The breakfast was excellent, most especially the soup, is good to start with the soup and the staff are very friendly, the managing director Kenny was very helpful readily available to help out, he is also very attentive to details and the manager Owen always at hand to help out. The entire staffs are great makes things lot easier during our stay.

The room rugs needs to be properly vacuumed.

Hotel feels tired and needs a remodel, hanging on to its past as a former Holiday Inn Express

The best part is people. Personal really tries to help with everything, for example, we didn’t know that there is a free transfer from airport and back, and we’re trying to call taxi in airport for almost two hours. We didn’t have Chinese card and without it it was impossible to use wechat pay and Alipay that needed for DiDi and other taxi app. Taxi from airport was too expensive. For 6km they asked 190RMB. And we gave up. We called to the hotel, and even personal didn’t speak English too much they helped us, added us in wechat and by test explain everything where should we go and transfer will take us. I’m really thankful. The hotel itself is good, near airport so it is good choice if you have long transit. The room is clean.

Room can hear TV noise from others. Room was not air conditioned until you move in, in a mid 30 degree day. Had to wait the temperature to drop in the heat.

Breakfast was generally okay, the staff was very cooperative in responding to the request for preparing omlette as per choice immediately. Location is good with lot of restaurants and other shopping options nearby and that too close to the airport.
