Une rénovation complète a été achevée à l'automne 2018. Le lit queen-size dans le canapé-lit principal et le canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon, ainsi qu'un matelas simple, offrent des options pour configurer la façon de dormir. Le salon et la chambre ont des téléviseurs à écran plat pour permettre aux parents de regarder pendant que les enfants jouent à des jeux ou regardent d'autres émissions. Des sièges de comptoir pour 3 et des tabourets / sièges amovibles permettent à chacun d'avoir son propre pouf!
Notre unité est fournie avec des draps et des serviettes de qualité. Les services de ménage ne sont pas disponibles pendant votre séjour, mais peuvent être organisés pour une somme modique. Le casier à ski de l'unité est au même étage que le condo. Les installations de bain à remous sont en bas. Descendez quelques marches et vous êtes sur les pistes vers le meilleur ski du Colorado, à savoir la poudre de champagne Steamboat. Storm Meadows East se trouve directement sur la piste de ski Right-O-Way. Le condo est à distance de marche de bons restaurants et boutiques. A great comfortable condo. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Beautiful views. And a super quiet building. Well maintained and easy in and out. All you could need in Kitchen. Love the tile shower. Steamboat downtown is close. Great restaurants near by. Thank you to Pem for great response as well.

This place is darling and we can't wait to come back. My partner and I stayed here over a long weekend in the summer for a friend's wedding and we were so happy. Even though there is no AC, we would open the patio door at night and just run the fan. Communicating with the host was super easy and we had no issues. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Nicely decorated and comfortable. We stayed during some of the hottest days in the summer. It was a bit warm without air conditioning but the fans were helpful. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Perfect for my husband and I. We walked down to restaurants and live music a few nights just a few minutes walk from the condo. Also close to downtown. The owner had lotion and a magnification mirror which was very appreciated. Loved the electric kettle. We did wash clothes while we were there which was very easy (on the fourth floor). We did use the provided fans on our stay because it was warm and there is no air conditioning. Fortunately the nights were cool so we were comfortable.
In the winter I think it would be even more awesome as the gondolas and ski lifts are literally right out the door.
There is also a communal hot tub which we didn’t have time to use.

The apartment is as described, and very well equipped. No part of the process was a pain, which can be an issue with STRs.
The only issue is that the Ski lockers are on the same floor as the apartment, so skis have to be transported down several floors every day. A ski shed or such at the base would be a vast improvement, though up to HOA not host of course.
That said, it's real ski in ski out - when you are at bottom it is no issue to go on and off Right of Way. This is not true of all places at Steamboat, some of which require a hike uphill in one direction.
We were 3 people, a couple and a 13yo daughter who slept on sofa bed. Space was sufficient, but not lavish. It would be better for a couple, as bedroom has barn doors, and bed takes up whole LR. That said, we have no regrets about 3, we were there to ski.
I would recommend this host, and this rental, unequivocally - the above is just to give data for those who might find it useful in assessing the fit

The property was very clean. It was right on the slope and next to the walking trail up the mountain. It was wonderful getting to sit on the deck each morning with our coffee and breakfast.

Perfect place to stay for two. The condo had everything we needed, including a very comfy bed that had us sleeping ten hours straight. That NEVER happens! We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

We stayed here March 17-24. Easy check in, very nice remodeled unit. Super easy ski in ski out acess. We lucked out by getting about 18" of snow over this week. Skiing was the best we have had in years. Condo was well equiped for having breakfast , lunch , and dinner. We will definitely book this unit again.

It is in a great location right on the mountain where you can hike or bike enjoying the scenery and the wildlife. There are many beautiful places to hike a short drive away

We came into town for the weekend and had a wonderful time! Our family of 5 was able to stay comfortably in the house. The kitchen was stocked with supplies that we needed to be able to cook, 2 different coffee pots which was great, wonderful location and very clean! We would absolutely stay here again!
