Water wasn’t hot for showers

This is super easy to find , right off the highway . very close to lost island .

Not very clean , I could feel the bed springs on the bed .

It had a pool. But it was closed.

Nice variety breakfast offerings. Eggs we're better than I expected. Facility was clean, staff was friendly. Had the pool to myself, felt good after a 5 hour road trip. Location was convenient, near shopping and various restaurants.

Bathroom wasn't truly disability one but was kind doable. Room was clean. Coffee maker didn't work so that was Def a let down!

I was put in the back building. They didn’t tell me really where it was. I was put in the very back room on the second floor.

My room was conveniently located near the pool. The hotel was not far from where we needed to be that weekend.

The room smelled like someone had smoked in it recently. The tub had hair in it. The bathroom floor didn't look to be swept at all. The room was directly located under the stairs, so we could hear everyone coming down. A group of children were playing hide and seek throughout the hotel until after 12 am. I went to the front desk to complain but nothing was done. You could hear the children at the front desk as well.

The comfortability of the beds. The staff are so friendly. The room is very spacious.

The shower wouldn't shut off. The window wouldn't open. Need to have plug ins for charging cell phones, like in the lamps and clocks.

The beds were really soft. It was low to the floor which makes easier to get in and out. Very spacious room.

The fact that the maid or whoever, knocked on our door at 8:55am to see if we were leaving. When the do not disturb was still out. Very inconsiderate, should have a set time for staff to knock on the doors, that's a little early.

Quiet, I liked that the area was peaceful and quiet
