I had a great experience at Bioli Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay specially Khatia. I particularly enjoyed the amazing live performance they had during the weekend. The location is perfect for a relaxing walk and the massage by Nana was truly wonderful. Overall, the resort has a calm and peaceful atmosphere that was just what I needed.

While my stay at Bioli Resort was pleasant, there were a few drawbacks. The refrigerator in my room was quite noisy and it was a bit distracting during the night. The food at the restaurant was also disappointing, as there wasn't much variety and the quality was not up to my expectations. Additionally, while the resort is a good place for a walk, there isn't much to do in the surrounding area, especially if you rent a smart car. However, the resort could improve its offerings by adding more food options like burgers to the menu.

1. Reception is awful. I think they worked in police or prison, has minimal understanding what service is. They blocked our checkout (with small kids) without any explanation. In 10 minutes they said “you are free to go now”!!! 2. Check in was late and reception lied. I informed 1 day in advance that we arrive at 15:00. They said the room will be ready in 15 minutes and stopped responding. Only lounge worker could push them!!! So our check in was late on almost an hour. This is crazy if you travel with lots of kids expecting people respect time of each other. 3. All services are looped to reception. Even heating in a house is controlled by reception. So given bad quality of their service, you will have to wait to solve a simple question. Just let hosts control things themselves. What will be wrong if they can control the temperature in their house? 4. Breakfast is minimal. You will find some food but it’s very limited. Like 2 types of juices and only a single porridge, almost no meat. 5. The view from houses is only trees. There is a nice view of the city hidden by trees completely. 6. Houses for 6 persons are on the top of the hill. It’s hard to reach them with kids. Even adults got a nice training to reach it from the restaurant.

Everything. Beautiful location cabins are gorgeous. Book the lounge it's so romantic and peaceful. Hiring a car would be advantageous for sight seeing

stuff didn’t even txt congratulations, but know that I had birthday, and on the Check in promises wine and cake, but no txt, no cake or wine no any signs on the buildings, better to give a map at the beginning

We stayed at a cottage of the resort. The reception was warm and welcoming. The trip was just half an hour from the city center so there was no trouble or fuss. The room was very well maintained, and I felt that attention is paid to details for the maximum comfort of the guests. The views from the room and restaurant overlooking the panoramic Tbilisi were superb, and housekeeping was perfect (just needed to send a Whatsapp message to the reception). The property is huge and my child also enjoyed playing with balls, snow and sled.

Water is not free and the nearest supermarket is over 4 miles away. So it's better to bring your own bottles.

the only thing I didn’t like is that they made me wait like 30 min at the gate and it was -5c and I was there with my kid, this was unacceptable and so bad behavior from them

the bathroom has a bad smell in cottage # 5 breakfast may start earlier the resort will be a perfect place if it has swimming pool, jacuzzi & steam room

Architectural design is amazing. The location is simply breathtaking.Those views are just too good, one of the best we’ve seen. The spa is quite nice a bit overpriced though in my opinion. The restaurant is quite good, and design-wise stunning. This place is very good as a getaway and spending some time in meditative state. Great breakfast, cottage cheese pancakes are one love :)

The bed mattress in house No6 is bent down in the center so basically it’s like sleeping in a hammock. Extremely uncomfortable. me and my wife almost got no sleep because of that. The pillows are to thick, even though there are two pillows one is bigger than the other, they both are quite “fat”. So i’m kinda glad that we only stayed for 1 night. Also be ready that the only amenity included in the price is the gym, no pools or saunas at your disposal. Maybe it’s just me but restaurant’s menu just doesn’t get you excited, you know what i mean?
