Modern Loft on Mountain Avenue in Old Town
Nouvelle construction terminée au printemps 2017, ce loft élégant et moderne de 1 chambre / 1 salle de bains se trouve au niveau supérieur au-dessus du garage détaché du propriétaire et est accessible par un escalier extérieur. Emplacement incroyable de la vieille ville de Fort Collins, sur la belle et historique avenue Mountain, à seulement 5 pâtés de maisons à l'ouest de la vieille ville / centre-ville, à 6 pâtés de maisons au nord de l'Université d'État du Colorado et à 6 pâtés de maisons du parc de la ville. L'unité 475 S. F. a son propre accès / entrée extérieur hors de l'allée, y compris un espace de stationnement dédié, et dispose de nombreuses fenêtres soigneusement placées offrant une abondance de lumière naturelle. Des finitions de qualité, y compris des planchers de bois franc dans l’espace, des doubles portes de grange entre le salon et la chambre à coucher, une chambre pleine grandeur avec un lit queen size et une couette en duvet, des tables de chevet, une commode et un placard, une kitchenette avec un réfrigérateur sous le comptoir, une cafetière et enfin une luxueuse salle de bain avec carrelage et grande douche sur mesure.

Excellent upstairs 1-bedroom apartment. Located in the beautiful Old Town area in Fort Collins about a 4-block walk from College Avenue. So quiet and peaceful. A great get-a-way for any couple.

This little loft is a hidden gem. Truly, the owners have done an admirable job converting a loft into private and amazingly chic accommodation. It is conveniently located to Old Town, the parking is easy and hidden within a private alley between homes. Every detail has been considered in its design, and we loved(!) the bright and large shower. Don't look further. You won't regret it.

My partner and I decided to go for a long weekend escape to the mountains. This was the perfect location for both hiking and a downtown experience. We were lucky enough to be present during the art fair weekend as well. Lively downtown and quaint neighborhoods. The climbing, bouldering, hiking was exactly what we needed.

We would highly recommend this adorable loft for a quiet stay in Ft Collins. It’s located on a beautiful tree lined street and a lovely walk to the very quaint and clean downtown area which is filled with delicious eateries and friendly bars. Not to mention the little boutique shops! It’s a must as it is a comfy and cozy place to relax and lay your head down at the end of a good day in the area!

Here for three nights. Perfect location to walk to Old Town for restaurants and shopping; Target within walking distance, too.
The loft was clean and comfortable and equipped with all we needed. This location was also convenient for our day trips to Cheyenne and Estes Park.

The loft is in a beautiful area of Old Town Fort Collins. Even though it is a loft above a detached garage, it feels very private and is quite nice. It was exactly what we needed for a three day visit to see our CSU student. Easy access in and out- if we can fit a Ford Expedition Max into the parking spot, you can park anything. Great attention to detail with amenities! Thank you! We will be back.

We came to visit our daughter for the weekend and stayed at Ian and Heidi’s loft. What a wonderful place to spend the long weekend. Very clean and quiet. Loved the comfortable bedding and easy to use TV access. The neighborhood is so nice to take walks and stroll into nearby Old Town. Highly recommend staying here; we plan to come again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the loft. It was so clean and serene with everything we needed. It was our first time in Fort Collins and enjoyed being to close to restaurants, bars and shops. We came to town for The Human Race 1/2 marathon and really hope to return some day. We highly recommend the location with this fantastic host!

We loved the loft!! It was perfect for our busy weekend full of wedding festivities. The location was ideal and the street we were on was full of cute houses, the trolley, and lots of people walking/biking all day long. The loft was clean, stocked with essential kitchen items and we would definitely recommend to anyone!

It's always nice to have clear instructions and communication with owners - and this place has that. This was a perfect accommodation for a short stay with my daughter as we visited CSU. The room is attractive and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. The chocolates on the pillows and Kuerig were a nice touch. Would stay again!
