We really enjoyed our stay in Sundance. This property was perfect for our family. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is the perfect place to get away from it all!

Lovely place for our family to come together! We made great memories. We spent time snowboarding at Sundance. Great hot tub with turkeys calling in the trees. Everyone felt rested and revitalized after the weekend break! Lots of room! Someone could nap, while others sat and played games. The mountains of snow just added to the peace. Great house, stocked kitchen, secluded space, very near Sundance resort. Perfect for families or chill groups looking for a winter getaway. Would definitely book again!

The house was great. Spacious with comfortable seating.. Large screen TVs and large windows to talk in the woodsy views. Heated bathroom floors and a hot tub made for a very relaxing stay. Short walk to the slopes if you don’t want to hassle with parking. Rhett was a great host. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It is literally minutes from Sundance and tucked away in a nice little street. Great size for our family and plenty of room to gather with family for games and such. Easy communication with owner.

This is a excellent cabin for families. We enjoyed every single moment there. We've been in the perfect moment to see the fall colors. Probably returning in a near future.

We had a great stay in Sundance! The property was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5. Clean, great location, and plenty of space for lounging and hanging out. The front deck was a group favorite - a nice place to spend the morning with coffee or spend the afternoon with cards. Communication with Rhett was very smooth and fast. He provided general information up front and answered all our follow up questions quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Sundance!

Very relaxing home and surroundings. I loved opening the windows and doors to hear the sound of the rushing creek. Very spacious and thoughtful amenities. The owner is very down to Earth and we liked spending some time with him!

We celebrated my 70th birthday with our daughters and their families. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. The kitchen, a pleasure to work in. Our host, Rhett, was instantly responsive to questions and requests.

Our stay was so fantastic. The house had everything we needed to host a dinner while visiting family in the area. Large and beautifully furnished, the hosts were wonderful and even stopped by to check that we had everything we needed. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a mountain retreat.

Pros: Host was very responsive and accommodating! Easy check-in/check out. Sundance area is spectacular and this rental makes a comfortable home base if you've got lots planned. It is tucked back into a lovely, quiet lane. Cons: We regretted not booking a place with a bit of a yard. The home has several lovely balconies, but no place for kids to run around and explore. The lisitng mentions a stream, which was beautiful but not accessible as it runs through the yards of other homes, but not this one. Home comfortably sleeps just five in beds. Air mattress and pull out couch for others.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rhett’s property! It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. My friends and I had the pleasure of meeting Rhett and chatting with him for a bit during our stay and he was incredibly friendly and kind, whatever questions we had he answered! Would definitely recommend this property and would highly consider staying here again!

We loved this house. It was just enough room for us. The only downside which I did not realize in the pictures was all the beds besides the master bed were not in completely enclosed rooms. One of the rooms had a balcony that overlooks the living areas. Definitely wouldn’t have stopped me from staying as it was lovely and the perfect distance from all the things we wanted to do! Host responded quickly to all questions, everything was pretty easy to use and the hot tub was AMAZING!! So glad we got to enjoy it

This house is gorgeous! My friends and I had a wonderful weekend mountain getaway. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend hiking, making yummy food, lounging in the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountain home. The house had high quality finishings - architecturally it was very nice. It was well stocked. We rent a lot of homes while traveling and this was probably the best for being well stocked, for example, a full drawer of spices. We especially appreciated the warm bathroom floor!

It was great. Make sure to bring chains or have a 4x4. I used an “auto sock” on my car and got stuck once. Neighbors were nice and helped. The home is great. I’d recommend it to anyone.

This cabin is an excellent spot for families. Three levels of living space offers privacy. Wifi was great, which was important for school and work. As others have said, the open concept might not be as ideal for multiple families as it would for one large family. I would say that four-wheel drive is a must in the winter months. The road into the neighborhood would be tough with a two-wheel drive. We spent the first afternoon shoveling the driveway and breaking up the ice - it is a steep incline, so prepare for that. The only criticism I would have is the radiant heating system. Be sure to check the thermostats on move-in. The lower level thermostat was set; however the master bedroom was not. As a result, bedtime was at a not-so-toasty 57 degrees the first night. We would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful home with radiant heat floors that make for a very quiet environment. We stayed for 5 days and loved it. The owner was always in contact with us to assure we had everything taken care of. I would highly recommend this location.
