We stayed for 3 weeks in this beautiful house. Particularly loved the quiet neighborhood and eating on the lovely patio in the garden. Would highly recommend the property.

We spent a great week in this lovely, spacious home. The house and yard are great, the neighborhood is quiet, and it is a short ride to all of our favorite Falmouth and Mashpee sites.

Thoughtfully designed home with exquisite decor. We came to Cape Cod for a wedding and decided to stay a week with our son and his family. This home provided everything we needed and more. There were plenty of games and puzzles for all of us, easy access to TV and it was close to beaches and hiking trails. Upstairs room was well separated from the 2 bedrooms downstairs where our son and family stayed. Their two children (7 and 4) are well-behaved, but I wouldn't bring younger or wilder children there, as parents would not be able to relax for fear that some decorative item would be damaged. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and there is plenty of yard furniture. The owners are quick to respond to any questions, which we appreciated. Their in-house guide book provided plenty of information about the home and its equipment, and about the surrounding area. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and we made a day trip to Woods Hole. Nice place to walk around. There were many options we didn't get to, as we had family events and gatherings surrounding the wedding. So, we hope to go back!

This is a wonderful property inside and out with many amenities. It is located close to the beach, town and other attractions. The owners were great in communicating when we had questions and making sure our visit was enjoyable. It was a great vacation and I would return there again in a heartbeat!

It was a pleasure staying at this beautiful home in Falmouth. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and I enjoyed relaxing beside the fire at night and reading my book during the day….. very peaceful. The interior of the house was immaculate. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

The Cape Cod was charming and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was close to our conference, downtown and many tourist attractions. We all agreed that it was the little things that made the difference: coffee and cream, ice cubes, soap, towels and toothbrushes. We had an enjoyable stay.

We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary which all started at Cape Cod. Being stationed at Otis Air Force Base we noticed many changes...but also so much has remained the same. The house was exactly as described...beautifully furnished and the property was lovely. The owners were so very accomodating.

We were in town for a wedding and this house was just perfect! Great location, plenty of room and all the amenities. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the owners were super-responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home that has everything you need for a family vacation (kids and grandparents) at the cape (special touches include games/toys for kids, beach equipment, ping pong table, exercise room, outdoor grill, each room well decorated). Neighborhood is quiet, good for walks/runs. Very close to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Very easy to communicate with owner and they also had very helpful notes throughout house to help locate things, etc. The house felt like home. It was our first time to the cape and we take many happy memories. Thank you for letting us stay.

Stayed here with my husband, parents, and two young kids. We had a great time! the house was beautiful and clean. they had everything we needed! Great setup for family with a more private room upstairs for my parents. kids enjoyed the yard and outdoor toys too. Convenient to most Mashpee/Falmouth locations. Owners were very helpful and very quick to respond. would definitely plan to stay here again!

We Love this property with a capital L. Everything has been thought of, no detail left out. They must be interior designers. The back yard is extremely tranquil, and the best place to have coffee in the morning! Loved it!!

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed a wonderful stay in this lovely, welcoming home. Clean, comfy and well maintained, this was a great place to relax and call home. The décor is charming and we loved having our morning coffee in the sunroom. Our family enjoyed game nights of ping pong and cards. The outdoor space is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed eating outdoors or relaxing on the hammock. We were visited by wild turkey, chipmunks and rabbits. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location of this rental was perfect for our family. We enjoyed day trips to Newport, Hyannis, Yarmouth and Chatham. We rented bikes another day and explored the Shining Sea Bike Path and then enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Landfall Restaurant in Woods Hole. We took the ferry from Woods Hole another day to Martha’s Vineyard. Just minutes away is Falmouth Main Street which is a great place to shop and/or dine. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Anejo Mexican Bistro (they don’t take reservations but be sure to waitlist before going as there can be long wait times). At the end of the day, it was great to relax in the comforts of this lovely home instead of a hotel room. It really felt like our home away from home. Suzanne and Barry have done a fabulous job in keeping this home well stocked with lots of amenities and clear instructions. They have truly thought of everything you may need and even things you don’t realize you may need. My hubby snores and there was a white noise machine on the night stand in the Master Bedroom so I thought I would give it a try. Turns out listening to “ocean waves” drowns out the snoring sound and I enjoyed a great week of peaceful sleep. Overall, this was a great family vacation and Suzanne was great to communicate with from beginning to end. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at the property and were truly surprised by the amount of thought that was put into the property. Well stocked would be an understatement. All items functional and useful. you truly need to bring very little .

Best vacation rental experience to date! This rental actually feels like a home which was such a welcome change from other previous empty vacation rentals with next to no amenities. The home is absolutely charming and the owners have thought of every detail you may possibly need while staying. Detailed instructions as well as everything in the home being labeled makes everything as easy as can be. The yard is absolutely beautiful and perfect for meals outside or reading in the hammock. The neighborhood is lovely and we loved the nice 10 minute walk to the pond, where my kids swam daily. This was my kids first trip to the Cape and our first time staying in the Falmouth area. There is tons to do within a 10 minute drive - beach, shopping, restaurants, mini golf. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was more in walking distance to the house. Overall we had a great week, would recommend this home to anyone and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This is an absolutely beautiful home! It was hard to leave it every day to go out and explore!! The yard is secluded and gorgeous. The house is amazing. The pictures do NOT do it justice. If you can, stay here!!

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with this beautiful home and lovely neighborhood. The house and the grounds were an oasis of calm. Everywhere we looked there was beauty, from the furnishings to the meticulously kept yard. Barry and Suzanne were responsive to our questions and provided everything we needed for a great stay. This is not your typical beach cottage, but a well appointed residential home opened to lucky renters like us! We would highly recommend the area for it's beautiful beaches and friendly, accepting people. As many of the reviews have said, the pictures don't do the home justice..it is stunning! We highly recommend this property and hope we can return for many years to come.

First things first. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this home is. The owners have thought of everything and next time I need to be on the Cape, this will be the first place I look to stay.

Our family of 6 adults and 1 baby stayed here and had a very nice time. The house was very clean and spacious. There was even a box of toys that delighted our baby granddaughter. The owners have thought of every thing one could need. We used the lovely backyard and patio almost every day. We were on the cape for a wedding so we had lots of events etc to attend, but I would mention that although the neighborhood was very nice, you can't really walk to anything such as a coffee shop. That didn't bother us but it is good to know. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home.

Whatever your reason for visiting the area, you’ll appreciate the melding of comfort and luxury. The owners have thought out what you need (and what you need to know) for a pleasant stay. The location suits those in search of active hiking, biking and sightseeing and those looking for great restaurants and shopping.

The house was very nicely furnished, clean and situated beautifully on the lot to offer lots of quiet privacy. The TV set up took a bit of getting used top, but we really only watched two shows the whole time we were there. The gas grill worked very well, as did the dishwasher and everything else in the house. Ping pong was an added bonus. Good place!

Great spot for us and our friends. Owner was easy to get in touch with at any time. Also set us very nicely had everything accommodation and well has necessities for the house, beach, and even toiletries.

Our family truly enjoyed the time spent at the house! It is roomy, elegant, nicely decorated, very clean, wonderfully equipped with quality appliances and great linen, and maintained with great care.
