Good house for a large extended family. Plenty of room for each family to sleep and cousins to spend time together.

Would book again. Had 15 people and the house was so spacious it never felt crowded. Great location, beautiful beach. House in excellent condition.

The home was large enough to accommodate 6 couples, with ample space for privacy and socializing. There was plenty of room for parking 6 cars, allowing all parties to come and go with ease. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked. The location offers easy access to beach, privacy and is in within a reasonable distance from grocery, restaurants and shopping. The Host is responsive, helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

Always love going to Navarre Beach. Property provided just what our large family needed. Easy access to beach, but also pool when kids wanted to get away from surf and sand. Enough bedrooms that a family of all ages could have their own space. Fit our needs to a "T".

The house was big and in a great location. We arrived on Saturday, and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. We knew it may take awhile to start cooling because they leave it open while cleaning. Sunday morning at 7:16 I text the owner to let him know about the refrigerator not cooling even after being there all night. (Popsicles put in the freezer upon our arrival were not frozen.) Also, the outer burners on our grill weren't working, and one of the tvs was saying "no signal." I messaged him a couple hours later, and he offered to call. We had a short conversation about the issues we were having. At 11:20 AM it still wasn't cooling, so he advised me to reset the breaker (in a kitchen cabinet.) By 1:15 PM, it STILL wasn't cooling. We weren't able to get all of our groceries at once since everything wouldn't stay cool. He would not call a tech since it was Sunday. (Property management should be 24/7.) He asked me to take pics of the temp for him, and all week I sent pics showing him. By Tuesday, it was working well enough for us to actually put some stuff in there. Our party had 17 people, and the tech that came to look at the grill told us to use a lighter to light the outer burners. Another issue we had was one of the bathtubs being stopped up, and the tech offered to unstop it, but he had nothing to clean up the mess with, so we said nevermind. There are 2 sets of washers & dryers in the house, and they are in bedrooms. The 3rd floor dryer had a note on it that it didn't dry well & may take longer to dry clothes, and that was accurate. The 2 smaller bedrooms had very small shower stalls, so if you are a bigger person, it might not be a good fit. (Would work for kids or teens.) The pool was great, but there was very little lighting for nighttime swimming. In fact, the outdoor lighting wasn't good for playing cornhole, eating outside, etc. After arriving home, I tried to talk to the owner about possibly offering a partial refund because of all the issues we had, and he was rude about it. He said the review section was a 2 way street, and as an owner, he could provide a review of travelers too. I would not stay here again.

We had a great time in Florida. The house was really great with a lot of room and fabulous location. Would very much recommend it to anyone. Beach site was really great too lots of shells for kids to collect. Would definitely go back again.

Excellent house open floor plan with plenty of space. Great access to the beach. Short mile and a half walk to the pier and restaurants.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It accommodated 13 of us comfortably. We ranged in ages from 4-73, and there was something for everyone. The teenagers loved the beach and the younger ones loved the pool, which is also beautiful. The only hiccup we had was the wifi, and when we texted the owner, he was on it immediately. He was literally at the end of my phone with immediate responses. I can't say enough good things about him. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the slower pace, as compared to Destin. We will definitely return!

You can’t go wrong. Three king bedrooms, three queen bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Great kitchen, private boardwalk to the beach, great pool. Can’t wait to do it again.

Nice layout for multi family trip. Plenty of room to spread out. Having a private boardwalk to the beach & a private pool made this trip extra enjoyable.

This home was gorgeous and Impeccably clean! The location is perfect! Close enough to anything you would like to do but the beach isn’t crowded. Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations. Homeowner couldn’t be nicer. One of the best places we have ever rented.

This was our families first time staying at this house in Navarre.. we were blown away once we arrived.. we had four generations (15 people total) the rooms are spaced out and allowed us to keep the babies asleep upstairs while hanging as a family downstairs of an evening.. the owner was super easy to communicate with! The shape of the house made the pool private from any neighbors (perfect for laying out) this house is not like the new modern houses popping up around it. I’d stay here over a brand new one any day! My family hasn’t even made it home yet and already planning next year.

Very nice property. 17 family members never felt crowded. Owner was very good to deal with, we received our property damage deposit back within 2 weeks after departure.

Great place our family reunion. One small issue quickly resolved. Property and location was better than expected. Very clean and had all the utensils pots and anything needed for cooking. Grill was a bonus. Pool was enjoyable. Certainly would highly recommend this rental.

Overall was a Great week. House was beautiful and kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Only a few hiccups overall.

The house is beautiful, well maintained and perfect for a large group. Everything is clean and high end... from the top of the line appliances and grill to the large, spacious rooms...we couldn’t have been happier!Read a bunch of the reviews and anyone that is complaining is the type of person that is looking for reasons to complain. The house is on the ocean... with sand and salt water being blown on it all day every day....of course the exterior is going to look like it could use a fresh coat of paint...even if he painted it every year, it would still look like it could use a touch up!The owner is very easy to work with and a great communicator. We had COVID and a hurricane to work around and never had an issue. He provides very clear instructions, directions and guidance. Couldn’t have gone smoother and such a great home!

The rental process was very easy and quick. One bedroom had leakage issues before rain, smelled musty. Then light rain and had more leaks in the bathroom as well. Lost one hot water heater and 2 breakers (one for ac, one for master power). Then the hurricane Sally .. whole front of house leaked, major spot over kitchen leaked. Owner couldn’t help the storm BUT didn’t show any concern for us or his house. He never reached out to us. Part of house lost roof, major water leakage. Had to clean up screws and roofing to get out of house/driveway. After storm there were horrible, relentless biting flies for the remainder of our stay. Had no power for 2 1/2 days. Had to buy towels. Lost food. Pool unusable due to roof remnants. Not one word of concern from owner or any offer to make this week better (partial refund, discount). I didn’t expect my money back but with the amount of money spent, loss of food items, then had hurricane, terrible house conditions and loss of power it would have been nice for something to have been offered. We spent a large part of Tuesday and Wednesday cleaning and protecting his house. No thank you or help offered. Tried to reach out to Vrbo as owner said he was renting house again the next Week. Took one hour and internet was not working well so couldn’t get through. We were concerned for new renters as house was not repaired as of Saturday when we left. Horrible week. Won’t return to Navarre beach. We usually stay closer to Destin. We have been vacationing in this are for 15+ years and never been treated as poorly. I’m sorry to whoever rented this house on 9/19/2020. I’m sure it was not up to par.

House is beautiful! Perfect location and the pool was a blessing to have to come back and relax after being on the beach. Very clean and lots of space.

Bellissimo is an amazing house for a vacation at the beach. The views of the beach and ocean from this house are simply unbeatable. The house was clean, comfortable, and very roomy. The owner responded to texts and emails promptly. My family and I had a wonderful time, even though the weather certainly could have been better. The area is quiet, yet everything you need -- grocery, nice restaurants (try TC's Front Porch - very casual but good food and atmosphere), entertainment -- is close. Now for a few things that we did not like -- there were a few inconveniences, i.e. no access to the beach except to go out the front door and under the house, the washer and dryer on the main floor are in the master bedroom, which is inconvenient if anybody else on that floor wants to do laundry, there are a number of french doors in the home that are all hard to close if you do not make sure you only open the door with the blue tape put on by the owner (try explaining that to younger children), and there is a kitchen on the top level that guests are not allowed to use (REALLY!). Also, the outside of the house needs some work -- paint on house is fading, paint on all railing is in desperate need of TLC, chunk out of a windowsill around the pool, new deck around the pool (instead of deck that has obviously been repaired with wood instead of the original material -- and repaired poorly), lighting is poor on the bottom half of the front steps and they are slippery when wet, etc. Even with the issues above, my family and I would stay at this house again.

Just returned from our stay at the Bellisimo house in Navarre and I cannot say enough good things. First and foremost, location. We were looking for beach front and it does not get better than this. The gulf is right there. The close proximity and wonderful boardwalk made it so convenient to go back and forth to the beach. With many little kids on our trip, this easy access was important. We were so close to the beach we felt comfortable letting the kids go back and forth on their own. We didn't spend a ton of time inside because it was so beautiful outside, but the house was immaculate, comfortable and the view was extraordinary. The set up of the rooms made accommodating 19 people no problem. The pool was a wonderful amenity and the set up of the pool deck provided the perfect amount of shade but a beautiful view of the sky at night. The owner was extremely responsive to all my questions before and during our stay and seemed genuinely concerned that we were enjoying ourselves. I would recommend this house to anyone headed to the gulf coast.

My family and I loved this property! The house accommodated 20 of us very well. It was extremely nice and clean with beautiful views of the ocean. The pictures online give a true representation of the gulf front house and views. We had easy and convenient access from the house to the beach because of the private boardwalk. Communication with the owner was smooth and prompt. I would most definitely recommend this property.
