Nice place

The unit was clean, views were great. Running sidewalks were awesome

The property is located across the street from the beach and backs up to an inlet so there are beautiful views from the front or back of the property. The beach across the street has public access but it was not a very busy section of the beach, which we liked. We had our family and some extra friends and our group of 12 (ten of them are in college) fit just fine in this house. We also liked that there were several delicious restaurants nearby.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location and it's perfectly situated between the bay and the ocean.

Everything was good except we put the trash cans out Thursday, they were not emptied. The west window on 2nd floor leaks a little. One of the heat plates on top of the stove only works on full high. Great stay. Great location

Our vacation was great. The neighbors told us the dog relief area was out front in the shrubs next to the road. They also said area along curb belonged to the opposite unit though there was no sign saying so.

Easy to check in and check out. Home was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for everyone in our group. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The perfect location. You can walk out the front door and cross the crosswalk to the beach, or wade and relax in the bay right out the back door. There's plenty of room for big families and management responded immediately when we had a coffee pot issue. Had a great time!! Can't wait to go back!!

This unit was so beautiful inside & the pictures don’t do it justice. I only expected it to be nice , but my family and I were blown away at just how beautiful it was. The set up is fabulous. It’s 3 stories- the 1st floor entrance has the coolest bunk beds ever, sofas, and a tv. This is a great kids hangout area . 2nd floor is your living room and kitchen and had gorgeous views of the water!!!! 3rd floor is all 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom was really nice. My family really enjoyed this place . The best part was that it’s pet friendly. We were having some work done to our home & needed to bring our dogs with us. The 1st floor does have a bit of a cat smell but We didn’t mind at all because again( Only on the bottom 1st floor) , we were thrilled to find a pet friendly condo. Right outside The back door there is a large grassy area for dogs to run and play and do their business. Just Beyond the grassy area there is a nice little beach sand area and our dogs absolutely loved playing in the beach sand!! It was such a treat to watch them. They loved it so much that we decided to take them over to the dog park on the gulf side not even a half mile away. We had never been there and let me tell you that place is wonderful so many cool dogs, it was just fun! We will definitely look into this unit in the future, it was perfect. Our only concern was the noise ordinance in the area. There is a sign in the unit and I received an email that basically tells you you cannot make any noises after 10 PM and before 9am. We all get up early so we were worried about going outside and talking or our dogs barking if they saw other dogs but it didn’t ever turn into an issue. Definitely recommend this place !

We have been coming to Pensacola Beach for 15 years. The location of this condo was absolutely perfect.

There were a few things that distracted from our stay. The house was a little more dated and rundown than we expected. The couches had some pet hair on them. There was a wet spot on the ceiling in the dining room which we assumed came from the 3rd-floor bathroom. We eventually decided to quit using that shower and that left the ten (10) of us with only one bath we could shower in, which cramped us quite a bit. Most of the sinks were clogged and the ones in the master bath hardly drained at all. There was a large crack in one of the dining room windows but we never opened it and it didn't cause us any problem. Finally, I'll be a lot more careful next time when evaluating the overall cost. The actual cost was 53% more per night than the advertised nightly rate. Be sure to plan for that. There was an amount added for a damage waiver and processing fee, plus a large VRBO fee, and then an especially high cleaning fee which seemed a bit out of line to me. In fairness, I knew about this before I committed but the charges seem a little excessive anyway. In summary, the location was great and we did enjoy our vacation, but we will do something different next time.

this location had plenty of room for everyone. a short walk to the ocean and the bay right outside the back door. there were a few minor issues, but the staff were quick to respond and fix them. thank you for everything.

This was very spacious for our group. My husband and two teenagers and my mother and father in-law. It rained the entire stay but we still had fun! I wish it had a lanai off living room and a few more kitchen items. Also note that there are 2 sets of stairs. My elderly in laws had a little difficulty coming down the stairs to living room as there is no railing at the bottom. Other wise this was very clean and nicely decorated.

This was the perfect house in the perfect location. It was easy to feel right at home and the house had everything we needed to make our own meals everyday. Plenty of space for out group of 8. All of the neighbors were friendly, and it was a 3 minute walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend for families and larger groups.

This condo was everything!! Clean and close to everything. Traffic was busy, that’s to be expected. We was without water for about 5 hrs but it finally got turned on. The rest was amazing.
