This property is beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. The owner has provided every amenity for guests to have a wonderful stay. Kitchen is well stocked and outdoor balcony and patio are perfect spots to enjoy the sunshine. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

This property made for a delightful stay in Santa Barbara! Perfectly located for walks to the Beach, the Funk Zone and excellent restaurants. The home was very well outfitted with all the modern conveniences and great design and the outdoor spaces functioned like extensions of the home. The only thing missing was air conditioning during the heatwave - but the quality construction, window placements and ceiling fan in the bedroom made it far more bearable than one would expect. Great place to stay and pretend that you live here!

The location of this home was perfect for our SB stay. We love how we can walk right out the front door to go on walks, get coffee and food. It’s a 5 min drive to our beach spot. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Evenings were very peaceful and quiet at night for good sleep. We will definitely come back.

We booked this condo recently to attend a destination wedding in Santa Barbara. This condo was perfectly located within blocks in State Street; Stearns Wharf; and the ocean. Everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood location of the condo is beautiful with olders historical homes and landscaping. The condo itself was a boutique experience…decorated to reflect the area and with excellent kitchen. We’ll be back….thank you for a great experience.

Because this property is so good, its always booked and I'll never get a chance to stay here again! The condo is exactly as described, very comfortable for a romantic stay, it is very comfortably furnished and supplied. The location is great, walking distance to State St with many restaurants, shopping and winery tasting rooms. Walking distance to the beach and pier with .... you know the beach. Excellent support from management. A truly first class property.

This place is spotlessly clean and a very comfortable space for a couple's getaway. It's very close and walkable to all amenities, beach, and shops you might need in Santa Barbara. This duplex has been kitted out with hi-spec appliances and furnishings, and everything for a great stay was provided. Being 5 minutes from the Amtrak railway and bus station was very useful and could get to LAX easily at the end of our stay. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking for peaceful yet central accommodation.

We had a great time, even on the day it rained, because the place was so comfy and homey. We loved it.

This condo excellent for a couple and one other family member. It is located a few blocks from the ocean and wharf as well as State street. It is in excellent condiction, clean and very well equipped. Everything worked very well.

The house was perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed all the outdoor areas of the property and the kitchen was extremely well appointed, with coffee and tea as well as spices and even pasta and sauces. The property manger was very responsive and offered us dining suggestions and assistance. The location is perfect, walking distance from the wharf, harbor and Funk Town. We will stay again if we go to Santa Barbara again.

Everything about this property was perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfectly located for access to the beach and beach pathway for walks, running, and biking. Even better is its location to the Funk Zone and downtown SB. The unit layout is really nice and the amenities within the unit are new and clean.

My husband & I rented this townhouse for a few days after a wedding so we could further explore Santa Barbara & relax. The owner has thoughtfully stocked the home with anything you could possibly need. We walked everywhere: State St & Funk Zone is very close by as is the beach & marina. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. We cooked "at home" one evening on the gas grill- the kitchen is beautifully appointed & laid out well. The whole visit went off without a hitch & we would most definitely rent this home again without hesitation.

Loved the property. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 11PM. The manager left a light on and access was very easy. The location was walking distance to the beach and all the great restaurants. Would stay here again.

We were in Santa Barbara for a memorial, and this beautiful apartment was perfect for our stay. Close to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, shopping and and great restaurants. We hope to stay here again.

The condo was just perfect! Everything needed was on site and then some.

Visiting CA to drop daughter off at school. 15 minute easy drive to UCSB from the house. This luxe house was, clean, spacious, and equipped with everything from cooking pots/pans to laundry detergent. The location was perfect. Walk to State street and great restaurants. The garage was a really good perk since we rent a vehicle when we visit. PJ and Reyne both were great about checking in with me and making sure everything was good. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

This was a very nice, extremely clean, very comfortable apartment for a couple. It’s a two block walk to the SB beach promenade and harbor. The property manager was helpful and professional. Could not be more pleased with the experience there.

Beautiful property and phenomenal location!

Everything was great, the apt is well laid out and the location is perfect. The large deck and view exceeded our expectations.

The place was just what our family of four needed to explore Santa Barbara. It was perfect for our beach get-away. The garage was a fantastic bonus and easily accommodated our mid-sized SUV. We loved sitting out on the veranda each morning for breakfast. We walked the few blocks to the beach every day and after we had our fill of the pier and beach (looking for sand dollars just north of the pier) the continuous hot water in the shower allowed our family to clean up for a night out on the town. Our host PJ was great with all check in and out details in addition to proactively checking in on us after our first night. All around, it was a great place with a great host!!

This gorgeous apartment was incredibly located and had plenty of space and amenities for our long weekend! Only a five to ten minute walk to the Funk Zone, State Street and the beach. The property manager PJ was highly communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

This was a truly amazing place to stay at in the heart of Santa Barbara! Very chic, new and modern design, great amenities, rather cozy, SUPER clean and with everything at your fingertips. Has a nice balcony on the upper level and a garage space that's convenient to use. The communication with the host was excellent! To put things in perspective, I even had a self-tape audition in the middle of my vacation, which is always challenging. Printer to print my audition sides? Check! Highlighter? Check! A nice, well lit, plain wall as my background? Check! Extension cord for my recording device? Check! Wi-Fi internet (albeit rather slow)? Check! Ended up uploading my video file at another location, but at least available. Having said that, a few caveats... CONFIGURATION: It is a bit weird and odd that when you open the main door, the first thing you see is the master bedroom and bed staring right at you on the first level, with the living room and resting area on the second level. Also, the full bathroom is *inside* the master bedroom, with the shower with a full transparent glass enclosure, totally exposed, and thus with no privacy whatsoever. Unless it's your spouse/significant other taking a shower while you want to use the bathroom sink, or a friend who doesn't mind if you see him/her naked, this can make it quite odd. However, it can be easily worked around and one can become accustomed to the configuration swiftly. CURTAINS: I specifically asked if this unit had blackout curtains, and I was told that although the curtains were not blackout, they were somewhat light filtering and no one had ever had any complaints. Well...here's your first official complaint, for constructive purposes. The curtains in this unit, especially the curtains upstairs, are *sheer* curtains or with minimal light filtering effect, at best. This means that practically ALL the sunlight comes right into the unit...from the break of dawn. If you are one of the few people who does not get bothered by light whatsoever while you sleep, then this place is heaven on Earth. If, on the other hand, you are like most people who prefer a completely dark room (like me), then brace yourself, because not even a sleeping mask will help much. My friends who slept upstairs in the sofa bed had a very hard time sleeping there and we even had to drape sheets on top of the curtains. Also, the half bathroom doesn't have any curtains for privacy. If curtains, then 100!
