Juste en face se trouve un restaurant gastronomique Starbucks et Papas. Juste à côté du complexe, le café de la plage Bummz propose de la nourriture, des boissons et des spectacles. La nouvelle promenade est terminée et n'est qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons. vous allez l'adorer. Cela commence à 14th Ave. et est un mile de long. La nouvelle roue du ciel est maintenant ouverte!

Notre condo est au 16e étage et a 2 lits queen et un canapé-lit (queen) tout neuf et un nouveau fauteuil inclinable. Pour votre divertissement, j'ai ajouté un lecteur DVD, 2 nouveaux écrans plats. contre. dans la salle familiale et la chambre, une station de jeu 2 avec beaucoup de jeux, livres, jeux de société, planches de bodyboard, chaises de plage et un pack et un jeu qui peut être utilisé comme un berceau ou un stylo de jeu.
Pour votre plaisir en plein air, il y a une gigantesque piscine intérieure chauffée de 90 pieds, une piscine extérieure de 60 pieds en bord de mer, une piscine pour enfants avec une cascade de champignons et un bac à sable surdimensionné sur le pont de la piscine. Il y a deux bains à remous aux dimensions généreuses et une magnifique pelouse en bord de mer pour bronzer.
Le condo est à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants et magasins, cela vous fera économiser beaucoup d'essence!

The property is located at a great location. The owner was responsive when we needed a parking pass that was supposed to have been in the room. The ocean view from the room was wonderful.
Problems: the air conditioner created so much condensation that the floor was wet in the kitchen to the point where I had to put a towel down so we wouldn't slip. The condo was damp our entire stay because it was so humid and the AC did little to help. Any clothing, swimsuits or towels that were wet, stayed wet because of the humidity in the room. The room wasn't very clean or didn't appear clean because of the damage to the base boards, and bottom of doors because of the wetness. Things are in disrepair and could be fixed and/or updated. I'd post photos if I was able to, but I don't have that option.
FYI, the photos of the property on this page are actually photos of several properties.
I've stayed at several beach condos in the past and haven't had an experience like this before. This particular unit was very disappointing for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and the location was perfect! It was central to everything.
My only wishes was that garbage bags and dish towels were provided. But that's ok, we'll remember to bring them next time. :)

The couch is not leather (it is cloth). The bedding is not as shown. Different sheets and blankets. At least one photo is a different unit. Parking passes were not in unit when arrived. We were worried about being towed or ticketed so we ran errands until the passes were delivered later that afternoon. The cabinet doors in kitchen were wobbly and broken, toilet seat was scratched up, bathroom faucet was leaking, dishwasher did not work (owner had it repaired on day 4 of our stay.

.Too many broken things in room- curtains fell off if you touch them, door bolt wouldn’t lock. Had to get a locksmith to replace it. Half of a roll of TP for a week. No dish soap- it was empty and someone else tried to add water to make it last longer. But there wasn’t anything left!!! Dishes, silverware etc never cleaned. The blankets and sheets didn’t seem like they were cleaned. No stains (thank God!) but didn’t feel clean. Felt like they just made the bed after the previous guests left. Just gross!

Needed a place to get away with my college age son before he started a summer internship. This place was perfect, clean, great area in the middle of everything. We had a great time!

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was amazing! The owners was easy to communicate with and answered questions immediately! Also the room was as described and had amazing ocean views. The hotel had a great location with short walk or short drive to most locations we visited! Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Nice place, clean, loved the pools, beach access, and pool-side bar. It’s hotel-like in layout. You walk in to the bedroom area and then through the kitchen/bathroom and into the living room which overlooks the beach. Short walk to tons of bars restaurants and shops. Other than food the only thing we needed were sheets for the pull out bed.

Was very pleased with Susan's unit. It was perfect size for us, had an amazing view and was high enough that the noise from the garage didn't disrupt us since we were there for bike week. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Vrbo was a great location. I wish it had been a little cleaner. Bathroom fan looks pretty dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. I asked about pool towels and was told the pool provides them, however they do not unless you have a special card brought to the lobby. The balcony door does NOT lock and I wish I had known prior to booking. Luckily my kids listened about not going out there without an adult present. During our visit there was a note in the common areas that the water would be turned off to work on one of the units. However there was no anticipated time of restoration. A little frustrating when planning out the day. (I know this happens frequently in large buildings, but still frustrating - no fault to the owner). One of the elevators was also out of service but there was not a notice or any updates about return to service. Overall the space was good for what we needed but could use a good cleaning and the balcony lock to be fixed.

The condo has everything you need for your stay. It was clean, well furnished and good appliances. 10 minutes to the boardwalk. Pools and whirlpools (1 tub the jets weren’t working.) Bar open at pool. Could use a little maintenance on some cupboards and door to bedrooms. I would hesitate to stay there again.

My husband and I were in Myrtle beach for the marathon and weekend getaway. This condo was perfect for us! I searched the internet for an oceanfront condo at an affordable price in early March and Susan’s condo did not disappoint. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful!! The condo and furnishings including beds were clean and comfortable. The resort itself had some nice amenities and seems very family friendly in particular. The location is outstanding and walkable to just about anything!
I noticed a couple previous reviewers criticized furniture and flooring. My suggestion is if new and high end is highly important to you than perhaps you should look further and probably prepare to pay a higher rental fee. My husband and I are empty nesters and have stayed in short term private rentals on many occasions. We had a great stay here and would rent this condo again in the future!

This unit was in a good location. The room was clean but could use some updates, especially the flooring. Honestly, based on previous reviews I was somewhat disappointed. The pools and lazy river were nice.

When we arrived couldn't get the door to shut properly, and when it did shut it wasn't securely shut, had a lot of slack in it. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Had dents and lumps in the sofa bed, had to purchase an air mattress just to sleep comfortably on the sofa bed.

Perfect spot for beach getaway!
My daughter and I reserved this for a celebration weekend and we could not have picked a better location. We were close to shopping, Coffee and restaurants. We utilized the indoor and outdoor pools and lounge chairs. As well as, being within walking distance to the beach. We had some issues at the very beginning of our trip that were quickly resolved, with the help of the owners VERY fast response time. We would definitely consider booking again with this owner.

The resort has everything you need for a great vacation. Close to really good restaurants and Shopping. The host was very helpful and polite. I had to contact her a few times just to get help as needed. She was very kind and promptly responded when we needed her.

If I could leave zero stars I would for these main reasons.
1.The room was filthy and in bad disrepair. It stinks terribly so that candles and spray will not help. I believe it to be mold under the floor. From all the water condensation that builds up leaving pools of water on the floors everyday. Which is what causes the flooring to split apart like it is. I honestly worry about peoples health staying in this room as is.
I took a white rag and wiped 1 baseboard in the bathroom and the rag was black with lint, dust and HAIR! Floors, fridge and counters had not only sand, but food crumbs from previous person.
2.The onwer seems at first to respond well and be nice. She is not. She is rude and a liar. Upon looking back at reviews again she has been stating that she is "working on getting repairs" done for multiple things for at the MINIMUM of a year. She knows the room needs repairs, will not fix them. She knows the cleaning lady has not done a good job in years, and her only solution is to have a stranger come in your room with all your things and "clean" it when she didn't even do a good job the first time. This is not a one time "I accidentally missed something" problem, which is understandable, this is years of neglect.
I looked back to 2021 and found a review which stated all the problems that we were currently (in 2022) dealing with and she responded to it hatefully and said it was not true. It Was!
She does not care about peoples quality of stay. I was looking forward greatly to a stress free weekend that was much needed. Her response after me sharing the problems, is that I "expect to much" to pay money for a clean well maintained room upon arrival. And her fix would have been to "refund" my money the first day. (That she didn't offer when we called the first day) Which would force me to find a new place to stay after 5 pm on a Thursday, after driving 8.5 hours paying goodness knows how much extra.
