La chambre principale a accès à la terrasse donnant sur la lagune et le 2e trou du parcours de golf Trent Jones. 2 chambres supplémentaires à l'étage avec salle de bain partagée Jack & Jill. Une chambre avec lit queen et 3ème chambre avec 2 lits doubles. Cuisine de cuisinier entièrement rénovée avec des appareils électroménagers de grande taille, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse. This was the first time traveling with our dogs for vacation. We had a wonderful time. The dogs enjoyed bird watching off the deck. Property was clean and spacious.

This was our second stay in one of Michael and Nadine’s villas. The villa is so well-appointed you really don’t need to pack anything but your clothes! We appreciated having all the comforts of home while enjoying HHI! Nadine spent a half hour on the phone with me prior to our trip making sure we had all the information we needed. She then contacted us after check in to confirm everything was satisfactory. We could not have asked for anything more!

We’ve booked with the Cavanaughs a couple of times and love how responsive they are and how their places are exactly as advertised. Will book again for sure

Out family stayed in this pet friendly condo. Good location with plenty of yard for our dog. Well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our group of six. Close to tennis courts, General Store and a short bike ride to the beach. It is one of most nicest equipped kitchens and homes we have ever rented. No detail was missed in stocking it. We certainly plan to return!

We had a wonderful trip, in large part, due to this lovely home we stayed in. The deck, surrounded by beautiful plants and right on the lagoon, is one of the nicest porch areas in the neighborhood. The inside is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable! I would recommend this property to any and all!

We enjoyed using the beach chairs and toys that you had. The chairs were a must every time we went to the beach! Also liked having the bikes. It was a nice place to stay at and well supplied.

The kitchen is so well stocked. Comfortable accommodations with a peaceful view of the lagoon. Owners were very attentive; and friendly, helpful neighbor was sent over to help us with a bicycle repair. Only drawback to this lovely villa, is that the area to store the bikes was too cramped with 2 heating/air units along with 3 trashcans, floor mats. Trying to get the bikes in and out was a bit of a hassle and bikes were not in the best repair. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the comforts of home in a beautiful surrounding.

A perfect place for our family to celebrate an early thanksgiving. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the owners responsiveness and dog friendliness. Great walking distance to pickleball and the beach. We will be back !

Stayed here with a group of friends not ever being to the island before. Very nice area! Close to everything. A lot of space. Very clean. Would rent from them again in a minute.

Our family of four enjoyed our week. The villa was spacious and very comfortable. We always rent in Palmetto Dunes when we visit HHI and this was our most comfortable villa to date. Fortunately we had some cool evenings for June and we were able to enjoy the deck overlooking the lagoon. We loved being able to bring our dog with us for the week. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the spices available helped tremendously. Also having beach towels and chairs provided made packing our car for the trip much easier. The linens were nice and beds comfortable. My only issue, which I addressed with the owner, is that the map on VRBO shows the condo on the opposite side of the golf course in a different neighborhood. This villa is in Queens Grant. This is further from the beach than we prefer to stay. However we rented extra bikes and one with a cart to travel to the beach with all of our gear. Having the owners provide two bikes was extremely helpful. Overall I highly recommend this condo.

Lots of beach supplies - towels, chairs, umbrellas, games. Comfortable beds, pillows and clean linens. When we arrived there were some supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, but we had to replenish them once they ran out, so just keep that in mind during your grocery store runs. I contacted the owner on several occassion with quesitons and she responded promptly - a pleasure to interact with! We hope to return again for another beach vacation.

This location is great for a serene, relaxing, quiet location. Was very clean and equipped with everything you need. This location is a small bike ride to the beach and close to the entrance of palmetto dunes. Loved the deck and lagoon in the backyard.

Beautiful condo and wonderful location
The condo was exceptionally beautiful and luxurious, spacious and had everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing, with a view from the deck that was outstanding. Nadine was very responsive to any issues we had.

Spring Vacation
Excellent property. Quiet location overlooking lagoon channel and golf course in back of Queens Grant. Easy beach access. Well stocked villa. Although we didn't use the bikes provided they are a great plus to have. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic location
Overall we loved it. The villa backs up to a lagoon and is alongside the 2nd hole of the Trent Jones course, and the spacious deck/patio had great views of both. Inside the rooms were spacious and the layout was great for 7 people. There were a couple of nuisance issues, couldnt figure out the ceiling fans, and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were really loud, but nothing we couldn't live with or that ruined our trip. We would definitely return.

Communication with the property manager was excellent. They were very responsive to our questions both pre and post arrival. They checked in with us right after we got there to make sure everything was ok.

The Villa was a perfect fit for 4 college friends celebrating 28 years of friendship. The owner Nadine was available when needed and easy to communicate with. Nadine thought of everything from the well stocked kitchen to the plush beach towels!
