The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very straightforward to walk there from Taipei train station so getting to and from the airport express train is easy without having to change to MRT line. The nearest MRT is Zhongshan station which is the green line and it is easy to get to most places on this line. There are many restaurants next to it and the major shopping area is just a 5 min walk. Check-in is very easy and the front-desk staff could not be more polite. The room is very spacious and I like Crabtree and Evelyn bath products. I will stay here again next time I go to Taipei.

Location is excellent, staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bed a little firm but that depends on your preference. Would recommend and I’m glad we chose to stay there.

The breakfast variety was limited for the price that was charged as compared to international hotel standards. The idea of serving ala carte menu was not ideal since COVID is Ober.

The overall experience and service from concierge was excellent. Room is beautiful and worth the money. However the room was not well insulated or sound proof. We could hear the busy traffic even at 10pm. There was a day when I removed the keycard from the card holder and when we returned to the hotel, the room was burning hot.

A warm welcome by the friendly and helpful staff was very much appreciated and a great start to our trip! We enjoyed the breakfast options as well. The hotel may be walking distance from the train stations, shopping and dining areas but managed to offer a quiet and peaceful environment. Housekeeping was efficient too!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was punctual and the staff was kind and polite. There is a coffee machine provided in the room. Overall the facilities are very well provided in the room with USB ports as well. The front office staff were very helpful in providing us information and directions to local food places. Location is easy to locate about 200-300m walk from Zhongshan MRT station. There are many taxis and nice cafes around the hotel as well.

Very convenient location - just a few minutes walk from the Zhongshan MRT station; there is also a Mitsukoshi department store nearby (next to MRT station).

Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is superb in Zhongshan with plenty of shopping and eateries within walking distance. Room is beautifully designed with good lighting. Room is exceptionally clean and bed is comfortable.

The hotel is easy to reach by train, surrounded by plenty of good restaurants. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful and they even let me to store my luggage 3 days prior to my check in! There are 2 selections of breakfast and I chose Asian breakfast with congee. The amount of side dish just for the congee is insane, and all dishes are really good.

The housekeeper took my bath towel on the first day there and they wrote a letter to me the next day to tell me that they couldn’t find it. Was quite upset because it didn’t felt like they put in effort to. But eventually they found it, so everything’s good.
