We stayed in the three bedrooms family suite. One of the bedroom had a big attic window over the bed which had lovely view in the morning. Other bedroom had a balcony with a view. The location is good. The breakfast was not so elaborated but it was sufficient for us. We tried their restaurant Ushba as well.

Great location

Very cold in the rooms, the whole breakfast thing could be better organised. we were aline in the huge breakfast hall, with one staff member always standing in the corner watching us eat.

Fantastic stay. Modern hotel -great facilities. Easy walking distance to ski lifts and equipment hire. Very comfortable and warm. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Professional Staff, Nice Hotel. The breakfast was good, not great. Easy access to attractions outside as it's just 5 minutes walking distance. Nicely designed rooms and Great for a weekend stay. Kids play area outside as well as inside.

The beds were not cleaned properly as it was riddled with hair and dust. Broke a drinking cup and was charged a crazy amount of 20GEL. Parking spots of the hotel were up to knee-high in snow, they could have at least made an effort to clear it as cars couldn't get in or out properly.

Everything was as expected, nice friendly receptionist.

The staff were wonderful. The manager has always a smile on her face, polite, patient and really friendly. This is a second home for who ever wants to spend a really great and sublime time near the ski slope in bakuriani. The rooms are spacious, clean, and really warm. I definitely recommend this place. 🥰

Hotel is good place to stay with , clean and near from all activities that u need it and have beautiful view on mountain 👍🏻 If u came to bakuriani for sure u want the beautiful views , but is that a pleasant that u will see the mountain and snow out side the the hotel , and when u enter the hotel u will see a beautiful maryam You will ask who is she maryam ! She is the girl sitting behind the reception that her eyes make you smiling until you reah your room She is the girl sitting behind the reception that her smiling all tha time mekes you will stay at reception area without thinking She is the girl sitting behind the reception that her beautiful face makes u think about what you made in your life to see a pleasant like her every time you enter the hotel She will help u in everything u need Explaining for the activity and direction Very kind and gentle

Staff are so friendly and supportive.

WIFI is not working in the rooms, only in ground floor. The breakfast options are so limited. The hotel restaurant service is so slow.

Me and my family enjoyed staying in Bakuriani in general and in Three Penguins particularly. The staff at the hotel did everything possible to make our stay memorable, comfortable and exciting. We all feel like home away from home. The food in their restaurant was so delicious!!! I would like to say a special thank you to Manoli and Soso!!!! We miss you already!!!!!
