We traveled to oceanside with a big group. Every family booked their own condo. Ours was by far the nicest and had the most amenities (shampoo, beach chairs, tin foil, etc) everything we needed.

Yes. This place was clean and very comfortable, but the location was perfect. The Boardwalk starts/ends right the condo property! You can walk off the premises and there you are, at the Boardwalk just North of the Pier. Parking was easy and secure. The property was lush with greenery and my grandkids loved the ducks and fish. The pool was just a bit chilly (for adults) but kids were loving it. Having an air conditioning unit was awesome, as there would have been no air flow without it in the bedroom. One suggestion (which isn't a big deal) is to have more kitchenware. There were no large bowls to mix anything in (salad, etc) and there was nothing to bake anything in. I was only given one shower's worth of soap and I ran out of handwashing soap in the kitchen. Also, just know there is no TV. There are two TV's but neither work. There were no instructions but I'm pretty tech savvy. Not a huge deal but I was expecting TV. The WiFi is great and secure so I just watched my iPad. Overall, I'd stay there again.

We have stayed at the property before, just not this unit. It is great! The lush greenery, ponds and water falls are awesome! Right on the beach! The unit is modern and clean! Has everything you need! We will definitely book here again!

Everything was very nice. Had everything you need. Quiet and convenient location. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Check in was right at 3pm. Both check in and out was easy. The grounds are beautiful, pool and hot tub and short walk to beach are all Great. Love this place and looking forward to coming back next time.

Everything was ok accept one room got locked out inside 307 no one ever came to help called the office and Portillo they kept telling us to call someone else so we had to resolve issue our selves also no shampoo in number 200 and no laundry detergent could use extra roll of toilet paper

We loved the complex itself immensly...nice and clean, great pool and hot tub. We also used the game room and gym during our stay along with walks yo the harbor and on the beach. Our Unit was perfect for our needs and quite comfortable. Would definately like to come back next year

Iron board needed a cover to stay on I had to tape it to the foam, tv in bedroom didn’t work or something wrong with remote,ice filter needs changing ,but a lot of nice amenities and property taken care of very nice,could have a few more signs for library and such

Great Unit
The unit is towards the back of North Coast Village but it is fully stocked for a great vacation. The unit has a window AC unit, all of the kitchen appliances you would need and a closet of chairs, toys, towels and boogie boards. It even had a portable crib. Overall, it was a great stay!

It’s was a very clean and spacious condo. Not a lot of air flow due to location of condo facing connecting building. However, the air-conditioner in the bedroom was extremely helpful and necessary.

Exactly what we were looking for...
The townsite is exactly as described and so comfortable. The check in was easy (came after hours) and directions to find it/check in were exactly as described. All amenities were available and readily available - there is only a shower (no bath tub). The only thing was the laundry room and needing to download their app because my card (or could have been user error) wouldn't work. There is a grocery store a few miles away and would recommend stopping there BEFORE you get there. There are a few spices but definitely plan on grabbing what you need/use such as coffee. I felt safe me and my kids and the beach access is really close. The pool was nice and most people respectful.
I absolutely recommend this place and the owner. The owner was ready to answer any questions and I appreciated that she was respectful of not bothering us.

This location is super close to the beach! The wagon, body boards, towels, and sand toys were such a great bonus!! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need for your stay. Would definitely stay there again!

North coast village is perfect location. You can walk to just about everything. 5 minute walk to the Harbor. Walk the beach to the pier and downtown. The grounds of the village are manicured perfectly and the pool area is perfect to spend the relaxing in the sun.

Oceanside visit
The welcoming basket was great. A very nice community and beautiful gardens. This also a great location by the harbor and beach. The view of the harbor was wonderful.
I was disappointed on the cleanliness of the condo. Toothpaste spit on the carpet runner in bathroom and coffee table not wiped down.( Evident from the red rings on table). Carpet a bit stained.

Our stay at NCV in Oceanside.
The condo was recently renovated and has new appliances. The kitchen had all the utensils required and was quite functional. The bathroom has a nice shower and is large. The complex has beautiful grounds and the pools are kept very clean. The complex is within walking distance to restaurants, the beach and pier. We very much enjoyed our stay at NCV.

We stayed in one upper floor unit of a very large condo complex. The grounds were wonderfully well kept. The complex was showing its age, but well maintained. currently undergoing renovations in some areas, which included the elevator, so climbing the four floors became a chore.

Wonderful place at the Beach
My teenage kids and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this wonderful condo on the beach. The condo is located within a large complex with a pool, gym, lush gardens, putting greens, laundry, koi pond, easy access to the beach. Easy walking distance to the pier and Downtown Oceanside. Condo was fully equipped to allow for meal prep. There were plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs, boogie boards. Comfortable beds. Sarah, the owner, was very helpful and easy to connect with, as needed. The property staff/HOA were helpful and informative as well. Awesome place!!
