Cette belle 3 BD & 2 1/2 maison de BA a tellement d'attractions juste devant la porte, vous pouvez choisir de garer votre voiture et conduisez pas pendant votre séjour. Seabright plage (la plus belle plage à Santa Cruz), Boardwalk, le port de plaisance, de nombreux restaurants et un musée de quartier sont une promenade agréable de 5-10 minutes à pied. Dans un facile 20 minutes de marche sont le quai avec ses restaurants, location de kayaks, des boutiques, et plus ... et le centre-ville aussi avec ses nombreux magasins et restaurants ainsi que des cinémas et salles de concerts.

Right by Seabright beach and the Boardwalk. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, linens, towels, etc. Like everywhere in Santa Cruz, parking can be tricky if you have more than one car. Nice owner, would stay there again. Honestly I have stayed closer to the beach before but it’s much noisier, being an extra block further away makes sleeping easier.

We’ve been to 3 beach houses in Northern Cali, and this is our favorite. 2 blocks from the beach, good restaurants, the boardwalk; a short drive to the Wharf and a Nationwide Park…It was wonderful! Our host thought of everything amenities wise, and the house was clean and welcoming.
I highly recommend this property and any houses owned by this property manager. Thank you so much for giving us the best family vacation yet!

This adorable house was the perfect jumping-off point to explore Santa Cruz and the surrounding area. We were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and our girls loved the little window seat for reading and games.

We loved this sweet little rental! The hosts were wonderful to work with and the accommodations are great. The location is absolutely perfect! We walked everywhere, only getting in the car once to go to the grocery store. I highly recommend this rental for your family!

Santa Cruz is a wonderful place to spend time and the Seabright area where this property is located is the best! This home is very comfortable and has everything you need. The bedrooms are good size and 3 bathrooms is perfect. We were here in the winter. The outdoor spaces and decks look great. But with the rain we didn't get to use them.

My boys came to visit me up here for an early Christmas because I recently moved here and got a new job and could not take time off yet. We had a wonderful time exploring and my boys (32, and 33) loved Santa Cruz and will be back.

This home is located in our favorite Santa Cruz neighborhood, close to many local attractions and good foos. The three bedrooms downstairs and the open floor plan upstairs, lends itself perfectly to sharing special family time. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the kitchen full of windows. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We can't wait for the next opportunity to return!

Comfortable beds in the house. I slept great each night. It has a nice kitchen to cook in. There is also a grill outside with extra gas. A walk to the beach is an 1/8 of a mile down the street. You'll like your stay!

The house is very convenient to the Boardwalk and wharf as well as the beach. We walked everywhere. It was an easy drive down to the Monterey Aquarium, which was fun. It was easy to find from the freeway and had off street parking.

We wished we could have enjoyed the house more! It was a cold and rainy weekend and the house has several lovely outdoor patios/decks that we could not utilize. despite that, we enjoyed the spacious kitchen and dining area and the common living space. Large TV great for watching the Warriors game despite the loss. Having 2.5 bathrooms was also key for our group. We absolutely loved the place!

We loved our stay at this well-maintained vacation home in Santa Cruz. The house is lovely, and very comfortable. The bedrooms felt private, and the upstairs space was a great place to hang out. The check-in process was very easy and the property was clean, in good condition and thoughtfully prepared with many extra blankets, pillows, games, books, a fully stocked kitchen etc. We also appreciated that the WiFi was very fast and the location was excellent. We only regret that we could not stay longer.

The location is ideal for the beach, downtown Santa Cruz, the Boardwalk and numerous nearby hiking, redwood forests and quaint towns. We could walk to the beach and the Boardwalk within minutes. It is a quiet, residential area with well maintained homes and a safe atmosphere.

We love Seabright Beach so this house is a perfect location. Our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, walking routes and beach are close by. The property was as described in the listing. The 3 bedrooms were all good size and the kitchen has everything you need. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the 2 decks due to the weather. But it looks like the decks would be great additional space if weather permits. The Host was very easy to work with and very responsive to questions and needs. We hope to stay here again soon!

We had a lovely holiday weekend relaxing at this cozy house. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, the selection of games, and the comfy living room (with very large TV screen and lots of viewing options). It's a short walk to the boardwalk, pier (we could hear the barking sea lions from the house) and the next beach over, with its pretty light house..
