Condo was just as described!! Very clean! Loved that it came with 2 chairs a & umbrella!! We did not know it but figured out that were also 2 small chairs that you could take down and sit close to water and watch sun set!! Very secure location and secure parking. Even getting to beach was a secure gate. Everything so wonderful we will definatly be back!

The condo was exactly as described in listing! It was clean, the A/C was nice and cold and bed was comfortable! There were plenty of towels and washcloths for just the two of us! We would definitely stay here again! I really can’t think of anything negative whatsoever to say!

This was a delightful stay. Everything we needed to access the condo and facilities was sent to our home before we left. Easy parking. Great location. Loved the step-in shower. A 5 star host and experience.

Saw 4 cockroaches during my stay but the worst thing was the mattress. Terrible for me and for the price that they charge you would think they would supply 2 rolls of toilet paper. By myself I only needed one but with my wife the last time had to go buy more and for the price of toilet paper seems cheap to me. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, couldn’t watch any sports games which was kind of a bummer. Shower needs some drano.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for two adults. Easy access to the beach & choice of two pools. Having two beach chairs & an umbrella provided rather than having to rent or carry our own was a tremendous bonus for us. The complex was not overly crowded during the first full week of August. The bathroom & bedroom has been remodeled. There are several things the owner could do to make the unit more comfortable for guests but overall it was a pleasant stay.

We loved every bit of our stay! The condo was exactly what we expected! The convenience to the pool and the beach are just what we needed and it did not disappoint. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. We would definitely go back!

The property management was fantastic, and this condo was one of the nicer in the building. While it felt like a rental, it was clean and as expected. My only complaint was the bed situation. For the price and considering the many complaints about the mattress in past reviews I was shocked to find they have not invested in a new mattress for the master bedroom. I have a bad back and couldn't even stay our full stay because sleeping on the master bed was so rough for me. The pull out mattress was even worse. We had several friends also renting in the building, this was definitely one of the nicer units, if not for the mattress.

This was our second time staying in this condo. It did not disappoint! Beautiful place with amazing ocean views! Very cozy for the rainy days! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Just as pictured, private and gated. Quietest resort I’ve stayed at for spring break time. Easy walk from parking lot to building. Elevators quick even with one down for a couple days. communication with property manager was clear and timely, Knew exactly what to expect. Large Private balcony from master bedroom through main room. Loved waking to view of the gulf. Condo was clean. No sand feeling on floors upon arrival. Kitchen small if you plan to cook in. Bathroom and shower bedroom large. Easy access to the beach. Large lagoon pool was clean and not crowded. Plenty of chairs. The bar and grill next to this pool was excellent for a quick snack or lunch and adult beverages. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Walmart. Can’t wait to go back.

Very nice, sheets did not fit the bed and continued to fall off bed, sliding door to balcony did not work well..wife couldn't open it. Other that that it was a great location.

The property itself and the room were great. The elevators were fast but the buttons did not function properly. The main problem was the lack of gym & workout facility. We picked the room and facility for that purpose. We were disappointed that there was no gym as we workout usually every day. The view of the beach was excellent. The room was well equipped and I don't think the owner knew that the gym facilities were closed. So, overall we had a good vacation, but were somewhat disappointed.

second time staying at this resort 1st time in 602 II.Wife liked how the unit was furnished, I loved the walk in shower, batch mats seemed to look dirty to me, only one roll of TP for 2 adults for a week???????/ No tissue papers, had a dispenser for soft soap in bath but was empty, had to ask for hand towels but Bill's communication was good and was brought more, thanks, saw only 4 bugs in the unit all week, amazing views of course and close to everything we like. Good hot tub, had free use of beach chairs and umbrella but never went down, one burned out bulb in bathroom and they don't come right on, takes a while to get bright, kitchen has everything you need, everything was clean, nice furniture on deck, sliding doors worked fine but a handle on the outside door from living room would be nice, vacuum worked fine and we already booked a return for next year, will just bring toilet paper, tissues, and bar soap

We loved the condo. We really enjoyed the view of the beach from all across the front of the condo. It was decorated so cute with a real beach theme. We had plenty of room as well. The shower was super nice! Having beach chairs that came with the rental was a nice perk as well. I appreciated the security of premises. Overall, I would love to book this condo again in the future when we visit Panama City Beach.

Great place to stay
Large pool is very nice. Wish there was more than 1 hot tub at the large pool are because teenagers crowd it and hog it all day and night. Staff we encountered were very nice, except for the grumpy older gentleman security guard. Condo was great except for missing batteries in remotes.

Awesome beach front condo!
This was the best place we have stayed at in PCB. The listing was exactly what the condo looks like and everything was clean and in great condition. It’s in a great location for easy beach access and access to things in PCB. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect vacation spot
This is our second trip to Long Beach Resort and the condo was perfect as it was described. Very clean and well decorated. I look forward to staying in this same condo next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is our favorite vacation spot so we will be back. I don’t think we would ever rent the same unit but we would stay at this complex again.

Great condo, lounge chairs not as advertised
We had a great stay at this condo. The Long Beach Resort property is beautiful and immaculate. The beach is gorgeous. The condo is just as described and shown in the pictures. The only disappointment was that the lounge chairs shown in the pictures are not the lounge chairs that are set up on the beach. They are two pieces and wooden with cloth and the guys who set them up are not very gentle with them therefore they are pretty beat up. Not a deal breaker but I think others should be aware. Also, the guys who handle the beach chairs are pretty quick to take down chairs when no one is using them and were generally picking them up around 4:30 even if we were still out on the beach. Overall a great experience and would definitely return to this condo resort.

Spring Break 2022 aka Panamanic
The condo and resort are nice. Grounds were clean. The road in front of the resort was filled with gang bangers, loud music, cars doing burnouts. Didn’t seem safe. My second day there, there was a shooting at The Waffle House in front of the resort. The police would not let me back to my condo and I had to find a place to spend that night. I’m not sure I want to stay in PCB again.

The condo was as represented. It is not a new unit and shows its age. It is clean and comfortable. A great deck overlooking a beautiful white sand beach. We have no complaints. A little more info on beach chairs would be helpful. There seems to be a proceedure and it was not explained to us....we figured it out but it would have been nice to understand how to do it before hand.

Great spot
I spent the winter months here. The apartment was just the right size and very clean. You can't bet the view!! The area in the winter months is very slow with a lot of places closed or with minimal hours of operation. the weather is a little chilly but that is to be expected. But over all , it was a really nice place to escape from the winter months up north.

Great vacation place
We had a great experience staying at this property. Very clean and beautiful condo with excellent location.
Very appreciate working with Bill- got response very quickly on all questions. Check in and out process is very easy. Ocean and white sand is beautiful and heated pool and jacuzzi is big plus in November.
Overall it’s a very pleasant experience and we are looking to come back soon.

Our stay was great, unit was would it said. Could use a hair dryer in unit, bc I forgot mine, which it did not say it had one, so that was my fault.
First time at PCB without a car, had Walmart deliver groceries, pizza place across street was excellent!!!

Amazing stay at Long Beach Resort
We enjoyed everything about this stay. The condo is exactly as pictured. The master bedroom and shower are actually bigger than expected. Amazing large balcony. We have stayed in so many different condos and this had the most comfortable bed by far. Property manager was always prompt at answering any and all questions very helpful. Checking in and and out process extremely simple. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!
Condo was clean and really cute. Everything we needed was there. Everything was updated and in good working condition. Bill was easy to communicate with always responded quickly. The view was amazing. The water was not as pretty as usual but that was Mother Nature’s fault. We will definitely stay with Bill again.

Very pleasant and a beautiful room
We have stayed with our manager/owner several times and he is always accurate on the photos that are posted for the property are very accurate. Very clean and beautiful condo. Perfect for a couple.
