This unit has a beautiful view from the 23rd floor. Elevators were fast and property is stunning. Pool deck overlooks the beach and is closer than any others we've stayed at before.

We been to PCB many times over the years. I have to say I never thought I’d like to stay on the top level but it was amazing! Very quiet. Mr. Langford was the most accomodating host ever!

Our family stayed during spring break. This condo was incredible. We only had to wait for elevators once but it was just before dinner and everyone was coming in off the beach! The place was incredibly clean and very well accommodated! I have never had such a wonderfully stocked kitchen! There was absolutely nothing we didn't have. There was also quite a few beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs left from previous guests (we had brought our own from Wisconsin, but wouldn't have if we had known!). It is across the street from Pier park where there is tons of great restaurants and shops and we were able to enjoy this on the rain day we had. The pools were heated and in great shape. Even the 2 beach chairs that come with the condo were incredibly comfortable! Owner was not only easy to work with, but incredibly helpful and available. We ended up extending our stay due to how beautiful the weather and the place were! We will most definitely stay again!

My boys and I had a great time. Everything was within walking distance. The unit had everything that we could have needed and was very clean. The views were amazing. The property owner was patience with all of my questions and very responsive. I will be booking this unit again next year.

The property was great, we had everything we needed in the condo and loved being so close to pier park. The owner was very helpful when we had an issue. I do wish the bed in bedroom was larger.but our family had a great weekend and wished we stayed just one more day.

Never stayed in a condo before and the owner made it very easy and comfortable how to check in, parking and how it works. The condo was very clean, comfortable and stocked with the basics. Didn't have to buy plates, cups or silverware. It had a box fan and some beach items already in the room. There were books, dvds and games. Best part was two bathrooms and washer and dryer. The view was wonderful also.

This place was amazing!!! Right on the beach and within walking distance to Pier Park. The unit was very clean & beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you may need. And the view from the 23rd floor was breathtaking! The owner was very friendly and stayed in touch. Thank you, Carl!! We had the best time!! We will be back!!

The Calypso is in a perfect location. It’s within walking distance of the jazz venue and minutes away from the shopping area. Carl the owner of our unit was great! He was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend booking his unit.

Host was helpful and communicated with us quickly when we had a question. Only negative comment is we were not aware a hair dryer was not provided. Had to pick one up at Walmart nearby. Otherwise great stay. Loved it.

I can’t say enough about how very important communication is for me. Carl was was amazing from a month before check in until check out. Even checked on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Customer service is everything to us. The condo had all the basic essentials needed. The view from the 23 floor was breathtaking. Will definitely use again in the future.

Property - Calypso has it figured out! After being burned on other high rise properties (crowding, parking, slow elevators), we were skeptical. Parking was plentiful across the street with quick walk across the breezeway. Even on 23rd floor, we never waited more than a minute or 2 for elevator (and the resort was packed with fall break vacationers).
The unit was very clean, beautiful views, A/C worked great. We would definitely look here first for our next trip to PCB. great communication from Carl (owner).

Carl is absolutely awesome to work with. Always quick to respond to any questions and super accommodating. The unit is always clean and have never had any issues. Love how close it is to everything. I think this is our 6th time staying here and we will be back!

We had a great time. The host was attentive to our needs. Being on the top floor, I was afraid the elevators would take forever, especially being a fully booked weekend, but we had no issues at all.
