you could possibly use (esp with washer/dryer). Nice balconies off all rooms.

Good location. Within walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Perfect for 3 couples, each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Con: one bedroom did not have a TV or air conditioner, but there was a ceiling fan. Small kitchen trash can with only 1 bag provided, so we had to buy more trash bags.

Perfect for our family of 6. Top floor of 3 story building. Quiet. Spacious. Well-equipped kitchen. Large comfortable beds. Updated throughout. 3 full bathrooms. Beautifully landscaped grounds, making the ~5 minute walk to the beach very pleasant (path is along the south side of the property). Would definitely stay again.
