Great property, super clean and located close to the town center.

localization in “industrial” part of the city, building looks like some old factory with rooms to sleep. walls very thin, if someone was talking in the kitchen everything could be heard in the room - especially at night! bed was ok, but mattresses in double bed was crooked and this wasn’t very comfortable.

No air-conditioning, room was too hot, when we arrived (maybe the previous guest didn't use shadowing or left the windows open). The cleaning was ready 1 hour later then we arrived. In the flat, there were 3 rooms, if there are noisy neighbours, you will hear everything.

Old house, and no air conditioner, so it was very hot in the apartment. Unbearable during nights. Wifi only worked the first day.

The room is in an industrial area, in a building which looks like a part of a factory. The area looks a little creepy and very far from the main attractions. But that wasn't even our main issue. Basically, it looks like a regular flat, just added locks on the doors of the rooms. A family was staying in the other rooms and it was like having roomates. Mainly we couldn't sleep most of the night because every time any of them opened the light in the bathroom in the hallway (which the other rooms shared), the noise of the vent was so loud in our room, it kept waking us up. Although we had a private bathroom, which we payed extra for, the noice from the shared bathroom was so loud, it was like we shared it too. Other accommodations we stayed at, that also had shared facilities, were properly devided and noise proofed properly. If we knew it was like sharing a regular flat, we never would have ordered it, especially not at that price.

Cleaning of the room. The room is new. Check-in was fast and convenient.

-Location is not really good, 25 minutes walking from center and inside of a logistic company building, not really a residential building. -Security, the street door doesn't have any lock, and you depends in the other guests If they lock the apartment's security door with the key. -Heating was on during day but at 10 pm was off and it was really cold inside during night, there is no regulator inside the room. -No shower gel or any amenities were provided.

It was hard to check in. The owner did not answered my messages though he confirmed that he received them. I has been waiting near the door for an hour to get the keys, though I have sent the information concerning the arrival time by sms.

The room and washroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
