Die villa liegt ein wenig versteckt (3 Minuten Fußweg von der Hauptstraße) direkt zwischen Reisfeldern. Sie ist sehr geräumig, super bequeme Betten, gut klimatisierbar und hat einen schönen Pool. Sie Villa sind ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß von downtown Ubud oder mit dem Taxi in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Es herrscht nach einem trubeligen Tag absolute Stille. Es war wunderschön. Am tollsten sind jedoch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter rund um unsere Hostess Ayu. Sie ist großartig und erfüllt wirklich jeden Wunsch. Wir waren sehr glücklich 🙂

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating to our every need. The property was expansive, beautiful and so peaceful.

Le séjour était parfait. A l arrivée nous avons eu une boisson de bienvenue. Le personnel était toujours présent si on avait la moindre question. Le design de la villa est super beau. Les chambres sont incroyables, surtout les salles de bain avec chacune une baignoire et douche avec vue sur la nature. We stayed at the villa for SIX NIGHTS and found it to be very COMFORTABLE. The villa was quite SPACIOUS as it had two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen and dining area. The staff were FRIENDLY and HELPFUL, always showing care for us. We were also HAPPY when RITA-san, the owner, visited us and brewed SPECIAL TEA for our breakfast. Although it is not located in the central area of Ubud, you can easily hire a private car through Grab and go anywhere. You can also have your favorite food delivered using Grab and enjoy your meals in the villa. 高級ホテルではなく、こういったヴィラに滞在できるのがバリです。ぜひ泊まってみてください。

WE WERE SEVEN FAMILY MEMBERS AND WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT CHAMPACA LUXURY VILLA. IN TRUE SENSE IT IS A LUXURY VILLA WITH ALL THE AVAILABLE AMENITIES. THE STAFF WERE VERY CO-OPERATIVE. IN OUR BOOKING BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED - HOWEVER UPON OUR REQUEST THE HOST HAD SERVED US VEGETERIAN BREAKFAST - TOAST, BUTTER, JAM, FRUITS, JUICES EVERY DAY TILL WE WERE IN VILLA WITH A SIMILING FACE. WE ENJOYED SWIMING IN THE POOL.

APPROACH ROAD TOWARDS THE VILLA WAS A WALKING DISTANCE FROM CAR PARK ABOUT 300/400 METERS. THIS WE TOOK IT IN A WAY WAS EXCERCISE FOR US MORNING OR EVENING STROL. WE ENJOYED IT ALSO TO WALK THIS MUCH. STAFF AT VILLA WERE COURTIOUS TO CARRY OUR LUGGAGE BACK AND FORTH.

The scenery and view from this villa was beyond my expectations! There was an amazing view from every part of this villa, including the bathrooms. The kids got their very own bedroom with 2 well sized beds, and every bed, including the massive couples bed, was protected by netting etc to keep the mozxies away. Whilst there were some bugs, given its situated in the mountains, Nyoman and his staff were quick to get on top of this when we mentioned it. Nyoman and his staff were absolutely fantastic! They were kind, hospitable and just beautiful people. Breakfast was another highlight. All in all, be had the most amazing stay. Thanks so much Nyoman and staff. Hope to see you again 😊🥰

The bathrooms were not completely private and the pillows could be better quality. But these were small things considering the pros.

Goede ontvangst, direct bij aankomst goed opgevangen en begeleid door de lieve medewerkers. Elke dag een uitgebreid gesprek kunnen voeren met ze over de aanbevelingen in de buurt en onze plannen van die dag. Ontbijt was perfect evenals de villa en het personeel.

Absolutely everything! Nyoman and his team ensure this villa is the most spectacular place to stay. We really loved our trip. Beautiful villa, amazing views, lovely light decor which adds to the already spacious and luxury feel. Incredibly comfortable beds, nice shower, lovely layout in the villa. Aircon was easy to use. The pool was really nice and clean with unbelievable views, the balcony was lovely too, so quiet with comfy chairs and more of those views! Everything is well thought through for a luxury stay at a very reasonable price. Nyoman and his team welcomed us upon arrival, explained everything about the villa, offered us breakfast and massages for a very reasonable price and were never pushy. The breakfast was delicious, the massages were fantastic! We did a lot of excursions while we were there and it was so easy to get to Ubud on the "Grab" app. We also had a friend who could drive us and did a lot of exploring in the day and it was great. Would recommend: Bali Bohemia (especially Open Mic night!), Black Sheep restaurant, Sekumpul waterfall, Cretya pools, The Monkey Forest and just exploring Ubud. I also went to the Yoga Barn to meet a local friend and did ecstatic dance which was amazing - I would say the Yoga Barn is a must visit!! Not many bugs compared to other places we stayed in Bali and just generally it was a very safe and quiet.

We loved everything, but just to be aware the way the bathroom/bedroom divide is decorated isn't completely private! If booking a Grab taxi , make sure you specify which Champaca Villa and that the address is correct as twice I sent my Grab lift to a different Champaca Villa 20 mins away!!

The host Nyoman & staff very friendly, the view beautiful, the infinity pool wonderfully serene and the breakfast delicious!! I also got a fantastic impromptu poolside massage for a Fabulous price

Amazing 2 night stay at champaca villa. The villa was immaculate and in a beautiful location between rice fields. Villa is very well maintained and extremely comfortable. While sharing the pool with the villa next door, this was not an issue, as we constantly had the pool for ourselves. Breakfast is made to order and absolutely delicious. Even though just outside Ubud, it is in a very quiet location and peaceful to watch the workers in the ricefield. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Overall an amazing stay and wished we could have stayed longer

We spent 3 nights at Champaca. The villa and its surroundings are exceptional and we feel privileged we stayed there. The villa has a direct position on large and beautiful rice fields, with birds and all the luxurious nature around. The villa has four amazing bedrooms (we stayed at the private 4 bedrooms villa) and bathrooms, with refined decoration and very comfortable/ high quality equipment. There is a large area with sofas, dining table and kitchen. Location is very good, close to Ubud center while at the same time set in a serene and calm area. Breakfast is excellent, with homemade preparations. Special and warm thanks to Ms Rita, the owner, who brings her sense of hospitality and fine taste to the place. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. Wish we would have stayed longer ! You can go with no hesitation.

We have just had a wonderful 5 nights staying at Champaca Villas. The villa was fantastic and had the most amazing views across the paddy fields. It was lovely and peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Nyoman and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. The pool is a great length too if you like doing laps! Thank you to everyone who works there, it was a joy to stay at the villa.

Unit was nice and spacious with a nice pool overlooking the rice fields.

Had to walk quite a ways along a not very pleasant path with our luggage to get to the villa. Breakfast was a little cold when we got them. Place didn't feel as clean as we expected. Woken by ducks quacking early in the morning. Didn't like that I had to negotiate my payment with a credit card.

Quite a bit of a long walk on a dimly lit path to the villa. it was pouring down a lot of the time we were there which made it more difficult, especially with the elderly in our group. I think the 2bed villas have a living space that can be completely enclosed, but the 4 bed villa living space is completely open and is a separate building from the bedrooms. This wasn’t really clear on the pictures. With the rain it was troublesome to have to walk in the rain back and forth between buildings and because you couldn’t enclose the living space, sitting there for chats at night meant we got swarmed with mosquitoes. The 2bed villas would be much better I think. Also, You have to ask to get new towels. We threw dirty towels on the floor to be replaced but the staff hung them back up when they serviced the rooms so we had to ask for them nightly. Lastly a note for others - it was quite difficult to get a taxi from the location, and the villa name doesn’t show up on grab or gojek, but you can put the nearby laundromat. It’s a septic system so you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet, you need to place all used toilet paper in a waste basket.

The breakfast was excellent. Nice to be tucked away in between the rice fields.

The location made it difficult to get to as you needed to walk around 200m from the road to enter. Very difficult to walk into town as there are no side walks and very busy, skinny roads.
