Everything was perfect! Todd was great about answering questions before, during, even on the way out! The condo had everything you need. Patio furniture is great. The outdoor couch is great for several people, but even better for naps 😊 Extra Large swimming pool is a huge plus.

We visited family in the area. Condo was in a great location right on the beach with fantastic views. Pool was nice. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Would stay here again.

The unit could use upgrading. Unit was not ready when we arrived at 4pm, it was still being cleaned. Checkout at 10am/checkin in at 4pm...that is plenty of time to clean a unit.

I highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean, within walking distance to the beach, and had amazing views! We were also able to check in early and communicating with the owner was extremely easy! We will definitely be staying here again.

We love Navarre Beach, and always like staying at Beach Colony condos. This unit had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I do like to cook and found the kitchen well stocked. The owner was quick to answer back when I ask about a crock pot! He also contacted me when we got in to make sure we had everything we needed and then again after we headed home.

The complex seems very well maintained. The elevators are fast, just very stuffy and hot. The balcony views off the front and back are awesome! We have stayed at many different condos over the last 20+ yrs and this one rated in my top 3 buildings. Parking spaces are a little tight, especially the ones in the corners.

The condo was everything we expected when we VRBO. Exceptionally excited the unit came with umbrella and chairs included, all we had to do was show up! Loved the accommodations to be able to rent Sunday to Sunday which is atypical.

Property owner was prompt in returning calls, and condo was as advertised. As we were there for 2 weeks they could have supplied more basic essentials such as paper towels, t-p, etc.

Girl's 50th Birthday Getaway
This was a great place for a girl's trip! Extremely clean, updated kitchen, huge bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, and laundry room. Very much like being at home. Absolutely no complaints and host was always quick to respond to questions.

Amazing condo, very nice - We always come to Navarre but first time in this condo and it was great. Mr. Todd was very friendly and checked in with us. By far the best experience with a VRBO host. Hope to be back next year.

Lovely location and apartment
We had a great time staying 5 nights at this apartment in July. The apartment is clean, and equipped with all the necessities. The beach is lovely, the pool is great, and the views are breathtaking. There is beach service included as well (two chairs and umbrella, $35 per day value). The pier was fun to walk and watch folks fish.

So relaxing. Best vacation ever.
This was a great vacation. The property was perfect. Had everything you needed as if you were home. A quick trip to the local store or Walmart was really close to buy the groceries you needed to make meals during your stay. Of course, you could eat out as well but it was nice to stay in and just enjoy the view while you ate. The view was spectacular.
Day one was perfect beach but the rest of the week seagrass came in and the beaches weren't as perfect. It was ok though because there were plenty of other things to do and if you visit the marine center down the road you learn that the seagrass is necessary for the ecosystem. I highly recommend the marine center. The turtles are awesome. Everyone enjoyed them and it only costs $5.00 per adult. Very informative.
Even the storms that moved in on our last two nights were the best storms to watch. These memories will last a lifetime.

Spectacular View
The condo was very clean, kitchen well equipped, but the views were spectacular. View of blue green water was just what we needed. Easy access to the beach and elevators we convenient. No worries about carrying items up as there were plenty of rolling carts. Owner even bought a new coffee pot to replace a broken one. Great customer service!

Great girlfriend vacation
The condo was so comfortable and nice. My friends and I enjoyed the awesome outdoor area and view. Todd the owner checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed, and we did. I would love to stay there again.
I would like to add that the condo was quite. No party animals in the building or on the beach.

Had an amazing time. Have been to Navarre a few times but this was by far the best place to stay. Even with hurricane Ida pressing down. Our host was so kind to call when we arrived and give added info.
