This place is super convenient to the college( approx one mile), in a great, safe area for walking/running. Close to airport ( 16 mins). It is a 2 story townhome, looks brand new, clean, all necessary amenities included in kitchen and bathroom ( including hair dryer). A/C and heat work great. Keyless entry, good communication with property manager. This is our second time staying here and we will be back! Thank you!

Our second time staying at this place for our sons Navy graduations. Very clean and comfortable....we will mis visiting Charleston.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed here. Just like last time, it was so clean, comfortable, and convenient. Marcus is great to communicate with and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Comfortable and roomy living . The only concern was the remote and T.V.s which were difficult to use. May have corrected the situation with instructions for use. Recycling seems to differ by location and should know what is to be recycled. Lovely home and nice bathing facilities with each bedroom. Would definitely stay there again in traveling to Charleston and host would accept us.

We went to Charleston to attend the graduation of our son from Navy Power school. The property was super clean and easy to get to base as well as downtown Charleston and beaches. We did rent a car.

We stayed here while dropping our son off at Charleston Southern University. The townhouse had everything we needed, plenary of room, extremely clean, well decorated home looks brand new. Owner was super responsive during our stay. Great place to be while visiting the Charleston area or dropping off a kid at college. Close to all: store, gym, mall, airport. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Charleston!

One of cleanest homes I’ve ever stayed in with VRBO. Good location to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Charleston. My only suggestion is to add some lamps in the living room so the overhead lights are not needed for watching TV.

This was an absolutely perfect stay! House and the owner were top notch. All inquiries were responded to promptly and the house was so clean! We really enjoyed it and will definitely see if it’s available on our next visit!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Communication was great with the owner—seamless check-in and easy check-out instructions. The rooms were spacious and bedding was cozy. The main floor allows great separation for guests who want to sleep in. The neighbor hood was also charming—very quiet and nice neighbors. The ambience of the home is great. We can’t wait to return.

Location of property was perfect. We were easily able to Uber into Charleston for dinners and we were able to walk around the neighborhood. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We are returning to visit our son in the fall and would definitely stay here again.

Probably one of the easiest communication and process I’ve ever had with Marcus. We loved the lock for the front door which provided easy access for us but not anyone else. We love that we didn’t need a key and had to worry about misplacing it. Having two bedrooms and two and a half baths really made it easier to deal with our family so we didn’t have to take turns. We love how easy it was to access the TV apps and the Wi-Fi. The rooms were immaculate and having a washer and dryer made life easier with a little one. Game changer that we’ve never had in any place staying was the screened in porch with an awesome couch and huge sofa. Literally spent the afternoon with a book and napped in it. We literally crashed on the couch every night because it was so comfortable -and closer to the food.

Great property, clean, roomy, safe, not to far from everything!

I needed a small safe place for my 19 y/o daughter and I. This was as advertise. Clean, spacious and nice quite neighborhood. Enough space for 4-5 pp. we used the master bedroom only. Quick drive to historic district. I’ll definitely be renting here again but with my other 2 daughters. It was pricey for only 2 people. I hope I’ll be getting the $59 accidental down payment back from the owner. I’ll recommend this place for sure! I like it.

The property was clean and nice. My only comment is… the property was very sparse! Example, no lamps in the living room, no lotions shampoo laundry detergent etc., we were asked to use coasters and only four were provided, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom…. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this one was clean but did not have a very welcoming, warm or friendly feel. A few extras would make a great difference.

As advertised! Clean with everything we needed for a good week in Charleston

The place was perfect in every way.. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The couch and beds are fall into it soft and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet all day and night. Only problem is seeing the numbers on the house at night. Other than that absolutely will be back again.

I cannot say enough about our experience with Marcus and his property. The 5-star reviews are truly deserved/earned. Marcus may be the most responsive owner on VRBO. Each time I contacted him via email/app, he responded within mere minutes. We asked for an early check-in and he graciously accommodated, which was so helpful. The property was immaculately clean - and I mean “you could eat off the floors” clean. I don’t know if the carpeting was new, but it was so cushy and comfortable to walk on. It was like memory foam under there. Every room was beautifully decorated. The location was nice and central to all of the surrounding Charleston areas. I particularly appreciated the proximity to Wannamaker County Park (5-minute walk, or less by car). They have great walking trails and amenities. To top everything off, Marcus contacted me after check-out to ask if we were missing any personal property. We did not realize we had forgotten anything, but upon inspection, we were actually missing something rather valuable. Marcus was careful not to give away what it was so that not just anyone could claim it. Once we shared what we were missing and he confirmed that was the item, he went out of his way to return it at our convenience. He clearly cares about his property and his visitors! Thanks Marcus, for everything!

It was a great place! Marcus was very quick at responding to questions. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Stayed with my boyfriend and parents and was a perfect set up. Only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

We had everything we needed at the property. Marcus responded promptly every time I contacted him.

Marcus' townhouse was just as pictured. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to dining and shopping, located near the interstate. We we cleaning out our mom's house in Hanahan, making it very convenient to go back and forth between places. It was nice at the end of the day to come back and relax at Marcus' property. The house was clean, open, relaxing and had most everything you would need. Marcus was easy to communicate with and very prompt in answering any questions we had. He even had the place ready early so we could check in right when we arrived. I would highly recommend Marcus' home! Thanks for a great stay and would stay again if available!

Nice & comfortable!

The property was about a 30 minute drive to Charleston depending on traffic. It was very clean, quiet and nice, we all enjoyed the place. Our only suggestion would be is to have maybe a chair on front porch or maybe a small table and chairs on back patio. There is a leather couch there but we would have liked to sit out and have coffee or breakfast in mornings.

The owner added $56 to my credit card because he says he can not find his wash clothes and towels. I told the owner at my departure I cleaned the property, washed the dishes, took out the trash, sat the dirty towels by the washer. If you use this property PLEASE bring your own wash clothes & towels.
