The pool was unusable....it was green and slimy

Location was great...close to Settlers Green....comfy and cozy accommodations! Plenty of room to spread out!

Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable.....no complaints other then that!

The location was great. We liked the size of the unit.

The kitchen was tiny! The furniture was dated and mismatched. Some of the rugs were stained. The "railing" going down into the basement was loose and fell off. The toilet in the basement bathroom would not stop running.

We had a problem (no blinds on the master bedroom window (facing the parking lot!). They came out the next morning and fixed it right away. Repair man was very nice and helpful.

When we called about the blinds, we wanted to make sure that they knew about minor damage (so we wouldn't be responsible). She told us that the owner had not been the unit since before COVID and would not let the maintenance people in to just do minor things. In my opinion, they should just not rent the unit until the owner does what she should do! There were basically no pots and pans in the kitchen. They were warped, and did not work well. We rented a townhouse so that we could save money on meals, which ended up being very hard to prepare.

Lots of room. Close to everything

We had plenty of room. Great location. Will definitely be back!
