Beds are very comfortable. We all slept really really well. 3 lovely bedrooms, all with their own outdoor bathrooms. Everything is there if you were inclined to cook. The pool is great for kids. Some very good restaurants just up or down the road. The staff are very responsive to any query/ problems.

Due to the open nature of the living area, it is difficult to keep bugs out. The staff or the manual could explain more clearly how to minimize the above. The photos are not up to date, the place is worn and needs some simple renovations. Location is peaceful and quiet but a significant walk to central Ubud for children.

It’s in quiet location in the middle of rice-field. But not too far from Ubud Centre, only 15mins walk to Pasar Ubud. The staffs is very helpful and friendly. They have everything in their big open kitchen, it was very enjoyable cooking there.

Nothing major.

Kitchen has everything including microwave, a small oven, a good size fridge, even a rice cooker. Bedroom has lots of ceiling light. It is the brightest bedrm compared to other villas or hotel room we have stayed at.

Finding the villa was a little tricky cause the paint on the sign has disappeared. The villa itself needs a little updating with a bit of paint to the kitchen and bathrm cupboards. White towels were grayish.

We had an awesome stay at the villa! It was clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable and huge, well equipped, quiet and the staff was super friendly! A good Breakfast was served right in our villa every morning. We loved the Pool and the open living area.

As others wrote before, it is not in the heart of Ubud, but still within walking distance. We had two toddlers and two seniors and it took as about half an hour to walk. You have to walk on the street with quite a few cars passing, but it was still ok. In the evening there was one part, which was really dark, but we enjoyed the walk anyway.

The pool was great. Kept very clean. Great staff. They were very helpful and efficient. The rooms were lovely.

Bad shower pressure. The photos were taken before the shrubs grew in. There isn't a view of the paddocks anymore but it does provide more privacy.

We enjoyed the fresh fruit and nasi goreng for breakfast every morning. The pool was great and a welcome relief after the walk back from town. The 3 double bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our teenage family,

The location was quiet although be aware of the traffic in the 15 minute walk into Ubud (I wouldn't want to do it with young children).
