Bienvenue au paradis! L'ÎLE ANNA MARIA est la première des îles barrières situées le long de la côte du golfe de Floride. Il fait environ 7 milles de long et 1/2 mille de large. Il est connu pour ses belles plages, ses couchers de soleil à couper le souffle et son bateau rempli de gens vraiment sympas. L'activité numéro un dans la région est de NE RIEN FAIRE ET SE DÉTENDRE SUR LA PLAGE.
C'est la location de vacances la plus PROPRE ET LA PLUS LUMINEUSE que vous trouverez sur l'île! Ce charmant bungalow sur la plage est la DEUXIÈME ÉTAGE d'un duplex en bord de mer. (L'unité de rez-de-chaussée de 3 chambres est disponible en tant que VRBO # 298525)
Cette maison de plage est nichée dans une rue très calme à l'extrémité nord endormie de l'île. Loin de la circulation, des foules et des touristes qui aiment faire la fête. C'est la 2EME MAISON DE LA PLAGE sans routes pour bloquer l'accès. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre de votre chambre la nuit, le seul bruit sera le surf sur la plage. C'est vraiment le MEILLEUR EMPLACEMENT de l'île.
Votre porte d'entrée est à moins d'une minute de l'une des plages les plus belles et isolées de Floride. Le sable est comme du SUCRE EN POUDRE. Il ne chauffe jamais à vos pieds car il est composé à 99% de quartz pur. L'eau est chaude et peu profonde. La pêche est excellente. Le SANDBAR RESTAURANT est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage.
L'unité est lumineuse et lumineuse avec une multitude de fenêtres. Tout a été récemment mis à jour dans un décor côtier avec des étoiles de mer peintes à la main sur les murs. Certains des principaux équipements comprennent un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat de 47 pouces, un système audio BOSE BLUETOOTH, un accès Internet WI FI gratuit et un lit King Size Stearns & Foster (ferme).

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. It was like coming home. Soooo close to the beach. And even with storm Debbie raining on us for 2 days, it was so like home that we just relaxed into the world of rain. Bring your family! You will love it.

Steps away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the dinning room window. Restaurants within walking distance . Stephanie goes beyond by having extra toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. We appreciated as publix was very busy and supplies ran out the day we got there. It was a much needed relaxing vacation!

The property was exactly as advertised. The house was clean and everything we needed was provided. Just a short walk to the beach. Very quiet area. Beach is not very crowded. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Seaside Sanctuary a Great place. You can see the gulf from the kitchen, living room, and deck. This is the upper unit and have to access by way of stairs which was no problem for us. A little warm in the main bedroom but it has a great ceiling fan and the bed was comfortable! It was unusually warm for the beginning of May though. Stephanie provided everything we needed. We Didn't need to purchase garbage bags, paper towels, TP. Etc. Check in/check out was super easy. We love AMI and this part of it especially. This has been my favorite of the 4 places we have rented. Loved being that close to the beach. I was a little nervous of doing a duplex but there were no issues with that. The people who stay and rent are respectful of one another. The only complaint is the amount of young people at the beach. Thongs, endless selfies, and loud music is not what this beach has been about in the past. Week days were quieter than weekends thankfully. If you sit closer to the water you only hear waves and see turqoise waters, that was the solution to that. This was a fantastic property and location. Will be back next year! We walked to Bean Point most mornings and were gifted with amazing sunrises, and great wildlife. Saw a Bald eagle on the beach, a few dolphin, many manatees, and a Manta Ray that completely breached the water. Loved watching the pelican's, sand pipers, and the Osprey that nests close by. Rod and Reel has a great breakfast and we love Hurrican Hanks for dinner.

My wife and I were blessed to rent this property for a quiet and peaceful getaway! The property is in prestine conditions and in a great location! We spent most of the time at the beach which is less than 100 steps from the shore. A true Santuary! Thank you Stephanie for your kindness during the entire process. Suited to a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children as the second bedroom has single beds suitable for children rather than 2 adults, however, our son and his girlfriend managed OK. The beach is literally 1 minute's walk and on return there is a hot shower to wash away sand from feet and shoes. We had the upstairs property and so had the balcony that we could use to eat breakfast or use the sun-loungers and enjoy the view. Stephanie, the property manager, was always available and helpful with quick responses to any questions. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. If you want a relaxing break this is the place.

We absolutely loved this cottage and it’s proximity to the beach. Its only a half mile walk to many restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The communication with the owner was exceptional. She went above and beyond by welcoming not only us, but our dog as well.
We were impressed and would love to return!
Notes about the island:
It’s busy! Expect wait times wherever you go for food.
If you want to rent a golf cart, schedule it in plenty of time before you come down.
Not all streets have sidewalks and there isn’t much grass (important when your dog needs to do his business)

The location was absolutely perfect!
We are in love with Anna Maria Island! The house was perfect for 4 people. Literally right next to a beautiful shaded walking path which leads directly to the beach. The neighborhood was so quaint and quiet. Even though this is a duplex, the walls were very well insulated and we could not hear our neighbors below us or in the house beside us.
Stephanie is the perfect host. She checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Surprised us with a sweet welcome gift. She also provides everything you need for the beach.
We had a very relaxing week. Spent lots of time at the beach. Our family kayaked, biked everywhere, went on a sunset cruise, shopped at a beach market. We had a lovely time. Will definitely be back!

Location, Location, Location
Obviously, the location of this beach house was perfect. Truly steps away from the beach. Sunsets could be seen from the front deck and moon rises from the back. Nearly everything on the north end of AMI is within walking distance. The house itself was clean, comfortable, well stocked and bright and cheery just as a Florida beach house should be. Stephanie was great to work with and returned messages promptly. Already looking at our calendar for a return trip!

Wonderful Stay

Amazing stay.
Great charming beach house that provides everything you need while also having a great location that is both extremely close to a pristine beach, as well as Pine Ave with all its great boutique shops and unique eateries. Stephanie the property manger /owner was also great with communication and very accommodating.

The experience was great! Stephanie left is a welcome goodie bag so sweet of her. Rooms, kitchen, bathrooms were clean, there was extra toilet paper, towels and all the essentials in the kitchen. Reboot
My wife and had built a house sold a house, changed jobs, and moving across the state in the process and needed a quiet place to just reboot. This fit the bill. It really is a one minute walk to an uncrowded beautiful white sand beach with lost of sea shells washing up to pick through. The place was clean, had what you need so with a few groceries we were good to go! Easy access to restaurants, walking or driving on the Island. Stephanie was a very good host, made sure we got there and all was good. We’ll be back!

Cute property close to the beach. Quiet, walkable to shops and restaurants.
Seaside Sanctuary is well equipped for a beach vacation. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and outdoor foot shower. A gas grill is available also. The upper level where we stayed has a great deck to enjoy afternoon cocktails and morning coffee. Inside the two bedrooms have comfortable beds, the living area and kitchen have everything you need. The entire space is decorated in a “beachy” decor which is very appealing. The apartment is bright and clean , a perfect spot !!!

Great location
The location of the property was excellent. We could walk to the beach in less than 1 minute. The property was well maintained, inside was clean and had everything we needed. The property owner (Stephanie) was awesome in regards to a small HVAC issue. Highly recommend this place, and we will be returning.

Great beach house
We had a great time on Anna Maria. We have been visiting Anna Maria for many years on the more southern end of the island. Our first stay at this home was last year and we loved it so much we had to come back again. The house is stocked with just about anything that you will need and you can not beat the location on the north end of the island. It is steps from the beach and a short walk to local shops. We will definitely be visiting this home again soon.

Great location!
Great location to shops and beach. The only issues I had was the the master bedroom stayed very warm and could not convert the twin beds to a king very easily. The views were great! Very comfortable and well decorated!

Second stay, great location and home
Stayed on the top floor this time and it is as cute as the bottom. Kitchen nicely appointed, had everything we needed. So close to the beach and the beach is amazing. Also close to the downtown area. We bring bikes and skip to shopping and eating in 5 minutes. Everything about the home is just right. Wait, what am I saying... don't rent here, then it might be taken when we want to come back next time!
