•It was awesome the hotel was dog friendly.
•Very friendly staff!! Especially, I really enjoyed meeting and speaking with the NICEST maintenance man I've ever met!!! 👨🏻🔧
•It's in a prime location with several restaurants and bars within WALKING distance!! 😂🍺
We stayed 3 nights. The 1st night it stormed so bad, it knocked the TVs out! The 2nd I kept feeling warm and tried turning the AC down more. But, by morning, when the sun was starting to warm things up. Our room was still uncomfortably warm, so I had to call the front desk for help. The aforementioned maintenance man tried resetting the old giant window unit. But, after another stifling hour and call to the front desk, they just moved us.
Then, as soon as we walked into the new room: oh, the AC worked but, the WHOLE ROOM smelled horribly of mold/mildew!!! After a very congested, hard to breathe night, as we were checking out, my hosannas saw the maintenance man again. He quickly showed him with his phone's flashlight that EVERY VENT was completely COVERED in mold/mildew inside the AC unit!!!

Good location. Very clean and staff was very nice. Loved the bathroom walk-in shower and lighting, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. We will stay there again, next trip

The aerosol odor sprayed in the hallways, and in the rooms way too strong, and we will not return.

Good location, had 2 beds that were comfortable
There was roaches (crawling on the wall by bed and in shower stall) shower pan held water (so you stood in puddle which included the drain -gross!) had a toddler toilet (was really about 10 inches from floor), big patch over shower with misc materials and peeling paint with gaps (probably to make it easier for roaches to move from room to room), small room, tv was on Spanish and defaults to Spanish when turned back on next day. Key card to open room worked intermittently (had to try each card multiple times- like the lottery- my daughter was excited "You got it Dad")

Breakfast was ok, but the turkey sausage patties were hard and almost inedible. Location was fine.

The staff was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was great.
there was a leak in our bathroom over the top of the showerhead on the ceiling the pool wasn’t working six days out of the seven that we stayed. The carpet was very very old and stained and had an odor to it. The hinges in the bathroom were rusted. The view from our window was of the roof of the entrance of the building, the free breakfast had a lot of things missing every other day. there was no sun at the pool so I had to sit at the best Western’s parking lot next to the pool to talk to my son. He did jump into the water and said it was very cold and his legs were stinging.

that it was close to the interstate highway
It was not very clean & I called down for towel & washcloths we didnt get any in our room. Whoever was on the phone said we have come down & get them ourselves. So my husband went down & they gave him 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel no wash cloths. so we used the hand towel as a washcloth. I never have had this happen at a even cheap hotel. We have been traveling for 3 days & staying at your hotels & the others were fantastic. plus the other were alot less expensive. Venice was the most expensive & terrible!!!

Great staff, very comfortable bed! Room had microwave, fridge and coffee maker!
The sink clearly was not cleaned and had toothpaste all over it.

The bed was good, the place is clean
They used a dehumidifier that needed to be emptied by me the would beep when full (even in the middle of the night). I also had room at the end of the hall by the side exit door, the closer must be broke because is slammed ever time is close waking me up throughout the night!
