Truly a home away from home. It was so nice to be able to access trails for hiking and biking easily and quickly. The view is fantastic. The home itself is clean and comfortable. Todd is great! Willing to make sure your needs are met! Definitely recommend.

If you're looking for the best little place outside of town, this has to be in consideration. From the owner to the property itself, my wife and I had zero complaints. Todd (owner) called me and walked me through how to enjoy the house amenities, such as heated floors, and spa. Where I could find a great hike, and restaurants. Just very good wholesome experience. The property is so beautiful, it's just amazing to watch the sunrise from the spa and just take it all in. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved staying at this getaway in the mountains of Grand Junction for our Christmas vacation! We were not able to be with family this year but this felt like a home away from home. The host was very gracious and met us when we got there to give us an awesome tour of the property. The hot tub was functional, luxury, and ready to go when we arrived. The place was very well stocked - the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Christmas dinner, including utensils, spices, and cookware. The fire pit outside also had lots of firewood and kindling for us to use. The views were absolutely beautiful and the secluded area made for a very romantic trip. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom got dark so we could take naps throughout the day! The TV had many streaming services and we enjoyed many movies on the comfortable sofas. There were also fireplaces inside and a gas grill outside that we didn’t even use, but would like to try on a future visit! Our puppy also really loved running around and getting outside where he had lots of room to roam. Overall we had the best time and this place really made our Christmas special. We hope to be back soon, thank you Todd and Sophorn!!!

The Little Park Retreat VRBO was a fantastic stay! The house boasts every convenience to provide a home away from home feeling. Great location, clean and the hot tub is a real plus. We had an amazing trip thanks to Todd and Seporn. Thank you both!!!

The house was very comfortable and in the perfect location for everything the area has to offer with amazing views. Todd and Sophorn were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Perfect place to stay for the first part of our Colorado Adventures. Easy drives to all the hotspots in this area. Todd was absolutely the best host and very knowledgeable of the area and geographic terrain. The home was impeccably clean, very comfortable and has great views.

Todd was friendly and explained the home specifics and made recommendations for hikes and activities. The home was immaculate with beautiful views and it was entertaining to watch the Gambel’s quail, other birds, and chipmunks. We had such a comfortable stay and will plan to return if we are ever back in the area.

We stayed with Sophourn and Todd before at this rental and could not be more impressed by their hard work to keep the property top notch and enrich the experience of their guests. The house is super clean and contains all one may need during a stay. The home is in a great location with awesome views. And Grand Junction is a great city with lots of areas ripe for exploration. Every time we come back we add new places on our to explore list. We definitely will be back and cannot recommend a stay at Sophourn and Todd’s rental enough.

The place is sooo nice! Incredible views and a huge hot tub just like the pics. Theres a beautiful cacti garden and so much room to relax in comfy outdoor chairs. It has a great fenced in area and is super dog friendly. The owners were so easy to communicate with and had great reccomendations for local walks and restaurants. The house was super clean and it has all the amenities you might need. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great stay.

Love the location, quiet with great views of the town. The house is tidy & comfy and the addition of the hot tub was a bonus. The hosts are responsive and great to work with. This is our go-to place every time we are in Grand Junction.

This rental did not lack anything a traveler may need during a stay. It was clean and all sorts of comforts were available for our use during our time there. That included spices and toiletries. Communication was great and Todd is a great resource for planning your activities. We have stayed in more than ten rentals and this one takes the cake.. We could not have asked for more. Grand Junction is a great place to explore and when we will be back, we will look into renting this unit again. Thanks Todd and Sophorn!

The house is accurately depicted in the photos and is impeccably clean. It's quiet and comfortable. The porch is great, has a wonderful view. The area around the house is desert, with lovely cacti and other desert plants. We had a quail family with four adults and five babies visit every morning. The owner is an accommodating host. He has restaurant suggestions and excellent knowledge of surrounding trails.

This property was exactly as advertised— an older stone house with a vast, sweeping view of the surrounding mesas. Perched on top of the southern bluff near the Lunch Loops trails and Colorado National Monument, the sunrises were glorious as well as stargazing. We really appreciated the hosts suggestion to tour Lands End to the Grand Mesa. We spent all day up there and are already thinking about coming back!

What breathtaking views!

We stayed here for a family reunion (others rented other homes in the area) and had a wonderful time. The hosts were excellent, and everything was well-stocked including lots of little charming extras for the senses. Beds very comfortable. We rode mountain bikes in the area and the location was perfect. Great utility/laundry room for storing bikes etc. Highly recommend!

We’ve stay here a couple of times and it is great. The location is far enough away so it is quiet but close enough to everything you might need. The hosts are easy to work with and have great communication. We would highly recommend!
