Cette adorable maison a été rénovée de fond en comble! Vous trouverez le décor créatif très chaleureux et accueillant. Le salon a un tout nouveau téléviseur intelligent de 58 "avec lecteur DVD et le niveau inférieur fini a une salle familiale avec un téléviseur de 42" avec DVD. Nous avons également une variété de livres, de jeux et de films parmi lesquels vous pouvez choisir.
La cuisine entièrement équipée avec des armoires flambant neuves, propose de nombreuses collations et articles de petit-déjeuner pour votre plaisir ... ainsi qu'un bar à café / thé.

The place was a very cute, comfortable home. We were super happy with how easy the process with checking in and out was. For the most part everything was clean, we were a little disappointed with the selection of tv channels, but again we didn’t go there to just watch tv, so for our stay it was it worked out okay. Overall, my family and I loved the place and how close it was to everything!

The property is in a regular city neighborhood and close to everything. 10 minutes to Riverfront Stadium to see the Bucks baseball team play, 5 minutes to Lost Island Theme and Waterpark! Cozy house with everything thing you could need. Home away from home. We would stay here again without a doubt!

This was a great experience. Clean little house, about 800 sq. ft with 2 bedrooms up & 1 down in finished basement. Beds are comfortable and everything was supplied to make our weeks stay a pleasure.

This was the perfect location for our 50th reunion. The house was sweet, homey and clean. We spent a lot of time on the deck laughing and talking. We had everything we needed to cook and heat up food we’d brought. We will remember this house with fond memories.

Very cozy
Was very well renovated, yet still gives the feel of 1940s rural Iowa. A bit musty. Not for disabled persons. Property owners were very friendly and accomodating. Great neighborhood, felt safe even alone. Hope return to visit with family.

This was a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and the house was furnished and decorated nicely. It's in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit family.

We love this house for work trips to Waterloo when the whole family comes along. The neighborhood is super quiet, and the house has everything we need. Close to hospital, stores, restaurants, yet still so quiet!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was worried about the neighborhood before we got there, but it was so quiet and peaceful! Everything was as pictured, and everything you could need was provided. We will definitely visit again if we need to be in the area

Good weekend getaway
House was what we needed for the weekend. Basement does have a bit of a musty smell, so with having asthma I couldn’t stay in the room with the king bed like I wanted. Check in and check out procedures were easy to follow.

Weekend in Waterloo
The property we rented for the weekend was in a quiet neighborhood and close to businesses. The house was just as the pictures show. It was perfect for my husband and I. But it had three bedrooms and can accommodate even more people. Waterloo is a great town and we would recommend staying at this place.

Great place to stay for the family
The house was ready earlier than expected, which was a relief after a long day of travel. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of community space between the upstairs and downstairs living room areas. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and will be looking to book again when we are back to visit family and friends.

Nice Neighborhood
Neat reno located in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful trees and quite neighbors. A little tricky to get to, but that could be our "Maps" app fault.

Great family home
Came in from Cali to visit with our son and grand babies. House was perfect! Lots of room to spread out. Finished basement with a large living room, laundry, desk, guest room if needed. Great back yard with a deck and patio table also has parking and a garage. The owners know how to do it right! Very homey, inviting, comfortable, quaint and so cute! Thanks Penny!

Perfect for small families
Cute little house with nice updates, a well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Small park half a mile down the road. Loved our stay for a short trip with our toddler.
