This was a good location for beach access. The property was clean and inside the complex felt very safe. It provided enough space for my family of 5. My boys really enjoyed the boogie boards! It was very close to the ocean and you could hear the waves from the unit! Communication with Laney was easy and responsive.

This was a wonderful respite on a long road trip. Great location so we could spend lots of time walking along and enjoying the beach. Great communication with the host and everything in order as it appeared on the listing. Nice quiet neighborhood Only wish we had more time here.

We have stayed in 3 of the units at Myers beach house and all of them are great! Clean, comfortable and always have everything we need. Laney is great and is very responsive and accommodating. I couldn't recommend Myers Beach house enough!

My husband, toddler and I had a great stay here! It’s walking distance from lots of great Oceanside cafes/restaurants/shops, as well as the beach. Having a garage to park in was a real plus in this area. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and the apartment was clean and bright with all the amenities we needed.

We walked everywhere from here! So many cute shops and places to grab coffee ! 5-10 minute walk to the pier !

We loved to stay at Myers Beach House. The apartment (we stayed in Unit D) is fantastic and very comfortable for a party of five. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing and I really miss falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. In walking distance is the beach and Oceanside downtown with shops, restaurants and a cinema. Don’t miss Sunset Market every Thursday. Communication with Laney worked perfectly. Thank you so much! If we ever visit Oceanside again we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Meyers Beach house for three nights. The beach was a few blocks away. The Cup coffee shop is very close, and the food/coffee was terrific.

This apartment is just as advertised. Clean and well-equipped. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and amenities. Checking in and out was easy and Laney was responsive, although we had no issues to contact her about during the stay.

We had a wonderful time at Oceanside. The property was a great place for us. It was clean and very presentable. The ease to find and the location was excellent. It was so quiet and peaceful. The night ocean breeze was so nice to have at night. We had excellent communication with the owner as well as the property manager. They were very friendly and kind. The property was walking distance to most places especially the beach although a short drive is all you needed. It was a great experience and worth repeating.

The best part is you have a garage to park in- the bunk beds were wobbly so one of my girls slept on the floor- we did not trust the upper bunk- walls are think so if you move the old rusty closet door don't do it between 10pm and 10am because you'll get a noise complaint from downstairs and/or neighbor- there is no beach infant- the sand is gone until Oside city decides to dredge the harbor again

We visited Oceanside for the first time and stayed in unit D of Myers BH. The home is as advertised! Walking distance to most everything! Corner market was a life saver for last minute items (ice), and morning coffee and breakfast at The Cup was deeelish!! Having a spacious garage to park in was bonus!! We even took the train to/from Carlsbad!! The train station is walking distance too! Owner is great to communicate/work with…We can’t wait to visit again!

Secure, clean and cozy stay at this cute find! Had everything we needed, including a spacious stocked kitchen and a 2 car garage! No complaints from 3 teens and 2 dogs. Bonus was having everything within walking distance…neighborhood store, restaurants, breweries and the ocean!

This was a family vacation. We rented both units upstairs. It couldn’t have been a better. Experience. Love the fact that it had garages parking is a premium around there walk to the beach was very short the beach was lovely. I have no negatives to say about this. Would definitely want to stay again when I go back.

It's a nice little place with plenty of space. The apartment is located near the beach in a nice little neighborhood close to a wonderful coffee shop and corner market. I appreciated the garage space to park my car. Unit was clean and all instructions for check-in and check-out were easy. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Only 2 issues were wet stairs from sprinklers right at check-in time which cause a hazard, and the early standard check-out time of 10am. I'm glad they were able to accommodate my request for an extra hour since my daughter was playing in a soccer tournament, but I do think 10am is early for a check-out time. Overall, worthy of another stay for future tournaments.

Great location, clean and good communication.

All around a great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Kind of close to the train tracks but it wasn't an issue. What I like the most is, that is was centralized around all amenities that oceanside has to offer. With a garage to keep the car off the street is a plus. In all, a quiet spot for a decent price. I look forward to reserving things property again .

Myers Beach House is conveniently located close to Oceanside Pier and a block from the beach. We watched a couple of beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The unit is clean, comfy, and with lots of towels for my party of 4 adults. We also had access to a 2-car garage which is very nice. Thank you for letting us book one of your units. We will be back for sure ❤️

We loved the proximity of this apartment, and the use of a garage. Any issues we found, which were small, were remedied immediately. We were a family of 5, some more plates / bowls and cutlery would have meant less washing (we had to wash and dry after each meal) but the number of items would be perfect for a couple. There were plenty of cups/glasses/mugs. A great spot, good value: highly recommend.

We loved the 2 car garage and the garage remote and definitely needed the helpful photo to locate the house. We really appreciated the fans during this heatwave. We brought ice not knowing you provided it. Most places don’t. The bottom door shelf falls off with bottled juice or heavy items. We could have used 3 washcloths for 3 people. I put the blanket over the sofa to cover the stain spots. Location convenient to market and beach.

Check in was flawless, clean home, great location! Definitely a little warmer then I like even with the doors in the bedrooms open but completely liveable. Cute little place. I would definitely recommend it.

This was our 4th annual family beach trip in Oceanside ( I do it for my 6 year old granddaughter & family)

Updated, adorable little apartment just a couple blocks from the beach. Sliding glass doors in both bedrooms that lead to a balcony facing the ocean. Sleep with the doors and windows open for the most natural cooling and ocean breezes while you are here.

It was a nice place to stay. When we first got there the bed sheets were not clean in one room but the host quickly offered to make it right. So that was very nice. Everything else was great. Location very good.

We had a great time in Oceanside and this was a great location for us. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. The listing was accurate and fit our family well for our budget. We would love to stay here again!

We had a great time. This house has all you need. Close to restaurants, beach, pier. Love that we had a 2 car garage and were able to keep all of our beach stuff there. Not a huge fan of the crowded main beach in Oceanside, that I feel is the biggest downside. Most of the walkable beaches are super crowded or the tide is super high which leaves not much room to hang. But if that’s not your concern you would love it! All in all we loved it!

This property (2nd floor rental #D) has everything you could ask for: close to the beach, ocean view from the balcony, well supplied kitchen, clean, great cross ventilation, a highly communicative host, you can hardly hear the neighbors in next door unit and they had young children. It was rare to hear the train whistle so don't let other reviews deter you. You have to walk a couple of blocks to get to a sandy beach area, but that was no problem for us. We suggest bringing a wagon to tote you beach gear if you have issues with carrying items and walking a few blocks. The convenience store/coffee shop/bike rental a short distance down the street were a nice addition. We rented bikes for a whole day and the price was reasonable. Our family has stayed in Oceanside 2 other times and by far this is the best place. Having a garage to park your car is the greatest since parking is difficult around there. It's within walking distance to shops, Petite Madeline's Bakery ( a must!!) and craft beer. The condition of the beach gear that is there is unpredictable (property owner does not guarantee the condition) so be sure and bring your own if you can. For instance, there were several beach chairs of use, a cooler and boogie board, but the 2 umbrellas that were left by others were missing the poles. She did provide at least 6 large beach towels so that is one thing you do not have to bring.
