We have stayed at this home many times, and it is always perfect. There is a huge gated yard, a designated area to clean off fishing supplies, and you can walk directly into the water from the home. It's a quiet street with friendly neighbors, and perfect distance to all our favorite places in town.

Cory was responsive to our questions. It was dog friendly, and spacious enough for our group of 8 people. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your lovely property.

This property is right by the water, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. You can sit back and relax or fish to your heart’s content. The area is perfect for walking, biking, and kayaking. A birder’s delight.

This was our 2nd year to stay with parents/grandkids in the main house and grandparents in the garage apartment. The place is perfect with a beautiful location. Our dogs couldn’t have been happier! They love running up and down the fence watching people go by. We love this home!

My daughters and me were looking for a place to celebrate my wife's birthday and give her a surprise. We found not only the perfect place, we found the Paradise in Texas. A very relaxing place, where you can listen the sound of the wind mixed with the sound of the sea. My wife was delighted with the view, walking along the side of the bay. Definitely we'll be back ASAP!

Our family has stayed here three different times and we love it. It is conveniently located to downtown Rockport. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. We really enjoy this home away from home for our annual beach visit.

We had a wonderful visit to Rockport and our accommodations were excellent. The property is absolutely charming.

We just stayed 5 days in this rental and loved every minute of it! The location is wonderful, on a quiet one-way street right on the Bay. A good but manageable walk to the Beach and Shops/Restaurants. It was very quiet and just relaxing. The fenced yard is wonderful for the dog and the house had everything for the pet as well! We stayed with 3 adults and 2 children and loved the Studio and therefore the separation as the kids could have a "sleep over" at Grandma's! As she lives in Europe that does not happen often. The house has everything you need, we enjoyed cooking our meals or eating out at one of the local restaurants. The view from the Studio is wonderful as well. The owners are so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we need. The house is clean and well kept. We will be back!

Our family includes a 7 year old and a 2 year old and all of us enjoyed our stay on the edge of the bay.

The location was great. Within 15 minutes of unloading the car, my husband was saying let's book here next year too. It was too dark for him to really appreciate the view. If we could add/subtract anything it would have been to have WiFi and fewer mosquitos. We still plan to book our next stay in Rockport here.

This is our second time to use this vacation home. It is on the water which allows you to sit and watch the water. It accommodates our family very well. With three bathrooms, you do not spend all day waiting your turn. There is an outdoor shower for you to use when you return from the beach. The studio apartment and the home both have kitchens stocked with all the tools you need for cooking. Even though Rockport is still recovering from Hurricane Harvey, there are still a lot of activities to do. We hope to return again.

We frequent Rockport, Tx. for family vacations; often staying in Hotels which can be crowded and noisy. Now that our family has grown I was looking for a place that we could all stay together. Everyone loved the house.The house allowed us to feel very at home during our visit to Rockport. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which allowed for everyone to have some privacy. The kitchen was well furnished and equipped for cooking together. This house has been very tastefully remodeled and updated. Best of all it was quiet and you could have breakfast and watch the sun rise over the water.

Perfect spot for a multi-family vacation! The kids had a fantastic time running around the spacious lot playing tag, soccer and football. The parents could relax and enjoy the time off too not having to worry about the little ones running into the water due to the surrounding fence. The Rockport Beach, only 7 minutes away by car, was perfect for small children. No waves to contend with and the water was only up to the knees for the length of a football field. Port Aransas beach is about a 30 minute drive but leave early so you don't get hung up in ferry traffic. The bigger kids loved the waves at this beach. We parked at marker 8, there is a beach restaurant near there. We also waded into the water in front of the house, the kids enjoyed capturing hermit crabs. The house is perfectly situated and set up, all you need are some clothes and groceries. The beds are very comfortable and the AC's work great! We had a wonderful time!

Nice to have two buildings, helps you feel you're not on top of each other. Well kept, nicely appointed, comfortable furniture, plenty of dining space, updated bathrooms, all necessary kitchen amenities. Would highly recommend!

We took a family trip with our 5 and 7 year old, our yorkie, and my mother; We had a blast! It feels as if you're staying at a family members house. Comfy beds and plenty of beach towels available made the trip even better. We only had one complaint and That was the fact we didn't have access to the pier as advertised. It's in need of repair, so if that was a selling point, like it was for us, just know that it won't be open for some time. However, the sand is level enough to wade out to fish, but I had trouble getting over the rocks to the sand, or back onto the small access we had to the pier during low tides. Even with that being a disappointment, I'm still giving this place five stars because it was a great location, safe for our austistic son, and my mother loved the apartment behind the main house. Side note, it appears the lot directly next door is beginning construction on a new house, so if you don't plan to be at the beach all day, the noise may bother you. It never disturbed us since we were up early and came back mid afternoon. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we plan on booking for next summer!

Gorgeous view. Water is literally across the street. Two kitchens and 3 FULL baths completely stocked. Gorgeous decor and a huge property for kids, dogs, and family to roam. Highly recommend!

Stayed here last weekend w/ some girlfriends and LOVED this property! We will stay here again and make it an annual adventure and bring our families back for them to enjoy as well. Both cottages were spotless and super comfortable. LOVED the waterfront view and breezes, and the location which was a 2-3 minute drive to shopping, restaurants and the pier. The over-sized, fenced in lot was amazing and would make this a perfect property for those w/ little ones and/or pets. I highly recommend!
