We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The check in process was easy, the house itself is super cute and the backyard was great for our pool day! The house is only 5 mins from all of the bars and clubs so getting Ubers/Lyfts was easy too. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

We loved this property. We stayed for a bachelorette party. The pool was great and private with plenty of space for 13 people. The outdoor grill and dining area offered a cooled off escape. The house slept all 13 comfortably. The property owner was available when needed. We loved it !

The house was even better than the listing! The owner was super responsive and communicative. The backyard is an oasis and super private. Highly recommend staying here! We came for a bachelorette party for my friend and she had the best weekend.

We did a little staycation for my sister’s bachelorette and used as home base. Great space with rooms and bathrooms. Backyard is awesome with the pool and bbq / table area. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was very well stocked, two rooms with bunks, extremely clean, great gathering area at the kitchen and table, kitchen has great countertop for entertaining, cooler on the patio but bring lots of ice, covered area on the pool, four pool loungers. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, tons of towels, double washer dryer with soap, plenty of cups, and dishes. Shampoo and conditioner were both available. Overall - great place for my Bach weekend and everyone loved it!

Our stay was great. The home was as advertised with everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and the check in/check out process was seamless. The location of the home was perfect for all of our weekend activities and the pool was great.

Overall good stay. Beds comfortable. A/C kept us cool. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Owner/manager responsive to email.
Bees were very problematic around pergola and BBQ grill, especially in the late afternoon. Management attempted to fix on 2nd day of stay, however, bees only seemed to get worse. We could not use grill or pergola area. Only electric outlet in master bath not working. Could use more than 1 washcloth in home and some oven mitts in kitchen. Also, we found several pots/pans and utensils with baked-on food.

Perfect stay for a bachelorette trip! The backyard is really fun and has tons of games. It is clear a lot of bachelorette trips are here as there is a lot of “bride” paraphernalia left at the house (including balloon pumps). Really close to old town only a 10 minute Uber ride.

Relaxing Staycation
Clean, modern and relaxing. Plenty of shade and privacy in the backyard allowed us to enjoy the pool all day. Impressed with the cleanliness of the property especially the pool. It was clean and clear all week. Would stay here again!

Ruined Mother's Day
Reserved this property to check in on Mother's Day, drove 6 + hours from California to spend the day with my children. Check in is at 4pm, as of 3:45pm I had not received check in instructions, reached out to the property manager (Josh), he finally called after 4pm stating the property was not ready for check in and would have to find us another house. He sent us to another home and said we could stay there, however, we had to wait for the cleaning crew to finish cleaning. We didn't get into the house until 7:45pm. He called several minutes later stating that we had to move to the original house the next day and could only stay the one night. At this point he had also offered to refund the first night as well as the pool heating fee for the first night. We moved to the other house the next day. Fast forward to the last day of our stay, I still had not received a refund as promised. I texted Josh about it twice, with no response! Unprofessional and unethical behavior! Completely ruined my Mother's Day!

Excellent Experience
Josh is a great host. I had some issues with booking through VRBO before this trip, and I came to Josh on my last legs before I was about to pull the plug, and he was everything I was looking for. Genuine, honest, trustworthy. There was never an issue. The house was beautiful and everyone enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. Great location- minutes away from Old Town. We were there as a bachelor party group and it was the perfect location. Josh provides the best service through and through and anyone reading this would be making a mistake if they didn’t book through him. Will be coming to Scottsdale again, and that’s partly do to Josh!

Awesome place!
This house was incredible! We had a group of 13 girls and it comfortably fit us all. Both the inside and outside were perfect for entertaining and the pool was great. It also was so close to old town Scottsdale. Would definitely recommend this house!!

Awesome house for a large party
We stayed here for a bachelorette party for a group of 12 women. The house was perfect. It's in a great location, plenty of space for a large crowd and Josh was awesome. Leading up to the trip Josh responded right away to my messages and then when I had questions during the weekend he responded via text. We were sad we couldn't take advantage of the pool (since it was too cold), but we loved the backyard full of so many fun yard games. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies so we were even able to cook breakfast at home! The one down side is the lighting isn't great in all the bed rooms/bathrooms for applying make-up, but wouldn't use this as a reason not to stay here!

HORRIBLE - DIRTY - OWNER UNCOMPROMISING
I wouldn’t have rated this with even one star, but the system wouldn’t take my submission without selecting it...I’ve never had an experience like this before with VRBO. The pictures and video posted do not accurately reflect this home. It was dirty. Stained carpets. Grill and utensils disgusting. Kitchen countertops greasy to the touch. For a home that supposedly sleeps up to 14 people, there were a total of 3 plates and 2 wine glasses in the cabinets. Certainly not enough to accommodate any cooking/eating in the home which is always a reason for my family to choose VRBO over a hotel. The pantry closet was crammed with several items such as extra shampoo, conditioner, and other odds and ends that were all a complete mess. Coffee pot was dirty. The outdoor TV that they boast about can’t even be seen due to its protective cover being filthy, and it’s in an area that is hidden by shrubs, unless you are standing at the grill itself. Overall this property looked very unkept. I took a few pictures before we left and wish I could post them here to show what it really looks like. We were willing to pay the inflated per night charge due to it being a holiday week, but this home is not worth half the amount. I realize there are high reviews out there for this property. I honestly don’t know how this could be. The only possible explanation is that it has gone downhill, or hadn’t been cleaned, since those stays. I strongly urge anyone looking to stay here, to instead look elsewhere.

Great location, perfect for a girls weekend!
14 girls stayed here for a girls weekend! It couldn't have been more perfect. 3 bathrooms that always had hot water, a pool, outdoor patio with no bugs, comfy beds, and a great location! Josh was very accommodating to our needs. We were able to walk to the grocery/liquor store, but also had InstaCart and Walmart deliver groceries.

Would go back in a heartbeat.
A large group of girlfriends met up for a weekend in Scottsdale and this house was perfect. We basically lived in floaties in the pool. The waterfall, fire, string and pool lights made for an incredible atmosphere. There was enough space for everyone to sleep and eat and very close to restaurants and Old Town. We even walked to Carlsbad Tavern (great kitschy Mexican restaurant). I would rent this house again if ever I go back.

Great house for a group stay.
This was a great house for a bachelor party or any large group. The house was furnished well and we never felt cramped.
The large yard, heated pool and 6 TV's were nice benefits. Josh was a responsive host i would stay here again.
We we're in Scottsdale in the heat of the summer and would recommend to heat the pool for a small fee.
