Il s’agit d’une unité de coin située au dernier étage du complexe, vous offrant intimité et vue imprenable. Ouvrez la porte et entrez dans le grand espace de vie doté de plafonds voûtés spectaculaires, ce qui ajoute à la sensation d'espace. La salle à manger et la cuisine entièrement équipée sont juste à côté. Tout le monde a suffisamment d’espace pour traîner autour du foyer à gaz sans se sentir encombré. Good location, shuttle to the ski base was convenient. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, it was in clean condition. unfortunately the heat in the living room was not working, so the living room and upstairs landing got quite cold at night.

Overall quite nice, 4/5 for sure. Shuttle service is awesome! Could use a bit of TLC on maintenance (fireplace fan not working, upstairs shower drain clogged, other minor maintenance needs).
Note, not walkable in general, its a the top of a big hill.

We booked a four night ski trip to Steamboat and had a fabulous time. Used the short shuttle ride to the resort frequently and never waited more than a few minutes. Perfect getaway for a 3-generation family vacation.

Stayed here for a long weekend with our kids. We loved this property! The kids spent lots of time on the balcony watching wildlife, and even spotted a few bears. The beds were comfortable, and the space was very clean.

The condo is updated and was perfect for 8 people! The property sits up pretty high above Steamboat and cooled nicely in rhe evening. We didnt have issues with parking, but only two spots allowed per unit. The only thing that needs fixing is the upstairs shower door...it would catch and we were afraid it could break and hurt someone. Great spot. We will be back.

Map pin is way off. That was why I booked it. Then address they listed was for a different (much more appealing property). After checking in with Retreatia, I realized we didn’t have adequate parking or towels. Bathroom shower drain was plugged and the help desk wasn’t much. Had they accurately listed the property and I know what we were getting, I would have been satisfied.

The property was okay. We basically just slept there. Parking was difficult. Pictures look better than actual. Random furniture, disrepair plumbing. Did the job.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Yampa Valley for our Ski Trip this past weekend. We got to the unit which was clean, orderly, and had a beautiful view of the Valley. The unit is located nearby the ski lifts, but not walking distance (Or ski in - Ski Out). There is a local shuttle that runs every 15 mins to the lift, and the ski lifts are the first stop!
Overall a great unit that fit 8 of us comfortably. For the price you really cannot beat it. Would stay here again!

Stayed in Steamboat with family (4 adults and 4 teenagers) over the holidays. Unit was the perfect size and the open floor plan allowed everyone the space to be comfortable. Walkable to the base but it is very uphill on the way back. Shuttle service was amazing - loop service to and from the mountain and booked a trip to and from dinner one evening. Would highly recommend.

I booked this property a year ago, intending to have my family up in March 2020. However, when Steamboat closed due to CoViD, Retreating was very easy to reschedule the visit a year for no extra cost.
Come this year, the stay was excellent. The check in and check out process was easy, the property was very nice and had plenty of room.
Note that this property, although only a 5 minute drive from the parking lots, is not a ski-in/ski-out property; additionally, the Steamboat shuttle does not service this property. Instead, Retreatia provides a shuttle that will take you to the mountains. However, the one time I tried to use it, it never showed up, and when I tried calling the Retretia offices to ask where it was, kept getting voice-mail (it was not lunchtime either). This didn't end up being a problem, as it is a simple 5 minute drive from the property to the parking lots, although in future busier seasons, if there is limited parking, this might be more of a problem.
Despite this snag, the stay was extremely enjoyable, the condo very nice and comfortable, and had plenty of room.

Very disappointed.
Check in envelope was not where it was supposed to be. Cleaners were still there at check in time. No key for the ski locker, they were to text the code for but never did. Fireplace didn't work. Bathroom door on main floor doesn't close, toilet seat was broken in 2 bathrooms. Mold in the small shower downstairs. Deck chairs were broken. Holes in the couch cushions. And the number for the shuttle to the ski area was wrong. VERY disappointed with the place, needs a lot of maintenance.

Great Place and Location
We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice, clean and in a convenient location. It could use some updating like large screen TVs etc. They supplied most of the essentials but very little sugar and salt. We would highly recommend this place. Everything was seamless and the communication was excellent.

The location of this property was prime. The pick up for skiing was easy just know you have to do it hours to the day before you want to be picked up.

Christmas at Yampa Upper
Property had all the amenities. Great to have humidifiers. Staff to check in and out were friendly and helpful. The bus to mountain was great, driver named Frank was awesome.
Really need to update curtain rods that are sagging, blinds have broken pieces. Fireplace was not working which was fixed promptly. Spiral staircase is slippery and one could really nail themselves trying to pass by or under it.
We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Clean, comfy and spacious
Everything was extremely clean when we came in and the place was laid out really well. They had a ton of appliances for us to use so we only had to bring a few things. They also had a shuttle to use which was super helpful in the winter! The only thing is that the staff was a bit confusing on details. The "guestbook" was always wrong about check in/check out time so had to call a few times to confirm it was incorrect. Then the parking situation was pretty confusing and where we needed to park.
