The property is spacious and adequately met our needs, but it was obvious they were not ready to host guest. The promised cable and internet was not hooked up, the pool was not heated, we were unsure if the extra sheets were clean, the oven had to be manually cleaned before we could use it and the grill was a hazard. The owner was accessible and willing to help, but we had to stay on top of things. Also, according to cleaning practices for COVID listed by VRBO, the house was not empty for two days in between guests. On December 25th the guest book was signed by at least 12 guests and our check in was on December 26. Although we enjoyed being together as a family, the home did not meet our expectations as per the detail of the property.

Friendly, fast and easy check in and out process. Hosts were flexible and accommodating when our flights changed and then changed again. This house is perfect for big families, has lots of things you need for the beach and dinner at home. Great pool, hot tub and beds for everyone. We’d come back! Close to lots of beaches! All around super!

Big roomy home that slept 8 of us. Minutes from Barefoot Beach and some great restaurants. Doug's Seafood was our favorite. One night we ate there and the next night we had take out from there. Sunsets were beautiful. The home had a pool and hot tub.

With one exception, this house was perfect for us. Sprawling open spaces, fantastic lanai and pool/spa, spacious kitchen. Great location in a lovely neighborhood. The A/C works very well, and the two fridges were perfect for a crowd. Annie was responsive and helpful with questions. The house is well kept and is not "just" a rental. It is well-stocked and it's clear that the owners spend lots of time there. The only issue was that the 4th bedroom was actually an office with a (sub-par) sofa bed, and lacked shades to block the morning light from the east-facing window. That said, we had a wonderful time and hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, very roomy, the pool was such an amazing amenity! The only complaint we had was that the last guests failed to restock basics like toilet paper! Not cool!

On our arrival when we walked in there were bugs throughout the house and some odd smell.. I immediately contacted owner/manager by phone and by text message and reported this disgusting issue. No response untill next day . They said that there is vacuum in closet so we can clean it. I had family from overseas and everyone was horrified by this and then just imagination that one of the nasty bugs will crawl to you while you sleep made everyone refusing to stay at this property. We left immediately within 20-30 minutes because there was no response. Next day owner/manager responded via text that we stay at the property and they see my vehicle in the driveway. I told them that they are lying because we spent night at Naples Hilton. Few hours later they admitted that they were looking at wrong house and said that they will have cleaning company to come out and clean the house . This was after I already told them that my family is refusing to stay there. Very unprofessional and very bad management

We have a group of couples and singles that meet together 3x a year to mastermind business and life Visions. We've always stayed in hotels and wanted to give this type of venue a try as we fled the cold winter months most of us have during January. We were most nervous about each person "having their own space"...afterall, it's totally different when unrelated folks bunk up together in the same house. We booked both houses as they were directly across the street from each other. Once we walked in we were AMAZED at the SPACE in both places! The 4br home had plenty of room for the "all together" meeting we had each day. The weather wasn't as warm as we'd hoped, but from what we understand it was unusually cool/cold/windy for mid-January. So we didn't get to try out the pools, but the hot tub was definitely used and much appreciated. Everything was stocked nicely as far as lines, towels, kitchens, etc. We're a pretty low-maintenance group with no children, but we did see tons of stuff available to use if you have lots of kids during your stay. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and we appreciated them sending over the pool maintenance person to make sure we knew how to operate the hottub...he was very friendly and let us know to contact him with any problems. The manual for checkout was helpful, too. We're definitely considering this venue again. Our group has gotten bigger, but the owners let us know of a motel not far that could be available for overflow potentially.

Your family wedding trip to Bonita Springs turned out wonderful. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed for the vacation. The heated pool and hot tub was a plus for the days we didn’t have wedding activities. I did rely on my brother to operate the pool equipment the instructions were confusing to me. There was some weather damage to the lanai pool screen that I e-mail the owner about. The home was very clean and there were plenty of towels and linens for our use. There were some issues with getting the TV’s to work but we had the main living room TV working for the entire week we were there. The home owners were not in Bonita Springs during our trip so we didn’t get to meet them. The owner did tell me that the screen damage was being repaired after I returned from my trip. The home is near many good restaurants, shops and malls. We really liked the Best of Everything shop and got some very good jewelry deals. I would definitely recommend this home to others and plan on returning again myself.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this property. The house had absolutely EVERYTHING you can need. Having 3 young children this was especially important to me. If I had a question about anything Annie was always available and got back to me immediately. It was very clean and the pool was immaculate. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This was by far the best vacation my family and I have ever had. The house was clean, spacious and very convenient to everything. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is amazing! There is a double oven an island with granite countertop. There is plenty of cabinet space. The pool area is amazing! We enjoyed many days by the pool and hot tub! This place is now our new home away from home every year for vacation! It is a classy city, with lots to experience! I can't beleive people get to live like this everyday!

We had a good time. This is a spacious enough home to bring cousins and grandparents together and not feel the least bit crowded.

What a great place in the middle of winter! It was so nice to relax in the heated pool and hot tub in February after a long winter and the temperature was in the high 70's. The house is spacious and has plenty of rooms and amenities. I enjoyed the brief get-away with my sisters and hope to have a larger family gathering in the near future because the house can accommodate up to 12.

We had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped and roomy ! It has a fabulous heated pool and hot tub which was a highlight for my 88 year old mother, my sisters and myself. We have already booked it for next year and can't wait!!

8 of us took our annual golf trip to Southwest Florida and stayed here. It is a terrific place with plenty of room. The house was very clean and the pool/spa area was very nice. We had a few questions, and Annie and Jay were quick to respond and very helpful. We could not have asked for better service or people to deal with. This was wonderful house for us!
