The owner was very helpful in sorting out my booking. The room is spacious. Top quality bed and pillows. Location is quiet even if it's in the town center. Concrete road outside. Aircon sufficiently cools the room. Nice water pressure from the (hot) shower. Electrical outlets are conveniently located.
Internet is already the best available (Starlink) but it still conks out from time to time. General Luna also has occasional blackouts.

the owner was lovely and really helpful. she helped us organise transport to the airplane to rent a scooter. large room with good aircon and shower.

The room was so clean and spacious, a lot of space to put all your stuff, everything is so well thought about. The hostess is really nice and thoughtful, she helped us arrange the transport to the airport at 4AM and even woke up with us.
No hot water (temporarily), but that was totally fine as the room was amazing

Mattress okay, location okay and room okay.
Cockroaches in the 2 rooms we were, the shower is broken (it has no pressure at all, it is so hard to have a normal shower as it is almost a leak what comes out and no hot water). In the 1st room they did not provided towels and in the second one they did (why?).
I asked to extend the booking despite I did not like due to a typhoon in our next destination. I checked online in booking.com in the morning when I asked them on how to do it and it was 36€ ( 2000 pesos) before I told them. Then when I asked on how to extend they told me to wait to see with the owner the best way to do it. For my surprise then I saw that I was asked 3000 pesos and they removed the 36€ option. They took advantage of the situation when I was trying to be kind.

The mattress was okay, and the room was also decent.
Lots of cockroaches, and bugs. The shower do not work the sink do not suck the water properly. I asked them how to extend the booking a bit due to a typhoon in our next destination, wether doing do it by booking straight or with them in person. They told me to wait to increase the price 50% and take advantage. It was quite disgusting the movement when I was just trying to be kind.

The apartment was good, it has a quiet location near the port and also the room is so big.
No hot water in the shower.

very accessible. just near the port for island hopping and motor bike rental is just across the property.

Attentive staff which helped out with extra supplies when asked.
Even though we booked the balcony room they insisted we didn't so we ended up on the ground floor. The water pressure was basically not existing and the room was full of ants and weird purple worms in the bathroom. Really bad Wifi too.

You can rent a bike with the neighbor just opposite
There is a water tank and rack to dry tour clothes.
Only ome thing, aircon was superloud, but they also provide a fan :) as an alternative.
