My family just returned from Key Largo for a destination wedding. We stayed with extended family at a resort in town for the first part of our stay and ended the trip at Kawama Tower. Beatriz had sent me the details of our stay ahead of time which made the mid week transition super smooth for us. We wanted to stay on the island a little longer to relax and explore with our kids. The condo had absolutely everything we needed, was clean, safe, and affordable. Location was perfect, easy drive to both Marathon for our fishing trip and to Fort Lauderdale for our flight. The pool area was quiet enough to stretch out and bond with our kids. Atmosphere was perfect and low key, gazebos on the beach were very relaxing, and the marina at night was breathtaking. We visited Dolphins Plus on the way out and that was a fun experience also. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to sit back and relax. Beatriz does a great job with this condo and hosting guests, so glad we fumbled upon it while browsing places on VRBO.

The view was fantastic, overlooking the water. Very spacious master bedroom and newly remodeled bathrooms. Beatriz was great at communication. We snorkeled in the lagoon and spent time at the pool. Would recommend

The condo actually has two bathrooms, not one which was awesome. It was very clean and has an amazing view. Will definitely stay here again!

The view from the balcony is amazing! The unit was clean. It could use some basic up keeping, like painting and replacing light bulbs that have burned out. The owner was very nice. She was a bit pushy about check out. We received 2 voicemails and 2 text messages to remind us to be out by 10 am. That is a fairly early check-out time, but we were aware of it and we were out on time. The four communications were not necessary.

Our check in process was smooth and the ease of entry with a secure elevator and nearby parking meant no stress upon arrival. The view of the marina and the Atlantic ocean has to be the best in the building!We will definitely be booking again!

Smelled horrible due to marina and dead seaweed on beech. Understandably nothing could be helped with that..guess timing wasnt good.

The condo was very nice and as pictured. The owner is very easy to communicate with and obviously wants to makes your stay as pleasant as possible. We had rented a second condo in the building for my step-daughter and her family which made getting together a snap while allowing both families private time. Everyone enjoyed the facility, especially swimming and kayaking in the lagoon and being able to fish from the jetty (the kayak and fishing poles were not supplied by this condo). I am mobility disabled and have to use a walker and an Omeo (a 2-wheeled mobility device) to get around. Even though the condo is not advertised as being handicap accessible, I found the condo to be fairly open and accessible. The elevators in the building and no steps were a big plus. I suggested a few things to the owner to make the condo more handicap-friendly, and she says she has done some of them. Like a lot of places, the beds are high, and I needed to stand on a stool to get into the master bed. There are no pictures of it, but there is a very good view of the marina from the window in the master bathroom shower. Sort of nice to have such an interesting view while showering (there is a blind on the window for the ladies). This is nothing the owner can fix, but there was a strong, sulfurous odor at times from the significant amount of seaweed/seagrass that had come ashore on their small beach (I did notice the odor was present throughout the Keys), but we got use to it. We enjoyed our time in Key Largo and this was a great location to stay. Definitely worth the money.

While we have stayed at Kawama before- this was our first time in the Tower. We found this location to be the best for us- great views of the ocean as well as the marina where our boat was docked. Because we came down from Ft. Lauderdale by boat, we did not have a car- but there are a few stores and restaurants to walk to near by. The condo itself is lovely- and clean and comfortable. The appliances were up to date and there are 3 smart t.v.'s. All together an excellent choice for our annual Keys trip- we'll be back!

Wonderful location in Tower Condo overlooking the marina and gorgeous Keys waters. Condo was large and provided all the amenities we needed. Need to bring your own paper products, dish and laundry soap for a week long stay. There were no boat slips available at the marina but had parking for boat behind the condo. No gas or ability to wash your boat down. Ramp was easy to use. Beatriz was responsive before we arrived but not responsive to question sent to her while we were there. Recommend this property!

Amazing balcony view, secure gated community, beautiful pool, many local restaurants, and the ability to drive to both the mainland and all the Keys. All the makings for a great vacation. Beatriz's condo is large, nicely furnished and welcoming. She was very responsive and truly wants you to have a wonderful time. Already booked for next year!

Beatriz has the best spot! We sat on the balcony every morning and evening and watched the sun rise and set over the ocean. Nice pools and chairs/tables by the water. The location couldn't have been better. Easy access to the grocery store, local restaurants, the John Pennekamp Park, and local beaches. Only an hour to the Everglades. We went as far as Marathon (about 1 hr, 30 minutes) but didn't go down to Key West, which wasn't too much farther. We would absolutely come back here and stay at her condo. Thank you Beatriz!

The perfect oceanfront condominium with elevator for anyone in your party with mobility issues. We chartered fishing guides out of nearby Islamorada and spent evenings in Key Largo for dinners at waterside restaurants. Enjoyed food at Snooks and Sundowners on the bayside the most.

My group enjoyed our weekend here. The place was pretty easy to find and check in was easy. The home was clean and up on the fifth floor had a nice view out to the ocean and of the marina below.

It had everything we wanted, clean, roomy and comfortable and a great view of the marina and the Atlantic Ocean. The condo is located near most of the restaurants and scuba dive centers and close to John Pennekamp Coral Reef Park. More than ideal for a family of 4. Will stay here again next summer.

This condo is the perfect location, especially if you are planning to bring a boat. We loved being able to dock, and then be inside in less than 5 minutes...especially with a small child. (being able to see your boat at all times is also a perk.) The view is amazing, even our 1.5 year old said "Oh Wow" when we walked in. The condo is clean and well stocked, and after you hide some of the beautiful decor, safe for kids! Communication was quick and straightforward. The marina process was also simple, and the ramp to put in/out is user friendly. We will definitely be back!

The condo was decorated very attractively, including bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved that everything was tile, attractive and practical. The view was wonderful, I think probably one of the best in the complex, great view of the water. The pool was clean and convenient. There was a very ample supply of towels and linen, even for a family of 5. The kitchen had a good supply of pots, pans, dishes, etc. The washer and dryer are right next to the condo, so you could easily keep up with towels. It seems to be a very safe and secure complex. It is conveniently located near many options for food (if you want to eat out) and many activities. The noise levels were very quiet, especially considering that you are located steps from the elevator, which is very convenient. Plenty of parking that is close by. Had contact with both the owner and housekeeper that preps and cleans after you leave and they were both extremely pleasant. We've stayed in Key Largo twice before and really enjoy it. This was definitely our favorite of the three places. You feel like you're on vacation but the place is so well kept, you don't get that beachy, worn out feeling that a lot of rentals get. Excellent view from the unit. Unit was nice and well equipped. Smell from the rotting seaweed on the beach was like raw sewage, making it very unpleasant to sit on the balcony or at the pool when the wind was blowing from the beach. Waiting for the guard to return to let us in the gate most of the time was very frustrating. There should be a way to get in automatically after initial check-in or have enough guards available that someone can always be at the gate.
