Tremont Villa was amazing! Loved the Hawaii-esque vacation vibes. Very clean and spacious — perfect for a large group. Super well stocked home from the kitchen/cookware supplies to the bathroom amenities to all the outdoor equipment in the garage. Jody has everything in the house you could ask for or need! Everything was also intricately labeled making for easy use. Short walk to the beach, and many eateries and sight seeing spots around town. Great home, would love to stay at again! Mahalo, Jody!

Had a great week staying at Jody's property in Oceanside. Perfect location with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need too cook and entertain. The beds were very comfortable and it was an added bonus to have a garage.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week of stay in Jody’s home. The house is spacious and clean. Location is convenient and safe. Many restaurants and beaches nearby. The pool table on the 3rd level was a big hit for my daughters.

My family had an amazing time at this property. It’s a five minute walk to the beach and Oceanside pier. Even during the pandemic we were able to ride bikes, go fishing, go to the farmers market and to the Carlsbad outlets. I would highly recommend this property. It was spacious and hit all the things that you would need. In addition we had a very intuitive an amazing host.

Our world-traveling family has been at home since March, and we were longing for a nice, social distanced getaway. We spent a lot of time looking at properties in both San Diego and Orange counties, and feel like we hit the jackpot finding this home. We worked from the home with mom attending an online conference out of Europe, two kids attending online school and dad there to take care of food and breaks at the beach. This home is in a safe neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, equipped with EVERYTHING that you could need for cooking, staying, and all the gear for the beach you could possibly imagine. Comfortable beds, added amenities and all the little additions that made our stay absolutely perfect. The only improvement I can mention would be to get a wifi booster for the guest bedroom at the end of the hall, as well as the third floor. We also never heard from the property manager after the initial email with the entry information. There was no checkin at all with us during our stay and while we did not have any problems, it would have been nice to get an email/text with "did you arrive ok/how are things going?". All in all, just minor feedback, nothing that took away from our stay in any way! This house is gorgeous, clean, well kept, well equipped and we had an absolutely wonderful time and came home re-charged!

My friend group and I had a wonderful stay at Tremont Villa! The hosts thought of everything to make our stay great! We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The house is beautiful with a wonderful view up on the deck and fun games of pool were enjoyed.

The house was very clean and well stocked. It was walking distance to the beach. The garage was even stocked with beach supplies and toys, so we didn’t have to bring any of our stuff. The owners have really thought out how to make guests feel comfortable, regardless of age. I highly recommend staying in this property!!!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay for Christmas week. They even put up a Christmas tree for us. Everything was very clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The whole house was comfortable. There was even a pack and play, and high chair for the baby. A short walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again on our next trip. Our family enjoyed an amazing Christmas holiday at Jody's beautiful villa! She had the house decorated with a big Christmas tree and provided me with names of restaurants and a bakery that I ordered treats for the holidays. The villa was stocked with everything we needed for the grandchildren...a pack n play, highchair, baby gate and more. We enjoyed taking bike rides and took the wagon full of toys and chairs to the beach every day. The location was within walking distance of everything we needed. We have rented many properties and this one was one of the best yet. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It felt comfortable from the second we arrived. It’s very clean and well-maintained with a well stocked kitchen. The layout is great as well with all 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level. There are tons of games, dvds, a PlayStation and more hidden throughout the main level. Not to mention a fully stocked garage with bikes, beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. It was nice to stay somewhere and not feel like we needed to bring everything with us. The 2 car garage was extremely convenient as well since we had 2 small sedans in our group. The location is a short walk to the beach as well as many delicious restaurants and taprooms on Coast Highway. We had a great time and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was nice to have a beautiful house that the whole family could stay. There were nine of us which included 2 children. There was enough room for all. The house is complete with everything you can use in the house, for the beach and biking. I tend to over pack and I really didn't need to. The house is within walking distance to downtown, the beach, and the pier. Great location and amenities. If we return to SoCal again this home will be our first option.

The house was very close to the beach and had everything you needed and more. Lots of space for the two families that were travelling. The owner was very organized and the place has everything you could think of. We would come back again for sure. Pool table was an extra bonus. Thanks Leo

We had the best time and Tremont Villa. I have used sites like this before and have had really good experiences but I must say no place comes anywhere near Tremont Villa. It is very well stocked with everything you can think of - beach toys, beach towels, extra towels, sheets, blankets, the kitchen is so well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, bikes, (our kids enjoyed the bicycle build for 2). The house is so clean with beautiful decor, the beds are comfy. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen cooking meals and sitting around the counter bar and kitchen table telling stories and laughing. There was 2 families of us, 9 people total and this house is perfect for a group like that. The pool table plus the upstairs patio and fireplace got used ALOT! As did the TV's because our Vegas Golden Knights were playing for the Stanley Cup. Two big screen Tv's downstairs and smaller TV's in every bedroom. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved the beach! We spent hours there every day. We walked down to watch the sunset, went fishing off the pier, the kids went boogie boarding (included) bike riding and my son and husband went running every morning along the beach. We walked to the Harbor for lunch. One day us adults went to Temecula for wine tasting (about 40 mins by car) and the kids went to Carlsbad and enjoyed the Music Making Museum (about 10 mins away by car). There is Walmart neighborhood market about 5 mins away by car. You re a short 5 -10 minute walk to movie theaters, and many restaurants. We went for my sons Graduation Vacation and he had a long list of what he wanted in a beach house. Tremont had everything for us! Jody was wonderful to work with always there if I had any questions. The Tremont Villa is quite a gem. We will be back again next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in Oceanside. It's in a great location, just a few blocks from downtown and lots of public transportation, and very close to the beach. The house was very clean, well kept, and spacious. The little gas fireplace was very cozy and there was a fully decorated Christmas tree as well, which was a nice touch! We especially liked the the pool table! Also, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need and the grill was in great condition! Our host was outstanding in every way; very communicative and helpful at all stages of our visit. She was very generous with her assistance in getting to know the area and suggested lots of things to do during our stay. All in all, it was a wonderful experience at Tremont Villa! We met with our family at Tremont Villa for the Thanksgiving week. It was a perfect location for our family. The older children enjoyed the pool table. The younger ones played with the games and watched TV. Trips to the beach were fun and we used the beach toys and bikes that were in the garage. The home is very large and spotless clean. The kitchen is well-supplied with everything necessary for food preparation. Everyone had a great time and look forward to doing this again. Thanks Jody for sharing your home with us.

Large home with all of the things you may have forgotten to pack. The owner was very reliable & assessable. Bed & bathrooms are roomy. It’s such a plus having your own garage. I would stay here again.

A lovely home in a nice neighborhood . We enjoyed walking to the Harbor and of course the long beach south. Great gastropubs - we were sorry that there were too many for us to enjoy in four days.

We loved the location and the home was beautiful. Perfect place to get away. The rooftop was an awesome place to sit around the fire pit and watch the sunset. Very clean and spacious.

We had a wonderful week in Oceanside staying at the Tremont Villa! It lived up to every great review that was posted, and we will be returning! It was absolutely meticulous and beautiful inside and out. Some of the things that made it extra special were: the 3 minute walk to the beach, the well stocked kitchen, the boogie boards, umbrellas, beach toys, the pack and play for our grandbaby, the very comfortable beds/bedding, the comfortable couches and chairs, 4 TV's, beach towels a plenty, really just everything we needed was there at the house. What really sold me though, were Jody and Dod and their commitment to making sure we had a great week. The AC went out half way through the week and Dod was right on it, he called all around and had a service repairman come and fix it asap. We really appreciated it. This is our 3rd time staying on Tremont street in Oceanside. The location is perfect. We walked down to the street market on Thursday night, walked to Ruby's on the pier and ate overlooking the water, walked to the Surf museum (which is free on Tuesdays), walked to all the shops by the beach, drove 10 minutes to the Outlet Mall in Carlsbad. We had a perfect week and will be definitely be back!

We spent a week in Tremont Villa. This home has everything you would need to stay with a family . The floor plan is great especially if you have children. There's enough room for everyone to spread out and still be able to watch the kiddos. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances and plenty of dishes and dinnerware. You just need your clothes and whatever food you want for the week. 5 minute walk to beach! They even have a beach wagon and beach towels for you. Definitely recommend! Clean! Clean! Clean!

We spent a week with four adults and four children and loved it! It is a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home away from home. There is ample room for everyone to find their space whether shooting pool, playing games, reading, watching tv, or just sitting on the deck. It is a quiet neighborhood. With four kids and pulling our beach wagons, we walked to the beach in seven minutes. It's about the same distance to several restaurants, shops, and movie theatre. Boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and a beach wagon were provided. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return next year.

Tremont Villa is amazing. We had 7 people, 2 were toddlers. There was plenty of space, tons of thoughtful touches, like garage door openers instead of having to get out and use the keypad. The beach is close as many have stated, pop a few blocks down the hill and your toes are in the sand, however you don't have the constant traffic because, while right in the middle of everything, Tremont Street is mostly quiet. The neighborhood is so convenient, it's close to everything, great local restaurants and shops. We went to the beach, Legoland, Stone Brewery, got our kids surfing lessons, and rented a boat on the harbor. Tremont was our hub and our refuge, it made us feel like we all had space; It was very relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone, Jody was great to work with and help us out in every way should could from local travel guides to the great wagon in the garage. If you're going to stay in So Cal with a larger group and want to be near the beach and attractions don't look further than Tremont.

Stayed at Tremont Villa for a soccer tournament over Thanksgiving with 3 kids and 3 adults. Property was beautiful and very clean. Great location near shopping, dining, and the beach. Everything positive, not a bad thing to say. We will stay again for sure!

We rented this home for a family vacation including 2 families of 4 each and grandma & grandpa. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and find their own space. This rental is incredibly well stocked for trips down to the beach. Bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart to haul it all down. Our family loves to cook and the kitchen offered everything we needed. It was a great place and I would highly recommend it for families who like to have fun.

This is a beautiful home, within a short walk to the beach, restaurant's, shopping, movies etc. The house has everything you could need. The beds are super comfortable as are the couches and chairs. We played pool and rode the tandem bike, used the kick boards and beach chairs. We will rent this home again when we come back to visit.
