Large rooms that are well maintained. Very comfortable stay

I would just like it if they were able to have a buffet. Otherwise everything was excellent

Nice and clean rooms. Staff friendly. Never had luck on slots.

Jetted tub was different and smaller than pictured. Air conditioning quit working for a few hours in the middle of the night. TV in bathroom was broken.

The only hotel very close to the Lost Island Theme and Water Park. Great hotel and perfect for family visiting the park.

We asked them to clean room & they said they said they would try but they were short staffed. We stayed 4 nights & they cleaned ZERO times.

We liked that there was a pool and arcade room. Hotel room could use a coffee pot and microwave. Also the beds were not very comfy.

I was extremely disappointed about the options for eating sunday night. Pizza place sign says closed with the hours Thursday thru Sunday 5 to 9, but it was closed. Come to find out, they are only open friday and Saturday. 2nd issue, no breakfast options monday morning? Everything closed, including snack bar! Love the rooms and large bathrooms and really love the big shower room!

This stay was a disaster. Started with checking in and the staff member had absolutely no customer service tact and absolutely no knowledge of the property. She didn’t know what EV charging was let alone if there was any in the property. We weren’t made aware that our room wouldn’t be cleaned and receive clean towels and plastic cups after first night stay. When we called to inquire after being gone all day we were talked down to and treated as if we were being a pain. We travel a lot and have never experienced this level of low class treatment. The room was dirty and the bathtub was filthy. We had a high pitched motor sound coming from the air conditioning unit that was extremely annoying. There wasn’t any bottled water to be found. No coffee pots in room. The man working in the coffee shop was very unfriendly and the fact that there were absolutely zero gluten free options and no milk alternatives was another big disappointment. Our room for 2 nights was charged to my card in the amount of $525 and that was a lot more than what I booked it for. We will never be back to this property. We are completely sick that we wasted over $500 on a poor experience.

There is definitely no extras with this hotel! No coffee pot, microwave etc. Very basic cable! Staff was very friendly.

Didn't like that there are not coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms. Your given a coupon for coffee downstairs

The room was nice, clean, comfortable. Very large. The bathroom was extremely large. Almost too large for one person. I have to say that I thought things would be open more hours in a casino. They closed things up pretty early at night and the coffee bar was not yet open in the morning when I had to leave.

The shower had zero water pressure, low amenities for price, the best feature was the hotel pool and hot tub

The Isle Hotel was great. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. The only suggestion would be replace the shower heads. We had 3 rooms and they were all the same. Could not change the head and it was like just a mist coming out. Pressure was fine but there was no way to change it.

The hotel is being remodeled. Our room is missing furniture. And is cold. We turned the geat up to 73, but the room still feels cold and damp

Great hotel and location.

Check in was fast and easy. The room has been newly remodel and it was beautiful. Bathroom was very clean and big! I also like the idea that you need to use your room key to access the elevators. Great security measure. Bed and pillows were great. And view was awesome too.

The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating to our room requests. Check in was quick and easy. We also enjoyed breakfast at The Brew Brothers.

I was in town for business and chose to stay at Isle Casino Hotel. I had a decent stay. The staff was very helpful and nice. The burger restaurant in the hotel had decent food and beverages. Overall it was a good experience.
