My families stay at Sitapaila Homestay was superb. The caretakers are like family. Total value for money, if you are looking for budget stay.

As mentioned Breakfast, they provide kitchen but not breakfast. That should be corrected..

I hated it
I booked an apartment here. But when i called to ask about some facilities, they said the apartment is already booked and the website has not yet been updated. I literally had to cancel my plans due to this. Disgusting

No clean bathrooms.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and very helpful.
Kitchen was not clean. There was a shortage of cold water every now and then. I had to report to the staff every time we had to shower or use the toilet.

i booked room with breakfast but there is only old women and she didn’t include breakfast and charge me same money. please son of the hostel you should tell your mom next time everything customers is not like me .i don’t mind to pay and I paid room and breakfast even I don’t eat.

The owner of the house is a very nice old lady....the house is very quiet because it is located behind the buildings away from the city crowd..which gave the place complete calm..you can walk behind the buildings in the narrow alleys..and get there..you can ask the locals and get to There..the room is clean and the bed is comfy..the wifi is very good..very nice family..maybe i come back in the future ..thanks Nepal..beautiful country and friendly people .
It's ok..but there is a language barrier sometimes because the old lady doesn't speak English..there is nothing near this house except some small shops..if you buy some supplies..you can go 10 minutes walk to Salesberry Department Store.. it's ok everything is fine..

I will stay in this house for 1 day.... Anyone find my words not truth just give me your account number and i will return your first night money to you ..If you giving me 1 night in Sheraton or Helton.. I swear about Allah....But.... I can't pay 1000 for every night for 1 person.So guys i qill leave this hose stay with crying because of price...Dinner.. Safw house...Lunch..14 hot water.. Breakfast..AC.. Tv.You don't want hear any voice just cime her. Good room big..My tongue... can't describe this place and the people working in it... the owner is so smart that you would give him 600 marks in IQ

the location
wen we got there the owner said there is no breakfast lode we order and pay for thet.. its an old site and we dont SERV food. You van coke for free. the kitchen and sower toilet were descanting filthy and we hade to clean it by my self/

Property is new and clean.I like the breakfast most.Host is helpful and friendly.Homestay is in the quite place also can enjoy the view.
