Notre Maui Beach Retreat est situé dans l'agréable complexe de condos Kihei Kai Nani. L'unité est située loin du bruit de la rue, offrant un endroit calme et agréable. Le lanai dispose d'un jardin tropical tranquille et privé est idéal pour se détendre. C'est un condo d'une chambre avec un lit king size confortable. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Il y a une pleine cuisine entièrement équipée et la propriété a également plusieurs tables de pique-nique et de barbecue pour vos usages. Le complexe dispose d'une grande piscine étincelante avec des gazebo et des chaises longues pour votre plaisir. Il fournit également une installation de blanchisserie sur place, si nécessaire. Notre condo fournit l'air conditionné cependant, les alizés permettent à beaucoup d'air frais frais de se déplacer dans l'unité.
La zone environnante abrite de nombreuses belles plages immaculées. Kamaole Beach est juste à quelques minutes à pied dans l'allée et est idéal pour la baignade, la plongée avec tuba, stand up paddling et regarder les tortues de mer qui fréquentent les eaux. Il offre également une vue spectaculaire sur les couchers de soleil!

Kihei Kai Nani is in a great location, across the street from the beach, with a nice pool. We love Kihei and all the beaches near there and in Wailea. The condo was older but clean and had a kitchy 50's Hawaiian decor that I enjoyed. The bed was very soft. The back sliding doors are older and you have to be careful sliding them or they come off track easily (typical of doors from that era). The condo is small, perfect for 2 - only a sleeper sofa for any others you might bring along. If we ever go back without the kids, we would love to stay there again. Maui was beautiful but surprisingly empty - apparently the world thinks it all burned down last summer, not just old town Lahaina. (We love Lahaina and are very sad for all the people who lived and worked there). That being said, it was nice being there when it was less crowded than normal, but I would imagine it is hard on an island that runs on tourism.

Nice condo in Kihei. Owners are very quick to respond. Condo bedroom can be loud at night as the bed is next to a wjndow. If you're a light sleeper .

I just stayed here for two weeks and loved it! This unit is decorated so beautifully! So visually appealing and filled with Hawaii style! The king size bed is co comfy and I truly loved having a/c in the bedroom at night. I went in June and really needed A/C then because the trade winds start slowing in June. Otherwise it's situated perfectly so it doesn't get direct sunlight in the unit. Helps keep it cool by just opening the front door and the lanai door and allowing the trade winds and fans to move the air.
The condo had everything I needed and was just as described. And the owner was quick to respond to me. She even rescheduled the exterminator (yes, there are bugs in Hawaii so I did appreciate that there is an exterminator service) so it wasn't while I was staying there. 😁
This was my first stay in this unit... and my third time staying at Kihei Kai Nani. I love this location. It's so close to everything! I can walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops in just minutes.
The pool is wonderful when the ocean is choppy or brown. The laundry room is also super easy and convenient. Even has soap for purchase and a change machine.
I keep coming back here for all those reasons. And I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this unit!

IMHO, you can’t beat Kai Nani’s location. The unit was perfectly functional, providing all the necessary accoutrements one needs for a beach vaca.

Excellent location just a short walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and central to everything around the island. Accommodations were nice, and condo had everything we needed. We were a bit cramped, but that’s our own fault for trying to cram 3 adults and a teen in such a small space. Still better than a hotel, and a lot less expensive.

There were 3 of us and we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. The bed and sofa bed were comfy, the kitchen was stocked well, and there were plenty of beach chairs and toys for all. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return before too long!

This trip, there was something going on with the sewer line and when I reported it, I was re-accommodated in another unit very quickly. Karen has always been wonderful when it comes to her guests. The situation was worked on the same day - the staff at Kihei Kai Nani are the best!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we could possibly need was provided in the condo, including beach chairs and an umbrella which was a nice touch! The bed was extremely comfortable and the location can’t be beat - we walked across the street to watch the sunset on the beach every night. Highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I lived on Maui for 8 years and moved away 6 years ago. We recently visited for 3 weeks to relive old memories and stayed at a friend's place for most of the time. But, we decided to book a short stay at Kihei Kai Kanani for the last part of our stay to have the experience of being right across from one of the best beaches on Maui. Everything was great and the price was right. It was fun being right in the middle of Kihei and Wailea.

We spent a week exploring Maui and this condo provided all we needed as our home base. The kitchen was nice and well stocked, allowing us to eat at home easily, and the provided beach gear was appreciated. We enjoyed being just a very short walk from the beach, and also the good location relative to the many other sites around Maui. The portable AC unit was useful in the evenings and made it easier to sleep well. It’s not especially fancy but it does the job very well. We’d happily return!

As the title says, you really can’t find a better condo for this price and location. However, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. I also think it’s important to note that there isn’t central AC, only two window units. The one in the bedroom works really well but the one in the living room wasn’t great. I’m not sure what was going on, but the water was shut off three separate time for 5 ish hours at a time while there. Overall, the condo could use some updates, but if you aren’t planning on spending much time there then I highly recommend it. The beach chairs/umbrella were in great shape and the host was very responsive.

We stayed at Karen’s place and had a very good vacation time. The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the beach, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation time. One plus thing is the portable air conditioner that help we enjoyed the stay very much.

Location and Property 5/5 - Right across from a few beaches, easy available parking, pool and laundry on site, easy to walk to shops and food, fairly quiet other than some roosters in the morning. We spent our mornings on the lanai, it was private and lush-even with a building on the other side of the bushes we barely knew there was anything going on back there. Unfortunately there was a pest spray of our building occurring during our stay which was a minor inconvenience for us.
Condo Amenities 4/5 - Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, kitchen was fully stocked and lots of beach gear available. A few items in the kitchen and bathroom could use a refresh/replacement. A/C in the unit was great to have, we really only needed to use it in the bedroom at night as the unit was fairly breezy during the day. Bed was on the softer side and was comfortable based on our preferences.
Cleanliness 4/5 - Some aspects of the condo could have been cleaner, but perhaps the cleaners were rushed on the last turnover. Any bugs we found were dead, but nothing exceptionally unusual for Hawaii.
Communication 4/5 - Karen provided thorough instructions on accessing the property. She got back to us quickly when we messaged her.

This 1b1b was a great fit for our small family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small kids) and was in excellent location across the pool and also across the street from the ocean. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked for our needs, also had some extra beach equipment for us to use such as chairs and umbrellas. AC units worked very well and kept us cool. The sofa also is a pull out bed though we didn’t get to use it. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Cute little spot - has all that you need for a Maui getaway! I did not spend too much time in the place during the day as we were out literally all day. It worked well for our party of 2. We used the pull-out sofa bed, which wasn't bad at all. You can hear most of what is going on outside and with the nearby neighbors, something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. I was so tired from being out all day that it was fine, plus the AC served as background noise. I would definitely stay there again.
