Bienvenue au paradis! L'ÎLE ANNA MARIA est la première des îles barrières situées le long de la côte du golfe de Floride. Il fait environ 7 milles de long et 1/2 mille de large. Il est connu pour ses belles plages, ses couchers de soleil à couper le souffle et son bateau rempli de gens vraiment sympas. L'activité numéro un dans la région est de NE RIEN FAIRE ET SE DÉTENDRE SUR LA PLAGE.
Cette charmante maison de plage est nichée dans une RUE TRÈS CALME à l'extrémité nord endormie de l'île. C'est la 2EME MAISON DE LA PLAGE sans routes pour bloquer l'accès. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre de votre chambre la nuit, le seul bruit sera le surf sur la plage. C'est vraiment le MEILLEUR EMPLACEMENT de l'île.
Votre porte d'entrée est à moins de 30 secondes de la PLAGE la plus PRISTINE de Floride. Le sable est comme du sucre en poudre. Il ne fait jamais chaud sur vos pieds car il est 99% PURE QUARTZ. L'eau est chaude et peu profonde. La pêche est excellente. Le SANDBAR RESTAURANT est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage.
L'unité est lumineuse et lumineuse avec une multitude de fenêtres. Tout a été récemment mis à jour dans un décor côtier amusant avec des étoiles de mer peintes à la main sur les murs. Les équipements proposés incluent un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat de 47 pouces, un système audio Bluetooth Bose et un accès Internet Wi-Fi ultra rapide. The property is cozy and fit our family of 5 well. The closeness to the beach is amazing. We saw all kinds of wildlife including being only 5 feet away from a manatee. It is close to great restaurants and shopping, we never drove far to eat out. Kitchen is great we never had to look for anything.

Everything was as advertised. Steps onto the beach. Plenty of room. Beach supplies. Option to check out early or late was worth it. Restaurants in walking distance. Would book again! And the host was great!

The apartment is very clean, with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels. Proximity to the beach was as best as could be without being directly on the water. Stephanie was a perfect host and was available immediately for any questions we had.
The only complaint we have is the upstairs guests could be heard. We could hear them walking above us as well as their 2 dogs barked frequently. But that was very minor. We would definitely come back again and stay at this very adorable unit.

Every expectation for our time of much needed R&R was exceeded. Our rental was clean, peaceful, within steps of the beach. Our hostess, Stephanie, was very accessible to any questions we had. We definitely plan to come back and we don’t need to research rental homes, we have our home away from home on Ana María Island. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

This rental has everything you need. beach access is right outside, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, the kids room has great toys and books. The bathrooms are dated but overall the rental was clean it was such and easy check in/out process

Our 3rd time staying at Stephanie’s seaside sanctuary! Absolutely love the location - proximity to beach, pine street shops and Rod and Reel pier restaurant.
Cozy and functional beach accommodations, with laundry and a shed full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagons. (Grandkids even made the shed their Fort!)
Anna Maria island is max relax and Stephanie is a pleasure to work with!!

This beach house was exactly what we were looking for. Private, close to the beach, and well-equipped. Stephanie thought of everything, and even intervened when we were woken up by a noisy construction crew at a neighboring property! She contacted the owner right away, and no more early morning noise. She truly went above and beyond!
We were able to walk to restaurants. And also, enjoyed the full, modern kitchen with every amenity you could think of. And did I mention the mattresses? The most comfortable I have ever slept on in a vacation rental! Great place for a relaxing beach vacation :)

Great hospitality!
Stephanie was so responsive and was always available for any questions we had! You seriously only need to pack your clothes for the trip because everything else you could possibly need is already there! We will be back!

We added a bonus day to our first trip to AMI and really appreciated so much about this vacation property.
Stephanie was extremely responsive and accommodating to our situation and worked hard to provide early access as we were in between stays. Check in was very detailed and thorough.
The house had many special touches such as a welcome treat for our dogs and cold bottles water/soda! The location is fantastic, literally steps from the beach.
After staying near Holmes Beach the previous week, we really loved the quieter end of the island and the house being at the end of the street, so no traffic. We enjoyed a nice carry-out dinner on the front porch with a lovely breeze! Yet the location is still close to Pine St shopping and area restaurants.

Amazing location
The location of the home really made a week long beach trip with 2 kids run very smoothly! The house is accurately described. Having access to the beach toys, chairs, etc, etc was very helpful! Loved our stay and will be back!

Great location to the beach and local food
The house was spotless and in the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. It is well equipped in the kitchen and for the beach (toys, towels, umbrella, and more). Walking distance to a great coffee shop and taqueria. Stephanie was friendly, helpful, and very professional. We will go back this year. I stayed with my spouse and 2 children ages 4 and 7. Lovely place for a nice family vacation.

Stayed here the whole week of Thanksgiving 2020. Location is perfect...very short walk to the beach, walkable to restaurants and shops. House has everything you need and more! Quieter end of the island so the beach is not too packed.

Just what we needed on our anniversary weekend
This beach home is just beautiful. Everything you need to feel at home. Stephanie was great to work with and always a text away if needed. It was the perfect weather, bought fresh fish and cooked in the house all weekend and celebrated the two of us on our anniversary weekend. Just Loved It!

So good the first time, we came back!
Had a great family vacation 4 yrs ago and decided to come back again with the grandchildren this time. Very comfortable and child friendly accommodations. Well equipped kitchen. The extras are well appreciated (beach chairs, towels, toys, umbrellas, laundry). Quick and easy access to the beach which is where we spent the majority of our time building sand castles, enjoying the water, and of course - sea shell collecting.
