Détendez-vous et profitez de vues panoramiques et de la perfection en bord de mer. La maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est située dans le premier bâtiment B et se trouve à quelques pas d'une plage de sable extraordinaire offrant la célèbre `` vue sur cinq îles '' ainsi que les couchers de soleil toute l'année. Une piscine rafraîchissante et un bain à remous sont situés juste devant la porte d'entrée de cette unité et des courts de tennis et un beau jardin d'herbes aromatiques ne sont qu'à quelques pas de la piscine.
Chaque chambre a une salle de bain carrelée dédiée. Notre cuisine est bien équipée avec tous les nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine et un nouveau gril à gaz est situé sur la véranda où vous pouvez cuisiner à l'extérieur et vous détendre avec une boisson tropicale fraîche tout en regardant les magnifiques couchers de soleil.

The most impressive experience with VRBO ever! The view from B303 could not be beat!! The condo was impeccable. The host was beyond amazing. He interacted with me long before our stay, during our stay and after our stay. We were celebrating my 80th birthday. A beautiful large floral arrangement from the Joseph's was on the kitchen counter. We also received a bottle of wine and a generous gift basket. I received a number of birthday cards from the staff and the host. I was treated like I really was important to them. I rented 3 different condos and none of the other hosts even came close to the Joseph's. In fact, the hosts of the other two condos were not very communicative. I had to contact (Coldwell Banker) for check-in instructions. The air conditioner in F201 was not sufficient to cool the condo in the afternoon because of the sun. I would only rent from the Joseph's in the future. Thank you for all you did to make my trip so awesome!!

Just a beautiful spot only 5 minutes from all your shopping and restaurants. Being truly beach front you have the ocean at your feet as soon as you get there. Clean, well maintained place with all the toys, chairs, and amenities you’ll want! We’ll be back for sure!

This unit is as direct ocean front as it gets. The western view is incredible with a very large comfortable balcony to enjoy. The unit itself is excellent. Layout, furnishings, everything. We had four adults and worked well. Fantastic beach right in front - easy access. Great swimming and snorkeling right there. Beautiful property, great location with many Wialea restaurants and golf close by. Makena fabulous. Owner communicated and helped with everything. Can’t say enough great things about this property. To us this condo was way better than even the high end resorts in the area. Just closeness to the ocean, view, access to beach and expierience.

Would not stay anywhere else in Maui, but Makena Surt. And this has to be one of the top units - on the top floor directly facing the ocean off the deck with a pretty private pool out the front door. Absolutely perfect for two couples. Both bedrooms were large and very accommodating. Entire place felt brand new. We love snorkeling right off the beach, and this location certainly has that. The condos are pretty private, gated, and the beach pretty secluded. Yet just a few minutes to all the Wailea restaurants and shopping, etc. The host could not have been more responsive to our requests. You will not be disappointed.

I read all the 10/10 reviews of this property prior to booking and all are accurate. Just finished nearly two weeks at the property and it is absolutely spectacular. Location right on the beach, close proximity to restaurants and golf. My kids snorkeled right at the beach and two beautiful pools are located on the property. The condo was beautiful and recently renovated. Full kitchen and outdoor grill worked well. Sunset views from the balcony are not to be missed. Communication was great with owners Mark and Cory. Nothing I would change about this property and highly recommend. Definitely plan to return.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Our boys loved playing on the beach and riding the waves all day with the provided boogie boards. The view is unmatched and the large doors opening up to the lanai was perfect for listening to the waves. The beach was never crowded and the waves were great for letting our kids play. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be back! We watched the beautiful Maui sunset every night from the quiet and peaceful lanai. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us.

It was our first trip to Hawaii and naturally we wanted all to be perfect. Thanks to this amazing condo and location it was! Our family of four was overwhelmed by the view. The ocean and mountains were spectacular. The beach was private and quiet ... with perfect sand for our morning and evening strolls along the Pacific.
The snorkeling and turtle viewing was the real deal as we saw turtles each and every time we snorkeled. The condo is supplied with all the amenities a family would desire ... beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. Also no need to sweat the small stuff as the owners Mark & Cory along with Maria the property manager have all your needs covered (laundry detergent, bathroom necessities, cleaning supplies, paper towel, napkins, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). We were also surprised by the welcoming gift basket we found when we checked in! This unit deserves the Five star rating it perpetually receives!!

This was by far the best VRBO we stayed at in all of our years traveling to Hawaii. It is steps from a very soft sandy beach. The location is very quiet away from the crowds. The kitchen is very well furnished with all the kitchen utensils you need. The view out to the ocean from the lanai is outstanding. We had several dinners out on the lanai. Highly highly recommended!

My family and I had an excellent time at Makena Surf! The location is unbeatable: with the best view!! (think: perfect morning coffees on the lanai, beautiful sunsets every night, hearing the ocean waves from our beds); easy access to the great beach (which was not crowded, has perfect waves for kids to play/boogie board and great snorkeling); and close to stores/shopping if desired. The unit is exactly as presented, and it the best stocked kitchen we have ever had, which was a real treat! We actually cancelled our one dinner reservation because you couldn't beat watching the sunset on our own lanai! The complex also has two great big pools that my kids really enjoyed swimming in. The owner and property manager were both fantastic. This is our new favourite spot on Maui, and I hope to be back soon. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Maui condo! Everything was perfect and exactly as advertised! The sunsets were out of this world and the patio was a perfect place to enjoy them! So much so, that we rarely left for dinner! Our kids really enjoyed the beach - the snorkeling was amazing and the surf was perfect for boogie boarding. So rare to find both on the same beach! The condo had everything we expected, and more! Our stay was incredibly relaxing and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Mahalo to Maria and the fabulous owners of B-303!

Amazing!!!
We had a great time in Makena Surf B-303! Is was very clean, beautiful, comfortable…just amazing. We ate out on the lanai everyday, enjoying the beautiful view. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need…from beach things to laundry soap and even special Maui snacks. We hope to stay again very soon.

Great... Location, Property, Host, & Overall Experience
The property was amazing. The photos of the unit, while very accurate, don't do it justice. Mark & Cory (host) have a great place and were exceptional in timely responses to any questions. Maria (property/VRBO manager) was great too.
The unit had EVERYTHING we needed and then some (e.g., nice touch having the phone chargers on the nightstands in the master bedroom).
The sunsets from the back porch of the unit and beach were fantastic. My family took photos on a grassy section of the Makena Surf property (about a 2-3 min walk from the unit) and it was easily one of the prettiest views I'd ever seen.
We are a family of 4 with two teens. We love having a resort location/vibe AND having the space to move around in a unit. If you are looking for something in the SW section Maui in the Makena/Wailea area, I'd highly recommend this unit. We easily had a 5-star experience. We visited one of the nearby exclusive resorts with a resort pass and my wife and I looked at each other and said we clearly made the right decision staying where we did.

Our stay at Makena Surf B303 on Maui was amazing. It exceeded all expectations. Mark and Corey's home was cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It made a perfect location to go out and explore the island. And it was the perfect location to just "be at home on the lanai" - whale watch, listen to the surf, watch the sunset and sip champagne. The property manager, Maria, checked in both on arrival and departure and was available should any assistance be needed. We have stayed at the Makena Surf many times but B-303 is the most well-stocked and most welcoming condo we’ve ever stayed in. From the very helpful, friendly and professional manager to the array of kitchen and beach items available, this condo is a “dream come true”. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Makena Surf.

Absolute perfection on Maui!
I am a hotel girl…but after staying at this property, I don’t know how I can go back to a hotel! The communication with Mark the owner was fantastic even before we arrived. When we arrived, Maria the manager made herself available to us the entire time. Ok, now with that out of the way, the condo had the most spectacular view with the most wonderful lanai. We cooked our BBQ dinners overlooking the incredible Maui sunset every night. The condo had every single thing we could have needed. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, Mark, Cory and Maria!

Perfect VRBO to enjoy a glorious beach in Maui
For those looking to enjoy a quiet Maui beach with sunset views, look no further. Makena Surf is a serene complex on a lovely sandy beach. If you like snorkeling, Turtle Town is about a 100 yard swim from this beach; tons of turtles and fish, pretty coral. The beach is fairly uncrowded, especially Monday through Thursday. A few hundred yards down the beach is a state park where you see folks getting married on the beach literally every night (presumably because a photographer told them this beach was quiet and perfect at sunset).
Any condo in this complex would be good, but B303 seems really perfect. It’s been recently redecorated in a modern, tasteful vibe. Listening to the surf crashing on the waves for morning coffee never gets old. There are thoughtful touches in this condo ... plenty of spices, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a box filled with anything you might possibly need on the beach.
Lastly, the owners and house manager Maria are super responsive and helpful. Maria had great recommendations on take out food options. In short, all the 5 star reviews are well-earned. We are already contemplating when we return.

Absolute Perfection!
We had an amazing time at Makena Surf! We were on the island when the Corona pandemic began and it was a stressful time... but Mark and Cory were so kind and continued to make sure that we had everything we needed. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Every detail of the condo was thoughtfully planned out. The kitchen had every tool needed to cook and grill meals. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys... EVERYTHING you could imagine. The condo was immaculate, beds were so comfortable and the whole stay was relaxing. Everything we needed was there.
We were so sad to leave, and are already planning our next trip to stay at Mark and Cory's place.

The Spirit of ALOHA lives here...
Makena Surf B303! Our 3rd floor view of the sandy beach was spectacular! We spent most of our time on the lanai with the retractable doors extending the living area to the outdoors.
Our hosts insured that every needed item was available - including comfy beds, sharp knives in the kitchen, top of the line appliances, a washer and dryer, and all of the comfort items expected and needed.
Mark is the owner and Maria is the manager. Both were available at all times. Maria had so many suggestions for places to go and places to eat! You can tell she's a foodie!
Makena Surf is where most of the tour boats bring snorkelers. It was fantastic being able to just walk on "our" beach and be AT the coral reefs. We swam with so many turtles each and every day.
Wailea-Makena is convenient for traveling every part of the island, which we did! It is an upscale community without the throngs of tourists that you see on the WEST side. Thank you Makena Surf B303, Maria, and Mark for making our stay comfortable, convenient, and memorable.

Best VRBO ever!
This was the nicest, best stocked best managed VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was high end. Perfect location, right on the beach in the middle of “turtle town”. Walk right off your beach and swim with turtles with your kids. Great communication with the owner and manager, checking in several times to make sure everything is perfect.

Paradise Condo!!
This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious, well equipped with all the necessities that you would need. They even had beach towels and equipment for swimming, snorkeling etc. it was quiet and quaint. The Lanai topped off the whole condo. We liked having a full size table, lounging chairs and grill. Have the grill made it fun for outdoor grilling. The romantic view from the Lanai was one of beauty. We will certainly call this couple again in the future. Their manager, Maria, was so helpful. She made our stay even more enjoyable! Mahalo!!

Your Makena Surf Condo was absolutely amazing. We are fairly particular about where we stay whenever we travel (Relais & Chateaux or Select Registry) and we found your condo to be immaculate, well stocked and very well maintained. Since we stayed in a different condo the week before moving to Makena Surf, we were already on the island. As such, we were delightfully surprised to be offered the ability to check in early (noon). Additionally, a lovely bowl of goodies awaited us in the condo. Communication from Maria (the property manager) as well as Mark (the owner) was very good from the time we booked until the time we departed. Last but not least: the exceptional lanai with an incomparable view & comfortable furniture. We spent most evenings on the lanai taking endless pictures of sunsets. This apartament is Perfectly located , Wailea is a great place to stay in Maui . The condominium is very nice and very well taken care , and in a perfect spot with a wonderfull beach in front . The apartament is just like the photos , very comfortable and very very nice decorated , it has everything you need while in vacations .
Owners Mark and Corey are great , fast comunication in everything matter , and they have an spectacular administrator , Maria ,, she is in every detail you need.
Me and my family , are a partie of 5 , 2 giros and an a boy , and the apartment fit just perfect for us.

A few days in paradise
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and had a gift basket waiting for us. The view is amazing and the beach is not crowded and one of the best snorkeling beaches in the area. The pool was large and never crowded. Parking was easy and the property overall had beautiful landscape and was very clean. We would love to come back again some day! Mahola 🌺�
