Well stocked kitchen

The photos don’t do it justice. There was plenty of space for my large family of boys to stretch out and relax. The floor plan was perfect for our needs and the host was quick to respond whenever I reached out. We really enjoyed this property and helped make our vacation enjoyable.

Everything about this property was great for our stay in Moab. After staying in other areas around Utah seeing the other parks of The Mighty Five, it was wonderful to stay in a home with all the amenities we could want. Having a full size backyard with fire pit, hot tub, and backyard birds to watch at the feeder made for a great outdoor space to relax in. The home’s kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms were all well stocked with the things needed for meals and comfort. The living spaces, furniture, and beds were very comfortable. Having a full size garage for our motorcycles was great. Propane grill had plenty of fuel and was in good working order. Tamara, the host, was a pleasure to work with. While we typically try to visit new places instead of returning to places we’ve been, I would gladly make this our home away from home again if we’re back in Moab.

The location was only about 15 minutes from Arches and 40 mins from Canyonlands, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the Zia sun god symbol on the wall and I’m inspired by the story to get one for my wall at home. Thanks for the stay!

The house is great, but it is misrepresented in my opinion. We were a group of 6 adults. The master bedroom and bathroom are big and nice, great for 2 people. The Guest bedroom is small and tight for 2 people unless it is a couple. The 3rd bedroom is a kid's bedroom. The beds are very small and uncomfortable. The memory mattresses are so soft that when you wake up in the morning you feel like in a hole. I am 5'9" and the bed was too short. The sofa pull out is less than optimal. We spent most of the time out adventuring and good night sleep is important. The house is more suitable for families with kids rather than all adults. The internet router is located in the garage, so coverage in the Living room was slow and none in the further bedrooms. I feel like what we paid for a week stay was way too much for what the place has to offer.

The house was perfectly set up! Our 1 yr. old Aussie dog loved the freedom of having a large fenced in yard. The house was so great, we added on an extra night. It was walkable into to town & convenient to everything.

This house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, organized, and centrally located. Couldn’t ask for a better rental.

Beautiful home and property for our family of 6! The littles appreciated the pool nearby, and the hot tub was great for mom and dad after the kids went to bed. We were close to everything in Moab, and just a short drive from other attractions. Arches was beautiful!

This place was perfect for friends on a bike trip to Moab. The property owner was extremely nice, and the property itself is amazing. It is very large to accommodate many people, has an awesome patio in the shade for the afternoon, as well as a backyard with a fire pit for later in the evening. Very well stocked and extremely clean. Located near town and only a block or two from multiple bike shops, as well as the river. Plus a large garage to store bikes. Could not be better for location and overall space. The only thing is I don't totally agree with is that it sleeps 9. Technically yes, but that assumes doubling up people in the beds as well as the sleeper sofa. Ok for families, but maybe not perfect for friend groups. We still made it work for eight people, and there is more than enough room to spread out, bathrooms, kitchen area, etc. Overall the place it awesome-by far the the best we have stayed at in Moab in all the years we have gone.

Visited with a group of friends to bike. House was great. Plenty of space, clean, and a hot tub that works!

The host couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was great to communicate with and allowed us to have a late check out which was great with sleeping teens. The house is so well stocked! Bluetooth speakers, lots of throw blankets, and even a cooler! Teens loved the hot tub and the pool. Plenty of space! Comfortable bed and great location. Teens loved walking to the food trucks.

My wife and brother-in-law had a great time enjoying beautiful Moab. The location is perfect and Tamara is an awesome property manager. Right next to downtown Moab (literally walking distance). And perfect spot to drive to Arches and Canyonlands (which is amazing). Highly recommend!

Location was perfect! Had a slight issue with the Heating system and the owner responded immediately and rectified the situation. I highly recommend this property! Very spacious and has everything you could want and need.

Tamara’s house is super clean and nice. The location is great. The hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by my crew. I highly recommend this place! I hope to stay there again!

Everything was great! Casa Zia was exceptionally clean. Kitchen has everything you need, including necessary spices and cooking oil. And, above all, a sharp knife for chopping veggies! (So many vacation rentals have dull knives.) My sister was in in awe of the master bathroom shower, and we all appreciated the comfortable living room furniture. Location is great: easy access to downtown if so desired. The only thing a renter should be aware of: This is a duplex, and you can SLIGHTLY hear the neighbors through the walls. Luckily for us, the neighbors were folk musicians, and they played lovely mandolin/guitar music in the evenings. It was not at all intrusive. We actually enjoyed it! All in all, a great stay. We would highly recommend!!

this property is clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Easy walking distance to many things to do. Ample parking. The owner responds quickly to any questions/concerns. We hope to stay at this lovely home again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this duplex. It was very comfortable. The beds slept well and the recliners and sofas were very comfortable. We had 7 adults and felt very comfortable. The location was perfect. Very close to downtown and all of the restaurants and shopping. It was just a few minutes to Arches.

This is a great property that is stylishing decorated and very comfortable and accommodating. Tamara was a great communicator and everything worked great in the house. Very walkable to all the town's offerings as well. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful time but BBQ and garbage needed directions for clean up and garbage take out. Late to check in but glad we had clean towels. Super close to Town and was spacious. Well stock with amenities.

Perfect property for our family. There were 7 of us ranging from 14-76. The location was an easy walk to downtown Moab and an easy drive to Arches, Canyonland, and monument valley. We’ve rented many properties and this was by far the best property with thoughtful additions in the home that made the home comfortable and unique. Thanks Tamara! We hope to return one day.

The house is nice - roomy and just as advertised. The whole process was very easy. The location was great for us - quiet with just a short walk to the downtown area and good restaurants. There is a park close by with a community pool in addition to the indoor pool which is part of the small complex of duplexes. It is also right across the street from the hospital which could be very convenient if your crew gets a little reckless. It was a very quiet road and there was not much traffic at all. There are many thoughtful items provided to make your stay nice - games, books, toys for the pool. Cleanliness was ok - I am guessing the cleaners do what my regular cleaning people do but maybe not the deep cleaning (walls, blinds, inside of cabinets, small appliances that are put away, under furniture). So over time if you have renters that stuff probably is not getting done often. Overall we would stay here again - especially if we brought our dogs down next time. We did not try the hot tub - it was over 100 when we were there for a family wedding. If you happen to be there when it is so hot I highly recommend doing a hike off the La Sal Mountain Loop. It was more than 20 degrees cooler up there and we were in aspen most of the time. It took us about 40 minutes to get to the trailhead at Oowah Lake - in part because there are 3 miles on a small gravel road at the end. We have been to Moab many times but we had never been up there before - it was beautiful.

Tamara's place was perfect! Location: It's only 1/4 mile from the heart of downtown, with a number of restaurants and a bike shop even closer. It's also conveniently located near the road which parallels Main Street so you can easily bypass all the traffic and lights to get to the parks or the grocery store. Size: I always worry that homes will be smaller than the wide-angle lens pictures make them appear, but this was spacious. Lots of room in the living/kitchen/dining area, plenty of seating in the living room (we often had 8 people for dinner), kitchen and outdoor tables, lots of space in the backyard (and in the hot tub), and nicely sized rooms. The two-car garage was a plus (especially as it heated up over the course of our stay). Kitchen: Well-equiped kitchen had everything we needed, so we were able to make most of our meals at the house. Fire Pit: Several places had firewood for sale, and we were fortunate that someone across the street had piles of wood they were trying to get rid of for free. Hot Tub: Can't imagine using it in the summer, but the nights were just cool enough to help alleviate our sore muscles after days of hiking. Communication was A+. Other: Lots of (free) parking, nicely stocked bookcase if you need something to read, lots of area brochures and area, extra bath towels for the shower and beach towels for the hot tub, gas fireplace, quiet neighborhood with not much traffic, sidewalks take you all the way into town, and they recycle. There's also a community pool which we didn't have a chance to use, and a large TV we never turned on. I will definitely rent again the next time I visit!

Unit was as posted. We stay in Moab about once a year and this is by far the best unit we’ve rented. I will definitely seek it out when we return. Sheets and towels were good quality. Flooring and finishes were very nice. Beds were a little soft for us. Great location for downtown, bike riding and bike track down the street.
