L'entrée principale du 1004 Ariola Drive, avec son grand double escalier et son porche, mène à la cuisine spacieuse et ouverte, au salon et à la salle à manger. La cuisine, équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable, de nombreux espaces de préparation et d'un grand bar pour le petit-déjeuner, s'ouvre sur le salon / salle à manger. Cet espace comprend trois canapés confortables, un fauteuil et une table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. La chambre principale est située hors du salon. Cette chambre s'ouvre sur le pont du côté du golfe et l'immense salle de bain principale comprend deux lavabos sur pied, une douche séparée et une baignoire de jardin, ainsi qu'un grand dressing. Un petit couloir passe devant cette chambre et mène à une grande buanderie. À travers le salon, chambre 2 a un lit queen et une grande salle de bain privée. Chambre 3 a deux ensembles de lits superposés. Ici, il y a une grande baignoire de salle qui dessert également le salon. Chambre 4, aussi connu comme "kid paradis," se trouve dans l'escalier de son propre niveau supérieur. Cette chambre a un lit jumeau, un autre lit superposé avec jumeau sur le dessus et la reine sur le fond et un lit queen supplémentaire. Les fenêtres de cette chambre donnent sur la grande salle du bas. La grande salle de bain a une double vasque et les fenêtres cintrées à ce niveau en font un espace tout à fait unique. Le pont du côté du golfe offre une grande table à manger, un grill et de nombreuses places assises. Paradise Beach Homes is Awesome to work with. The house itself could use some attention; the bunk room on the main floor has inadequate air conditioning making that room really uncomfortable. There are a few stains on the carpet (it would be great if hte owners removed the carpet and put tile) also a lot of Palmetto bugs which are coming inside:(. we have rented this house for 2 years and love that its right on the beach; the house fits our family size and again the Management Co. is awesome to work with.

Outstanding location, right on the beach, very close to the water, and terrific views of the Gulf. Well maintained. Great master suite. Ample sleeping accommodations for our complement of 5 adults and 4 grandchildren with room for several more kids, and plenty of room to gather in living room/dining area and on the spacious (largely-covered) water-facing deck. Well-equipped kitchen, including a big array of pots & pans,cooking utensils, glassware & dishes. Only kitchen drawback is a single (albeit fairly large) refrigerator and no ice machine. Covered parking for 4 vehicles. We have re-booked for next year.

This was the second time in three years we have rented this location for family vacation. WE WILL NOT RENT IT AGAIN. House is in a great location, but we had roaches on the porch and then drain fly’s. A exterminator (who was very nice) was sent out and sprayed for the roaches which meant we just spent the next 3 days sweeping up dead roaches. That is better than them crawling on us as we sat on the porch at night, which happened the first two nights. He also sprayed drain fly's as he called them. Those are little black fly's that were all in the master bathroom shower. They left the shower and were all on the walls and towels and sink area. It got worse as we were leaving. Feel sorry for the next people who stay at house. There is also mold all over the master bathroom ceiling. The other problem was the bedroom downstairs with the bunk beds could not be used as was too hot and could not get it to cool down. So, the bedroom and bathroom went unused. As I said we stayed at this house two years ago and had no issues. House needs some attention. Den furniture looks like something from a thrift store as nothing matches.

The house is nice, bedrooms are set up a little wonky. Unfortunately, the weather was unusually cold this December when we visited. The fireplace did not light, the furnace didn't get warmer than 64 degrees, the two bedroom on the side of the kitchen on the main floor had no heat at all and we could see our breath at night. There were extra blankets in the closet and one space heater for the entire house so we put it in the room where the kids were. We spent two days with coats on in the house. Because it was Christmas we didn't see it as an "emergency" to contact the property management company. We didn't want to take them away from their families. I left a note with the keys when we dropped them off. Hopefully they have the furnace serviced and supply more space heaters for the future renters. The view is beautiful and the house has all the kitchen items you can prossibly need. No other complaints.

Very nice house on the beach. Our family really enjoyed the week we were there. Each bedroom has a bathroom. There is an interior stairway from the parking area under the house which was nice when it was raining. Access to the beach was an easy walk. Great views from the back balcony. Would not hesitate to stay there the next time we are in town. The only downfall to the house was it had roaches, not bad but we did see at least one every day.

I have rented this house for a few years now. I love everything about it -- they even gave it a makeover this year with new furniture and such -- even new ceiling fans I think. I love the hot/cold outside shower. BUT, there is one problem and some people might even consider it a game changer --- the main floor a/c is not sufficient to keep the bedrooms cold. We kept all of the fans going and slept with our doors open trying to get the rooms cooled down. There was at least a 5 degree difference between the main area and the bedrooms. This was nothing new, it seems like it is this way every year -- we just brought extra fans this time. The upstairs a/c will freeze you out!Changes I would love to see - A boardwalk down to the beach would be lovely or a set of stairs on the side or back of the house;A fence put along the side of the house (with the empty lot) all the way up to the sand dune --- currently it stops just before. The renters across the street use it as a walkway and it feels like they are right up in our house;An extra refrigerator would be absolutely wonderful. Nothing fancy -- just something to keep drinks and overflow food cold. Perhaps it could be put at the bottom of the stairs just as you enter the house from the parking area;I would like to see more deck furniture that would be tall enough when you sit in it to see above the railing. There is currently one chair and it is great, but, there is only one;A clothesline!

Check in was a breeze! One window was left open (perhaps needing repair) & the staff wrote the information down without interrupting our stay. Any thing we needed was in the home! When you look at this picture, it shows your home directly on the beach - IT IS! We had a WONDERFUL stay. The house had everything we needed. Definitely enough room for up to 14 people!! 2 beach chairs were even provided (which we did not use because we brought ours). The only downside?? The beach is a public beach. People will park right in front of your home and set up their chairs where you would feel yours should go. We just placed our chairs out there early and left them until early evening then brought them in. That way, we were assured a spot on the beach - at the home we rented! Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this home!

Everything about the house was perfect. The open floor plan allowed my large family to gather together while preparing meals so nobody missed a thing. The house is beautifully furnished including two large dining tables that seated 10. It's location directly on the beach was perfect. My only suggestion is to include a rocking chair for rocking the babies.

We held our wedding reception here and it had all of the amenities we needed. Paradise Beach Homes was very attentive to our needs with the party permit and calling an electrician when the outlets for our string lights weren't working. All of our guests were telling us it was the 'best wedding ever' and the party continued the next day on the beach! The bathrooms in this home are absolutely beautiful, kitchen large enough for everyone and access to the house was very easy from all of the hotels in town. I highly recommend renting with Paradise Beach Homes and this home spcifically.

We hosted our May 2, 2015 wedding at this wonderful beach home. The weekend was perfect! 65 of our closest friends and family joined us. 13 people stayed in the house for 3 nights with us. The house is very spacious. We all had privacy while being able to gather together for dinner at the huge table or on the back porch. The house was well maintained and featured countless pots, pans, utensils, bedding options, and more. It was much better stocked than any condo we've ever rented. We hosted the entire wedding underneath the house. There was plenty of room, lots of electrical and water options, and beautiful views! An absolutely perfect venue for rain or shine. We had 7 different couples staying with us and we all had a wonderful time! We would definitely recommend this home for a vacation or special event. We were even able to have our dog join us for the festivities as the home is pet friendly. You would never know though. The house was imaculate and show no signs of wear and tear.We rented through paradise beach homes and will use them for our next trip to pensacola. The hospitality we received from the time we first scouted homes to the checkout was unbelievable. Their staff truly cares and anticipates your needs. We even received a beach bags full of goodies and a special wedding gift at check in. I cannot rave enough about the PBH service. They were simply wonderful! Overall, we had an amazing experience!
