Close to Lost Island

Pool was closed. The TV barely worked unless the remote was in a certain spot. Cleaning staff never came by after we left the first night. Came back to no clean towels.

Woke up to roaches in the bedroom and restroom. Told the staff and he stayed. I brought them to the hotel. No way and how my husband was talked to when he confronted the staff was not ok Very poor customer service

How nice the staff were.

When I checked in, I was told that the room was clean because it was the last available room. Then when when I went to my room, it was dirty, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling as if someone untwisted it. I had to go to the front desk & ask for cleaning products so I can at least feel comfortable in my room. The sheets looked like somebody stayed in the room prior & they just made up the bed. I drove 15 hours to deal with & pay for a dirty room. There are no microwaves in the rooms. It’s only one in the lobby. No one cleaned the room the 3 nights we were there. But the guy the checked me in was really nice!

It was ghetto and loud outside and in the hallway. Sheet stains. And the room and cover had a odor.

Convenient location

Roaches and staff bother you every morning for housekeeping even if you’re a stay over for a week

Rude staff

No microwave in room staff was rude as hell.
