Situé à mi-chemin entre Fort Walton Beach et Pensacola ... quelques minutes de Fort Walton, Destin et Pensacola Beach.
Plages de sable blanc avec des vues à couper le souffle de la grande chambre des maîtres (nouveau lit king size) et la zone de vie ... il est léger, frais et confortable. Séjour a canapé démontable, lit d'appoint et 1 lit bébé. Unité situé au 10e étage. Cette unité est presque 1400 pieds carrés. Photographies ne font pas cette unité justice. Beaucoup plus grand que ce qu'il semble être.
Récemment rénové, nettoyé et mis à jour. Tous nouvelle literie et linge de maison. Climatiseur NETTOYER! Travailler humide café bar de glace et un bain à remous à Bath Maître. Croyez-moi, vous avez besoin que la glace supplémentaire pour la plage. Aussi télévision à écran plat dans la chambre principale, une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon. TV à écran plat dans la chambre d'hôtes.
Motifs merveilleux, Coffre-fort, fermé et la sécurité. Parfait pour les personnes avec des enfants ou des adolescents. Codes pour entrée, ascenseurs et accès à la plage avec des maîtres nageurs d'été.
Workout chambre face à la plage avec 2 piscines (dont une chauffée) et un bain à remous.
** Cette golfe du Mexique étonnant a été le lieu de vacances pour mon mari depuis qu'il était un petit enfant. Je me détends à la plage pendant que mon mari siestes sur le confortable canapé en taille réelle sur le balcon. Je aime assis dans son lit et se réveiller pour voir ce point de vue fantastique .... même la cuisine a une vue sur la baie. Cette ville est incroyable!
L'endroit idéal pour se échapper de travail et de soucis ... également échapper à temps ....

Our condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed at The Pearl previously and it is a great place to stay. The people we booked from sent us our check-in info two weeks before our stay which was awesome. During our stay, they even checked on us via text to ensure everything was going well. Super nice people! The beach service guy didn’t seem thrilled about the condos that include chair rentals but it wasn’t a big deal to us. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Being so close to the water's edge provided a natural symphony of the waves hitting the shore. The offshore lightning storm provided images that will be long remembered.

Clean condo with great views. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay. Only downside was the beach chairs, which the chair service will not reserve ahead of time. They said only paying customers, not condo residents can reserve. All front row chairs were reserved the first morning, so we bought some chairs and an umbrella to set up. Had to be able to see our daughter when she was playing in the water. (This is not the condo owner's fault). The baclcony had nice seating. Overall we found it to be a nice stay :)

We all had a great time. The owners were awesome! Their communication was awesome. They kept us informed on everything we needed to know. A great time was had by all. The condo was as advertised, and the couch out on the balcony was awesome…. Definitely a sleeping couch. Haha!

The condo was right on the beach the master suite was Hugh the second bedroom could have use a dresser no place for folded clothes and a little tight to get in the closet but we made it work the beach was the cleanest beach I ever seen I didn’t like to remove all of our beach stuff off the beach at around 5 taking it every day was very tiresome it was good spending time with family over all nice place

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space. Right at the elevator and they were quick, might I add. Never waited more than a couple of minutes to get in the elevator. We stayed on the island bc it was a busy weekend but between Andy D’s, Pier Restaurant and Juana’s, we had plenty of places to eat for dinner. 10/10 best place I’ve stayed, hands down.

Trip went very well. Only complaint was elevators. They were very slow but when we left they were working on one of them. That may have been the problem. Easy to get to beach. We kept our beach gear in car and was easy to pull out and walk right to beach. Plenty of parking.

4th of July Fireworks!
We had an awesome stay. Everything about The Pearl and Navarre Beach is wonderful. We sat on our balcony and watched the fireworks at the end of the pier. The pools were lovely, and the beach is beautiful and soft. Would stay again for sure!

Great beach front condo
We had a great stay in this condo. Everything was clean and as described. Great view from balcony. Beds were comfortable. Michelle was quick to respond when we needed her help. Would def. recommend. Hope to stay at the Cajun Pearl again soon.

Navarre is beautiful and The Pearl has a great view of the Gulf. The only issue was a few dirty dishes we found that that the maids didn't notice (not that they are to blame. They weren't noticabe unless you were getting them out to use them.) The pool and hot tub were perfect.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway for couples
We had a remarkably relaxing stay. The views from the kitchen/dining area to the bedroom was spectacular. We loved the cozy balcony -- no view of the neighbors. We love to cook, so it was great to have a fully-equipped kitchen. I love baths, so the giant jacuzzi tub and shower was divine. The chair/umbrella service and ice machine made our beach time simple and fun. Lots of kids and laughter and friends hanging out on the beach was great. That awesome sandbar was fun -- fun to see friends, families and couples hanging out there drinking a beer. We wish more of our neighbors masked in the elevators, but other than that, we felt safe. We wish folks didn't smoke on the beach and drop their butts, but there weren't many of those. It was a relaxing recharge and we are likely to return.

We loved our stay in Condo 1004
This condo had everything we needed! They furnished plenty of towels, blankets and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked and they thought of every detail to make you have a comfortable stay. The balcony was a joy! The view was breath taking! The furniture was comfortable and it was nice having a full size sofa for napping. The Pearl is located between Pensacola and Destin but yet not as crowded. We loved being on the gulf and having the bay on the backside. The free umbrella and beach chairs was a great bonus and we even had a front row set up on our last day. Literally inches from from water! We walked to several places to eat and visit. We really enjoyed Juanas for breakfast and several other meals. The pier is a nice walk and the gift shop had some nice tshirts. We also enjoyed visiting the Turtle Sanctuary located just past the pier.
Working with the condo manager was a great experience. Michelle was so professional, friendly and efficient. She was prompt in her responses to text or call.
I highly recommend staying here at the Pearl and condo 1004.

SJC Cajun Pearl
I'll preface my review by saying we had a great time and the view was fabulous! When we walked in, none of the drapes were open and patio cushions were piled on a trunk inside. It wasn't very welcoming. The only nice patio chair (from the pictures) had been replaced with a plastic Adirondack chair with no cushion. And, maybe this doesn't bother anyone else, but my pet peeve is when a place is advertised to sleep six, it should have enough patio chairs (and everything else) for six. There were only 3 "nice" wine glasses. As I said before, we had an absolutely great time - Juan with the beach chairs was a wonderful ambassador for the Pearl. I think with just a little more attention from the cleaning service, and a more extensive patio set, it would be perfect!! Thanks so much for a great vacay!
