Cette maison de vacances récemment rénovée est magnifique - de haut en bas! Chaque cottage dispose de 3 chambres à coucher, 1 salle de bain, une cuisine spacieuse et ouverte et un salon accueillant. D'immenses ponts à l'avant de la maison avec vue sur le détroit de Nantucket. Quartier calme et recherché à West Dennis, à seulement 5 maisons de votre plage privée partagée.
Les cottages sont pratiquement des images miroir les uns des autres - avec des meubles et des détails qui surplombent les voisins. Des casseroles et des poêles Cuisinart aux énormes téléviseurs HD installés dans des armoires personnalisées, en passant par les chambres décorées avec goût, il s’agit tout simplement de la meilleure location dans la rue. Internet haute vitesse pour les enfants, soleil et détente pour les adultes! Des tonnes de placards et de comptoirs pour toutes vos affaires! Immense pont avant avec vue sur l'océan, pont arrière avec une cour spacieuse. Douches extérieures personnalisées après la plage, nombreuses places de parking. West Dennis possède les chaudes plages de Nantucket Sound, avec un peu plus d'espace et d'intimité que Dennisport. Fantastic location for a family gathering, our age range was 13-89. Short walk to a private beach and even a great view of an aspect nest (2024).
The house is in a quiet private road but still close to lots of fun things to do.
Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for our family Cape vacation. It was so easy to walk to the beach every day. The location felt secluded but wasn't far from major roads. Loved it!

Being a duplex house makes it great for large families. Easy walk to the beach, and big new decks. Convenient having beach chairs available for renters. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Very well updated cottages. Every item you could need was available and owner was EXTREMELY responsive,
Beach was very crowded for a private beach and security guard stated there’s not much he could do about people that didn’t belong that were there before he arrived and didn’t seem to be monitoring anything anyways but other than that the stay was perfect.

The property was amazing. My guests and I felt very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. I rented both houses #19 . Both properties were designed beautifully. Each guest had their own room. Great views of the beach. Convenient to shopping, coffee cafes, and restaurants. Will definitely be renting again. 🍹⛱️⛵️

The West Dennis house exceeded our expectations! Excellent location to private beach and many Cape experiences. Family of 11 mixed generations found having the duplex location was PERFECT! Early morning work house and vacation late sleepers all enjoyed. Beautiful, beach and comfortable!

Great location
Short walk to nice beach. Love the outdoor showers. Lots of chairs, great front decks and yard/fire pit. Close to shopping and mini golf etc etc. We had a great time.

This cottage has everything!!
This cottage literally has everything. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable, You can’t beat the location to the beach, well stocked with dishes, cups, silverware and everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The hosts thought of everything: books, games, beach chairs, kids toys, etc. can’t wait to rent this place again! Thanks for an awesome week!!

Booked the duplex for June 2020 for my family of 10 adults and then Covid hit - Matt was so awesome about letting me reschedule the trip first to Sept 2020 then to June 2021, and the wait was definitely worth it! The kitchens were fully stocked with all the dishes/equipment you could need (including lobster pots & crackers), the back yard was great with the fire pit and enough room for cornhole we brought. Loved sitting on the front decks where you could see the ocean and hear the waves crashing. Beach was beautiful - a very short walk and plenty of chairs are provided. Best thing about renting both sides was we were able to split the group between the 'early to bed, early to rise' folks and the 'play cards until 2am' folks and the way the bedrooms are positioned, no one was bothered. No a/c which is normally a concern for us, but with the ceiling fans and cross breezes we were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time. The property was just as advertised with an awesome location right near the beach. We enjoyed the fire pit, clean webber grills, outdoor showers and lots of sleeping space. We would recommend for multiple families looking for a cape trip! Matt was very responsive and great to work with.

This duplex was so great, we'll definitely make this a regular stay for us. Great three bedroom with all the essentials (though no linens-per cape cod standard), games, full kitchen. Great beach rental! Typical double cottage, two units side by side, but very nicely done,renovated,larger kitchen area with sit at counter, full of utensils, house decorated, nice gas grill, nice outdoor shower, extra beach stuff(chairs, toys, cart, etc). Will definitely be going back.

Well-equipped and great location
We recently rented both sides of the duplex for a three generation family get together. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Here are a few highlights:
The units are extremely clean and well equipped with beach gear, utensils, entertainment equipment, etc. Outdoor showers and faucets make post-beach clean up a snap.
The location is great - just a 2min walk (or less) to a nice beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc are a short drive away.
The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
The one qualifier I would point out is that the units are on the small side. They are very efficient in terms of making the most of the space, but the small sq footage simply means you will be seeing a lot of your fellow guests. This not a negative - just something to keep in mind.

Perfect - met all our expectations
The house was just as pictured on HomeAway. The beach is right there - we could see it from the deck. We enjoyed our coffee every morning listening to the ocean! Location of West Dennis was great as well.
