Great location…clean and spacious!

This was a beautiful property. It was well appointed and very comfortable for 6 adults. The beds were all very comfortable, it was very clean, the kitchen had all of the necessary tools to make great meals, and there was a cabinet full of games. The TV was a smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc all installed. The time that we spent in the property was wonderful, but I need to comment on the location. It is on Water Street with a great view of the water and Mt. Baldhead. The center of town is a very short and entertaining walk down the street. Within a 5 minute walk, you'll find great restaurants and bars, and really unique and fun shops. If you are looking for a really great place to stay in Saugatuck, this is it. Next time I go back, I'll be staying there.

Beds were very comfortable and could walk to everything.

We love to walk and we appreciate the quieter side of things. This location allows for both. Love the neighborhood feel too. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location.

Great location to walk to everything in town. Full bathrooms for every bedroom was great.

Condo was comfortable and close to shopping and restaurants.

Super clean and spacious! Very convenient to downtown but just far enough away so peaceful for sleeping.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family and friends! The location couldn't be better, we were able to walk to downtown Saugatuck for everything! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The full kitchen was also great! The only complaint I would make is that we were not able to cast our devices to the tv screen or connect any of our baby things to the internet. Would definitely stay again!

There was plenty of space with all the amenities we needed, it was bright, clean and close to everything. parking was easy.

very nice property. great location. the team was very helpful. The site only allowed one type of credit card, but your team quickly resolved that via phone. the only issue was no house number so I had to guess by the photos which unit was the correct one. that could have been embarrassing.

We had a GREAT time in Saugatuck! The location of this property was perfect! Easy walk to this fabulous, artsy town! The property was perfect for the 4 of us and the kitchen is stocked really well - we like staying home and cooking in the evening. Enjoyed the fireplace too! Thanks for a great stay!

We arrived in town to find out a bad storm the night prior had knocked out power to a substantial part of downtown and our condo. It was nearly 90 degrees our first 2 days with no lights, AC or ability to shower except in the freezing cold water. The property managers informed us as we arrived (a tad late since we had groceries and the like which were partially lost due to inability to keep things cold with styrofoam coolers and ice which was all we could find). They offered other residences but they were not in downtown Saugatuck so we eeked out the two days it took to restore power. It was a challenge for sure but after speaking with the team and owners, they reimbursed for some of our lost food and inconvenience (I actually drove up to Grand Rapids and bought Ryobi shop fans that run on the rechargeable handheld electric drills they sell…although that was over $500). We used our vehicle to charge iPads and phones and the fan batteries. It was one of those trips we will look back on and laugh at later…but it was challenging. Despite the heat, the freezing cold showers were not refreshing but rather bone chilling. Despite all that, this place is fantastic (when Mother Nature doesn’t intervene in ominous ways). I’d stay at this condo again next time. Clean, close to everything, good price, and good property management. Look forward to staying here next time we come to town. Praying the storms hold off until after we depart next time around.

We couldn’t have been more happy. The townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to all the happenings in downtown. As others have said very well stocked - everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pictures are accurate - I actually thought it was better in person. Would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend this property. The location was awesome and within walking distance of downtown. The house was nicely stocked. I read this comment in other reviews but was unsure of what that meant. So I brought all the kitchen paper and plastic items which were already provided. There is also an abundance of spices and cooking oils. Laundry soap and softener were also included. The sitting area on the front porch could have been cleaner as well as the propane grill. I also was unable to find the iron and ironing board that was said to be available. All in all, very nice property.

My Sisters and their daughters we my guest at Butler Street Retreat . Lots of room, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms are large and airy .Location was perfect for walking to everything. I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Great location- able to walk to everything. Deck space made outdoor dining enjoyable. Property could have been cleaner especially given COVID. We cleaned kitchen including fridge; freezer malfunctioned during stay. The downstairs room had a urine smell.
