Bonjour, je m'appelle Clyde Schmidt. Je vis dans le sud de l'Illinois avec ma femme, Joan. Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue dans notre condo face à l'océan à Ixchel sur Playa Norte.
Notre unité # 410 est au 4ème étage et face à l'océan; c'est juste sur la plage! --- LA MEILLEURE VUE des Caraïbes!
La plage vient d'être votée comme l'une des TOP 10 des plages du monde - 2017--
Notre condo a un grand balcon enveloppant en forme de L pour voir les vues spectaculaires à 270 degrés --- Nous avons des meubles de détente pour profiter de la vue avec du café ou des cocktails au coucher du soleil --- nous avons récemment ajouté un filet pour la sécurité des jeunes enfants. Il y a même un grill pour cuisiner votre homard ou la pêche du jour dans l'un des meilleurs endroits de pêche au monde!
Il y a aussi un téléphone VOIP pour téléphoner vers et depuis les États-Unis sans frais.
Ixchel Condos-Phase-1, sont situés sur la plage de sable blanc immaculé et doux de North Beach, à Isla Mujeres. C'est la SEULE PLAGE DE COUCHER DU SOLEIL dans le Yucatan au Mexique. Isla Mujeres est à 15 minutes en ferry de Cancun. Le littoral relaxant peu profond, le temps parfait au quotidien et notre nouveau condo de luxe est la destination de vacances idéale pour tous les âges. La vue panoramique depuis la terrasse offre une vue à couper le souffle en regardant l'eau des Caraïbes multicolore, la piscine à débordement et le jardin tropical.

Very nice property
We had a wonderful stay on the island. We have been coming here for almost 40 years and it never disappoints. This property is very spacious and in a great location.
Our only complaint was we could not flush toilet tissue down toilets. We were told when we arrived and followed that rule.🤷🏻♂️
Others in different units were not told to do so.
Not sure why, but we made the best of it.
The beach was just outside the door with a nice private pool and bar.
We rented a nice cart from ciros just down the block.

Perfection
If you are looking for condos in Isla Mujeres, please look no further! Clyde and Joan’s condo is perfect! The location is unbeatable, right in front of North Beach, behind it is Hidalgo. The property management is top notch and will accommodate you the best they can. It is truly perfection!

Great Beach Getaway
We had a great stay in Isla Mujeres! The owner provided such great details on transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. that everything went so smooth. Already looking at dates to come back.

We loved the beautiful ocean view, high enough to see over the palm trees and we had a sunny clean pool. Right off the main street with shops and restaurants on every corner. But right there with the Mexican people, not too touristy. Walked to just about everything. Did do the one day golf cart rental to see the whole island. That was very nice. The condo itself was beautifully updated and very clean. Had plenty of DVD's to watch and plenty of reading material for that rainy afternoon. Would definitely go back...love it!!!

Great Condo for Family of 6
We arrived early before check in and the front desk was very accommodating to hold our bags so we could go straight to the beach.
Property is well stocked, very helpful cooler for use. There was a stack of videos for the kids to be entertained.
Air Conditioner was excellent, coldest AC i have ever had in Mexico and frequent mexico every year, we were very comfortable.
Check in was excellent. Santiago met us and personally walked us through the whole process, very informative and eager to be of assistance. They even offered to have food and drinks already in the room before we arrived, highly recommend.
Very satisfied with the Unit and highly recommend it.

Best Location and Beach in Isla
We loved this condo!! The wrap around balcony provided for the most incredible sunrise and sunsets!!!

Such a great time! We enjoyed it all!! Very easy to handle check in and check out with their management company. Unit was great and very comfortable with amazing deck and views! Owners were easy to work with. NO SEAWEED!!! The seaweed issue is a big problem for this area but there was none in isla!!

Perfect location. Beautiful oceanfront view of sunsets!
Lovely place to watch the sunset from the wrap around deck. The property is well maintained and quite comfortable. Check in and out went very smoothly, and they got us in the moment it was ready. And, of course, we had no problem with waiting a few minutes at the pool bar with margaritas and some of the best Ceviche we’ve ever had. The cleaning crew was very pleasant and attentive to detail. We definitely recommend this property, and will keep it on our list for future visits.

What a wonderful condo to stay at for an Isla Mujeres vacation. From the welcome staff and the location (right on the beach! Paradise from morning to night!) to the kind and efficient cleaning crew and the thoughtful touches that make things special- this was the most comfortable stay I’ve ever experienced w my family in tow. Perfect Spot on Isla Mujerus!
Condo 410 was excellent! Wrap around deck gives you a beautifull spot overlooking the beach and pool area. Unit is clean and updated and housekeeping came every day to keep it that way. Highly recommend this place. We will be back. :)

The location was wonderful. The units were clean and well equipped. Would have preferred glass wine glasses and not plastics ones but understand why the plastic. Beach towels are a bit worn and should be replaced. There are some wonderful restaurants and all are so close.

Loved the condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views from the balcony were amazing! The condo is very comfortable and welcoming. The cleaning staff were the best I have ever seen. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We love this island, but this is the first time we have stayed in this condo. We will certainly choose to stay here again. Can't beat the location!

Perfect location and perfect views
This Ixchel condo has a gorgeous view. We spent hours on the large wraparound porch. We really enjoyed the location. It is convenient to everything. Although we rented golf carts for the week, we were able to walk to bars and restaurants from the condo. The condo was very clean. In fact, housekeeping came everyday to tidy up and replenish towels. We will definitely be staying at Clyde’s condo again.

Clyde was very helpful in giving us the information we needed to get to Isla from the airport. The restaurants and shopping are only a few blocks away. The service on the beach was great as well.

We stayed 8 days. We were told that this was like a hotel room with no balcony and had a very little view. We got there and boy were we surprised. There was a good view of the beach and water from the window. It overlooked the pool also. The room was large and it had a microwave and small refrigerator. For us, it was perfect. We usually eat a large breakfast out and a meal about 2/3 pm. Then snack at night. The room was very close to the beach and the people were very helpful to get an umbrella. We were very close to the main shopping and eating areas.The room was on the north end of the island and on the beach. It was also centrally located. The staff for these rooms were excellent. If we needed something, we left a note and it was there! .

We travel to Isla Mujeres every year and have stayed at a different rental each time. Our stay at this condo was beyond great it was superb! The location made it easy to walk to all the restaurants (one of the reasons we return every year is the fabulous food) and easy access to shopping in the downtown area. A quick taxi ride took us to our favorite snorkeling area every day and when we didn't feel like shopping or snorkeling we just played in the water right in front of the condo. This condo has a very nice kitchen for the times we ate in and a comfortable and beautifully decorated living room to sit and relax in. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom with its spacious shower was a pleasant surprise for a rental. The manager Lilo, assisted us from the beginning of our stay and having him as a contact was very reassuring if we had any issues, which I am happy to say, we did not. Clyde the owner was extremely helpful when it came to my planning our trip, down to which transportation company to use to shuttle us to and from the airport in Cancun. Every part of this experience was wonderful and we look so forward to getting the same location next year when we return.

To say our vacation here was great, amazing, fantastic, etc. doesn’t quite describe how good of a time my mom and I had on our girls' getaway. I would even go so far as saying it’s one of the best vacations I've ever had and I consider myself a beach vacation veteran. We were so sad to leave and are already planning when we can come return. The condo itself was perfect – the beachfront location on the island's best beach, the large wrap around deck, the extra space for us to each have privacy, the close proximity to town and the personalized service were exactly what we were looking for. Plus having Lilo as our own personal island resource was a tremendous added perk. To be able to have a trusted source for activities, dining and just overall questions made us feel right at home instantly and it was clear he genuinely wanted us to have the absolute best time possible. Lilo quickly got a sense for what kind of travelers we were and steered us toward those activities that we would most enjoy and he was spot on every single time. Further, as single women traveling alone, having someone we could call or text at anytime to assist us gave us an added sense of security. I can’t say enough good things about the condo, Ixchel and the team who takes cares of you – it all makes the perfect island location even more perfect. We will definitely be back and have already referred some friends.

I want to thank you for letting our family use your rental, it was fabulous. We found the rooms/accomodations to be everthing you advertised and more, the location and views were the best on the island.
Even though our flight was delayed more than an hour and phone services to Isla disrupted, Will (the manager of your units) was at the ferry dock faithfully waiting for us holding a large sign with our name on it ready to take us to our rooms and paradise. Will was very accomodating and even carried our luggage up to our rooms for us refusing any type gratuity for his sevive, a very nice person.
As I've said the rooms were perfect and the maid service was excellent with the trash removed and beach towels changed daily along with any other needs we may of had along with a full in depth cleaning and towel/bedding change every third day, very nice.
Now Lilo's services as our contact person for any and everything cannot be understated as he provided for our every need in a most expedient and cost efective way from provideing golf carts right to our door step to the most wonderful Whale shark/Isla Contoy tour one could ever hope for. Lilo was just great.
One other point I would like to add is that the beach front bar/umbrella&lounge service was also excellent and they did not require a "voucher" to cover the tab but let us just run a tab for our unit number and their service and honesty were beyond reproach.
In short it was a wonderful experience and we can recomend without reserve that those who book through you will nor be dissapointed.

We had an incredible week on Isla Mujeres, with the first 4 nights in this wonderful oceanfront unit. The location on Isla is perfect - a wonderful beach and just a block from the action on Hidalgo street. The management company took very good care of us, and it was nice to have that security of knowing they were there if we had any problems. We had our 9 and 11 year old daughters with us, and they had a great time with other kids who were staying there, and all the parents loved the atmosphere for the kids. The beach is amazing - 200 yards out into crystal clear water and it's still just waist deep - and the kids loved the lack of waves. Highly recommend buying mangos from the "mango lady" at the corner of Hidalgo, and bought pastries for breakfast from the "bread lady" on her cart as we came home from dinner each night. Thanks, Clyde, for all you did to help us. We hope to be back soon!

Wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time in Isla Mujeres. The condo is beautiful and the beach is perfect, the nicest beach we have been to in Mexico. We both loved the town and everywhere we ate. Lilo was great, and could not have been more helpful. He came by every morning to check on us and see if we needed anything. When we asked about a golf cart he took care of everything, brought it to the condo for us and returned it the next day. We have vacationed all over Mexico and Isla Mujeres is definitely one of our favorites.

We had a great time. The view from the condo is very beautiful and the wrap around deck is great for moving into the perfect location to be in or out of the sun, in or out of the wind. Restaurants are a block away so it makes for a relaxing jaunt to dinner each night. Nice to have memory foam on the beds as well as the phone line to the US as our cell phones were not set up for Mexico. Our daughters joined us after we had been there four days so we rented the second adjoining bedroom and bath. A great layout.

This unit is in a perfect location. It is very comfortable with a wonderful wrap around terrace. Nice sunny pool with easy beach access. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. We have been to Isla many times and were very happy with this condo. I would definitely recommend staying here.
